I wanted to love this app. The daily work outs, the ability to connect to my own music to play on my walks, I thought this app had it all. I have used it continuously for a month now, and have experienced several issues with it. It often crashes mid workout losing all of my progress. Then there were days I met or even surpassed my goals only to realize the app didn’t record it at all! I emailed support several times, they replied and attempted to fix some of the issues, but the crashing persists. I was also surprised that they didn’t offer me any refund or discount on the monthly charge I continued to pay. Time to find another app that will at least continue through a 40 minute work out.

I was looking forward to this app. I looked at it a few weeks past, several times, and decided to finally get it. Paid for it, no second thoughts. So much so, that when it didn’t work out after I paid for it, I said to myself “no biggie” - it may just be a glitch, we will try it tomorrow. Tried next day, still the same, I am unable to start a challenge. So I sent an email. I got an autoresponse, it “may take several extra days” to get feedback. I said “ok”. Tried again just now - nothing. No access to workouts, no response, no fun, no “benefit of the doubt” left. On the plus side, they did let me know how to cancel it in the autoresponse. But me, being still a good gal, I’m hopeful that I can get your attention through here and get it resolved. Looking forward to your response!

I have tried to use this app for over a month. When it works its great. Several of my workouts though just quit. I look down at my phone to see how many more minutes or how many steps I have taken. App shuts itself off and doesn’t account for any walking. I emailed them once and received an email just saying oh ok. Thanks for letting us know. No offer to look into it. No offer to take money off. I have already cancelled my subscription but that doesn’t take effect till 2021. I have to look for another walking app. Anyone have suggestions???? I like how this app broke your walk down to segments. Can’t depend on this app. Shut off too many times and I didn’t even touch the screen or buttons on phone
  • This does not have a 4.3 rating...

    By LG60473
Most reviews I have seen are one star because this is a scam. It basically does less than your Apple Watch or iPhone. I bought it looking for a custom walking/weight loss plan built for me based on the information I put into the app. I got none of that. Why bother asking the questions?! To look legit and steal $, that’s why. This is an overpriced pedometer, which your phone already is...and does a better job. I’ve reported to Apple and requested a refund. For the people who, like me, only read the reviews after purchasing and realize they bought junk, grab the emailed receipt from Apple, and click “report a problem” for your refund.
  • Gets ridiculously intense ridiculously fast!

    By Tksuebd jz
So I am 54 and significantly overweight. I walk several times a week, so decided to try this app (the pay version even) for weight loss and to get in better shape. Even after plugging in my weight and not-great fitness level, it plunged me into a super-intense workout by the third day. I actually felt weak and started weaving! The first day was fine, the second, a little intense but doable. The third day? It had me going 4.1 mph for several-minute spurts - ridiculous, unreasonable, dangerous and demoralizing! Shame on your “fitness” experts, and now I’ve paid a ridiculous amount of money too.
  • Wants me to pay twice!

    By doodlegroomer
I bought the app in Dec of 2019 but did not use it until today. As I filled out all my information it came to the payment part and plan. It won’t let me bypass this. I pied for the premium plan. No response from the company. I will change this once someone responds and fixes the problem. As I see it now you I paid for something that doesn’t work therefore you stole my money.
  • Horrible product

    By Jekdndbwkjsbxj
I was very disappointed there was a free trial for this product. If there was a free trial, I definitely wouldn’t have gotten this app at all. The app is way too basic. There’s no clear workout goal. As to when results would be seen, assuming the user follows the workouts. There needs to be more workouts built in. I can track my move goals everything this app has to offer on my Iwatch for FREE. I wish there was an option to where I didn’t have to give a star to rate this product as it is deserving of zero stars. Make a better product and I might consider buying in the future AFTER a free trial to see if I even like the app.
  • Don’t buy!

    By Silence the app voice!
This app is so not worth the time and is annoying. No way to silence the repeated recording that goes on every 3 to 5 minutes telling you to adjust your pace, and what that should feel like🙄....every time the pace changes. Saying the same thing.....every time. Sorry only need to be told once, and then perhaps a time alert. No way to adjust additional walking that you may have done without phone in hand, no way to really adjust anything. Don’t understand what the full red circle means compared to half circle, partial circle, etc. There are other apps that are more intuitive...this one is not!
  • Rip-Off

I sadly made the mistake of purchasing this app. It really doesn’t do anything except track your steps but only if you have your phone with you. It doesn’t connect to Apple health so anything you do without your phone is a wash. The walking “plan” essentially just has you walking a few extra feet each day. I get more out of the free Apple health app. Be warned if you have an Apple Watch, Fitbit, or any other basic fitness tracker you already have more than this app gives you. So sad! People are looking for ways to stay in shape while social distancing and this is what is out there? The developers should be ashamed!
  • Don’t be fooled

    By twinmomma6789
Don’t be fooled by the $1.15 per week. That’s how much I thought I would be charged for a year subscription. After getting on the app within 2 minutes I decided to cancel my subscription and delete it. Something told me to check my bank account too. I’m so glad I did because I was charged 60 DOLLARS. Not the $1.15 AS ADVERTISED. I already submitted a claim with Apple, but I’m sure it won’t go through. The app does absolutely nothing that is advertised on Facebook (where I have seen this over and over again) No personal plan. It only counts steps. My phone does that without an app anyways. DO NOT BUY
