    I’ve used my fair share of workout apps, but this one has by far been the best! I haven’t worked out in probably 8 months and I used to go to the gym daily. Now I just can’t get myself up early enough or out of the house. I just downloaded this app two days ago and am on the free trial - I’ve don’t the Night Time stretches both nights and started a 7days x 4weeks challenge! The workouts in this challenge are 15-17 minutes(super doable),are challenging and get your heart rate up, but aren’t so challenging that you can’t move and don’t want to get up to do it again tomorrow! For the first time in a LONG time, I look forward to working out!! The workouts also have music in the background and have a lady guiding your through, reminding you to tighten your abs, etc. She’s like a personal trainer! Love this app!!!

    I like everything about this app. It has voice guided workouts and stretches that keep time of your workout for all levels (beginner - advanced) with targeted workouts for abs, arms, glutes, thighs and full body. The workouts are different each day and only take a few minutes to complete. It also has a calendar that keeps track of which workouts you have done and calories burned (by estimation). I’ve set a reminder in the app to notify me to workout. At first I was skeptical to see results because the workouts and times seemed easy, but after a week I began to see results in the areas I worked on and I have already lost a pound! This app is making my weight loss goals seem achievable.

    Awesome app nothing went wrong I am way more fit I feel great diet has changed and I lift more weights and sleep great so it is free and no going backs for me y’all want y’all should get most definitely y’all will never go back this is a great App you guys will love it it is so good and so efficient to work out and I am loving it already I got this app about two weeks ago and I am already sleep well it’s great my head feels great my whole body feels stronger and fit in great I just cannot believe this you guys would love this app so five star rating you guys definitely no changes if you guys want to change it and make it better great because this app will get better and better I swear y’all will love it!!!!

    I really like this app and have been using it for a while, but I recently stepped on the scale and found I had gained 2 more pounds while using it. I don’t know if that’s because of the app or because of me, but it’s only making me feel worse. I haven’t seen any results and even the difficult stuff isn’t hard. I wish the creators of this app would step it up and make more body fat burning exercises so I could actually see results faster. My weight has led to depression and I wanted to fix it fast before summer because I can barely wear t shirts without looking in the mirror and hating myself. Step it up guys make it a real challenge.

It’s makes me want to exercise more the workout are great some are easy some are challenging but you’ll get there, I definitely recommend this app one if your starting or thinking about exercising and need motivation or if your just looking for a great workout app this is the right app 100%💪🏽

    I thought it was just another scam workout app that only gives you a few exercises and you come out feeling like you did nothing or like you can’t complete it. It adjust a workout routine that I can realistically do during the week. At the end of the 15 mins I feel the soreness that I want to feel that it’s helping my body feel more toned. I’m definitely sticking with this app.

    this app is AMAZING!!! i’m 14 and i have always been a little chubby. i also have an auto immune disease. i know i can make myself a little healthier but losing some weight! especially how it’s summer time and i want to feel a little better in my bathing suits. it’s day 4 and i’m already seeing results! it’s crazy! i take pictures everyday and i’m really seeing the difference! this app is amazing thank you so much

    My coworker first introduced me to this app a few months ago but it was the one for men. I had no clue that this app developer had so many other workout apps. I just love how detailed and helpful they are. I sometimes just can’t believe how this app is free and it comes with so many features. I use this app at home when I’m too tired to go to the gym.     The only thing wrong with this app is even on its hardest difficulty it isn’t that difficult. I know you can do extra on your own but anyhow this app is fast easy and has me doing more exercise than I have been recently cause I’ve been bored of my cize. Which btw recommend if your looking for amazing weight loss! It got me so fit in a matter of 2-3 months.

    I’m overweight but I loveeee this app because I’ve seen changes in a matter of weeks. The point is to keep going at it, because you CAN do it!!! There’s a range, from beginners to advanced and it’s so good 🤯🥰 I’m still doing beginner excercises but they’re efficient and even though they’re for beginners, I’ve seen changes in my stomach, my thighs, my gluteus. Everywhere and I’m so glad I got it. For free!!!
