    The exercises themselves are good but here are my complaints -you can’t alter or change any particular exercise if you don’t have that piece of equipment or someone at the gym is on it. You should be able to change the order of exercises if needed based on gym availability. -no weight recommendations are given. Nor is there a place where you enter the weights you’re using to see your progression -the exercises are too short, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to increase their length to customize. -i can’t get the workout to “download” today. So glitches need to be resolved.

    This is a wonderful app I highly encourage woman like myself to try this app it’s going to change your point of view of fitness forever in a good way. This app is unique in every way possible and should be given a chance try it for free during the 7 day free trial! I know you won’t regret besides think of it this way we as people spend so much money on other items that are not anyways important so why not on our health! As an inspiring person once told me “Health is a lifestyle.”

    I downloaded this app a while ago but never used it till just now. It’s really cool and useful for home workouts. It times you and take the brain work out of it. The workouts range in time but I did a few minute one for my arms and I felt it pretty quick. I love that there are videos to show you how to do the workouts correctly. Once you start there’s nothing you need to do besides pay attention and follow along. Where’s this been all my life?

    I have tried many many apps to do some sport when I don’t hit the gym, and this one is the only survivor of many downloads. It is incredible, there’s a huge display of exercises for all levels beginner intermediate and advanced. Not only it tracks your calories but it’s also synchronized with apple health and Lifesum. There are videos to detail every movement and honestly it is very Well mede.

    I haven’t worked out for 10 yrs because of illness but now need to build my strength up. This I found was hard but achievable with a few sessions to start off with it helped me gain balance and posture which I lacked. Also can make it harder as you improve . I recommend doing this work out before you try dance work outs as a lot of the exercises are in their routines.

    I recommended this to my mom who is trying to loss weight but hasn’t worked out in two years but I also use it religiously as an athlete. That shows the range of levels and abilities that this app is useful for! The guide encourages you to keep going and the timed amount encourages to make it to the end! An awesome download and storage well used!

    It's an amazing app! it saves my time that i used to waste in getting ready for gym and the way. it does not even makes me too tired like the gym trainers usually do. and the after exercise stretch is also so helpful it makes me get rid of the muscle pains tgat i face after exercise. also it's *free* i can save my money and buy more clothes.

    I don’t care for the nutrition part it’s kind of hard to understand. The app is self is hard to manage I don’t think it’s easy. The work outs are great and I like them. I also find that there’s a lot of glitches and bugs, for example I reset a week and it never refreshed or created a new work out week. Kind of annoying. I will use it because it’s great for the price and the work outs are great.

    I really liked seeing my past workouts and being able to choose one from my list but at least they are still available I will have to see how the new format goes by have always enjoyed these workouts thanks for the app.
  • Have to pay

    I was interested in using this app... until it said I have to pay. Now I have an account that I can’t figure out how to delete, because it won’t let you use the app, including settings, without subscribing. I’ve tried going on their website, but you need Facebook messenger to talk to someone, which I don’t have. I continue to receive emails after saying I want to unsubscribe, twice. If there is someway to delete my account without subscribing then unsubscribing, that would be appreciated.
