  • Love it, just a little tweak :-)

I really like the concept of your app. The only thing is as well I’m doing the interval training if the app close as well in my pocket it stops. It doesn’t continue to run in the background even if my phone shuts off and is Lock Screen. Also, can I make a suggestion about when there’s the warm-up workouts and the cool down workouts before and after the walks, can you show the picture on that main screen instead of an orange screen with the work out that you’re supposed to be doing? That’s all I really have but everything else is pretty awesome!
  • Needs work - has potential

Price: $20 a month, very expensive so my rating will reflect my expectations of a $20 a month app. Bug: App constantly closes in the middle of workout. I think this happens when in low battery mode. Positive: - decent run plans which gradually improve your fitness level while telling you when to run and when to walk which makes running more approachable and easier to be consistent. Bad or lacking features: - doesn’t keep track of days you runs so it will tell you “today is a rest day” even if you took yesterday off. It’s not much better than a printed out schedule - Tells you “half way” for each individual segment but not your overall run, so you can’t plan out your run loop - no voice configurations like volume so it just blasts your eardrum when you listen to music - Can’t dynamically extend runs or configure rest/run segments - doesn’t gps track your run, need to have other apps open while this is on to get a complete feature set - doesn’t adjust your plan or future runs based on the feedback that it asks you to provide so the feedback is pointless - there are only 3 run plans: weight loss, train for 5k, train for 10K Overall, at this point in the app development it doesn’t provide much benefit over a free timer app.
  • Don’t waist your money on this app

While running your music gets muffled and then comes on super loud all of a sudden… You can’t turn the robotic coaches volume down and she is extremely loud… When it starts to countdown the beeps are so loud in your ear if you’re listening to music. It doesn’t track your running if you’re running on a treadmill. And if you go out of the app to reply to a text message or if your phone screen times out the counter stops so you end up running longer than you need to because it’s no longer timing you. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 thumbs down. Paid 30$ for 3 months less than 24 hours ago and customer service doesn’t help to get your money back. I won’t be using this app for the next three months but they have no problem keeping my money even though I’m not satisfied... Your basically just paying for a timer that randomly stops every now and then
  • I thought it was perfect....

I’m through day 10. At first I didn’t like that the lady talking would turn down the sound and if I tried to change songs and left the runiac screen the sound would stay quiet because you basically threw off the timing or something, anyways I’m over that. However this morning while finishing day 10 in the stretch portion, the videos of the people doing the stretches went blank, all white screen. I’m hoping it’s not the same on day 11. Then when I tried to use the Contact Us button it won’t open. Also where is the actual plan? I expected something that would say which days I should run and which days I should rest. I love having a running program but until this stuff is fixed I can’t go 5 stars.
  • Great workout to fit in

It’s hard to make an excuse not to do about 30 mins. of exercise a day. The visual and vocal guidance is key for me. However, for the first time today, both visual and audio cut out for me. The timers still worked, but the voice and video were gone. All around though, this is a great app.
  • Doesn’t work well

    By aprilrunaz
I never right reviews, but I don’t care for this app AT ALL..... it doesn’t run well in the background, you stop to take a pic or answer a text, it stops recording.... would be off & on the times I was listening to music on my phone as I had forgotten my watch..... I ALWAYS run longer than it tells me to and it never records it.... I foolishly paid for a year.... hoping they will prorate it and only charge for a month of which I don’t plan on continuing to use it as it just is aggravating..... I’m sure there are way better less expensive apps out there with real fitness people driving them... the voice is a robot bot, and the running times seem arbitrary..... I’ve felt from the 1st run it’s just computer generated from China.
  • Day two, still experiencing it

    By Travis Frey
Just did second exercise and every time my phone timed out in my pocket it wouldn’t count down, so I ended up walking 1.5X the distance I walked the last time. What was a 27 minute long walk last time turned into an hour and 20 minutes because I didn’t have proof that it wasn’t counting until the end. My phone was at 15% battery at the beginning so maybe low power mode causes that. I’ll charge it next time and I’ll change my review if it works better. This worked great the first time and I really like how it personalizes the experience to my needs(I’m a big boy).
  • Great program not so great execution

    By ggporki
Or I am having a bug or something : during walking/runnning I lose voice often, which I consider big loss as voice give you instructions what’s next, encourage and tells how much is left etc Also, every time at the end when doing exercises I lose both voice and the picture, si impossible to follow because you dont see I would attach pictures here but I cannot do it. So, frustrated, program is great but app execution mediocre with all these glitches. I am considering to return but then I won’t because program is great I think.
  • I love this app!

    By Sparkyval
I have no idea why I sprung for this app. I guess I was desperate for a jumpstart out of my slump. This app is really helping me. The workout is tailored perfectly for my needs. I feel great and more strong and flexible each day. Things that could be improved. There is no getting around it a computer speaking to you. That is kind of weird. Also I have not found a way yet to integrate any music but Apple. Then the price is somewhat high for an app. But I am telling you this app fits me perfectly. I input my weight and fitness level. Each day so far it gives me a different mix of stretches and increases my workout intensity. I am finally out of my slump and back to being energized and excited to workout! I can feel myself becoming increasingly fit!
  • App didn’t work and cannot access Contact

    By ttmcbride
I’m not one to write a bad review but this app seems like a fraud. I attempted to use the app several times. The data is way off from my Fitbit and each subsequent use went to Day 1. I decided to try using “contact” under settings to get help in figuring out the issues, however the contact screen doesn’t even open. I requested a refund but I don’t expect any response. Save your money and use the free 5k app or another free walking / running app. There is nothing special about this app and the cost is not worth especially for a non-functional one.
