How does it Work?

Guest access to Cisco Jabber™ makes it easy for public users to richly communicate into businesses that use Cisco Collaboration. To place a business-quality video or voice-only call into a business from your iOS device, you simply click on a link or button within a website, e-mail or mobile application shared with you by the business. It's that easy to start a face-to-face interaction, and without needing to register an account or sign in with a username and password. • Screen Sharing Does Not Work

    By Another_Perspective
Cisco does not seem to invest any resources in this Guest Access Jabber. There are numerous reviews on the web going back to February 2019 identifying the same problem - Guest App does not share video. Unfortunately the Federal Courts adopted this App for some of the Federal Courts to handle minor court hearing during the period of Covid. Cisco needs to spend some money and fix the problems with this product. Bluejeans and Zoom work smoothly in the Court where Guest Access is a disaster.

App works great but there is no back button in the on screen keypad to correct a mistyped meeting id. You must completely close the app and start over.
  • Great app!
