What I like most is how no puzzle is ever the same, always random, so no real way to cheat. Some levels I pass first try, no prob, but some have taken weeks to figure out strategies and hope for good letters! So satisfying to pass those levels at last. I'm at level 518 at this writing. Probably had the app a good year plus. Seen minor changes but nothing too annoying. And I've never purchased rewards, so it's possible to get through with the occasional strategic use of a built-up reward or without! And the art and such is so fun. On the more administrative side, the few times I've gone searching for answers, i mostly find forums or other such postings. Seems there's not much of a presence for game explanation but also I just haven't sought that out much. My problems are usually addressed in updates, and my questions aren't burning enough for me to go looking for answers usually. Anyway, love the randomly generated challenges!

Is there any game that King does not make well? I even liked it when it was a game website! Now that it has moved on from being a game website to make games it is still a phenomenal game making company! “Alphabetty” is no exception! The game is quite challenging with not only making words but having to make them through various challenges and obstacles which adds to the challenge. The music goes well in setting tone and ambiance too. Even the characters are cute and for me to say that a mouse is cute is REALLY saying something because, as a rule, I am QUITE phobic to mice!!! It is an ABSOLUTE no=brainer to give this here game app a five=star review!!! Thank you King for making this here wonderful game app! Please keep up the outstanding work!

1st must say I’m one who rarely does reviews but felt I wanted and had to write one for this amazing fun game... It’s easy at 1st several levels then it gets more difficult having to do levels over again. I admit it gets rather frustrating at times but that’s what games are all about, Right? To keep trying until you finally accomplished the ultimate win and it’s an amazing feeling to finally move-on to the next level... I love the way the blasters are incorporated into this game and the many different effects of each level. It’s fun and age appropriate for different ages I’d say from age 5+ However may be too much for younger children to win making it difficult for them... I give this cute, fun inspiring game 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s Try it betchya Youl like Then love it too, warning tho, it’s addicting! And I must say when 1st seen and played this game it surely felt as if was just for kids but N0 it felt like it was too easy but WRONG, it gets mire challenging as you pass more and more levels! I am obsessed with word games, they’re my favorite types of games...that being said, this is my absolute favorite word game, ever. Not only is it unique from every other game out there, but each level within the game provides a different type of challenge, preventing the game from becoming stagnant. Each level is just challenging enough to keep you trying without overwhelming you to the point of frustration, I just wish they would add new levels already. I’ve been waiting for what seems like 9+ months now for new levels to arrive and nothing has come. Does King plan on ever adding additional levels, or is this where the game will end? It would be really nice to know!

I used to really enjoy this game but the last three times I was about to past level 297, the game actually prevented me from doing so. Once, on my last move, I got the last letter I needed to finish a word but as soon as I picked it the game stopped, said I had run out of moves. The last two times I played, on my last move I had words I could play but before I could use them the game “shuffled” the letters, then abruptly ended. Supposedly, “shuffling” only happens when there are no words to play. THAT IS NOT TRUE. In fact, every time the game decides to rearrange letters, you’re LESS likely to make words with letters you need. It feels rigged, fix it.

While I really enjoy playing this game, I'm at level 537 now, it is particularly annoying when playing the (what I call) find the word boards. There are blank circles at the top which are filled once the required letters are used in a word. One of my issues is that there are occasions when the needed letter is not even on the board and doesn't show up for several moves. Sometimes this glitch forces me to lose the game. It's frustrating. When I get fed up I stop playing for several days sometimes a couple of weeks. Other than that I enjoy playing this challenging and fun game.

Alphabetty is so fun! I play this game all the time. The Mystery Mouse is Great because you get an extra letter taken away If you use a crown letter. I wouldn’t change much of the game if I could. I think that the only bad thing about the game is needing to sign up an email. Of course that isn’t a big deal and I don’t mind it. It is pretty reasonable so I don’t really think that it should be changed unless someone comes up with a better reason why it should be changed. Alphabetty gives a lot of notices and emails🥺 but of course you can always turn off notifications. All in all Alphabetty is really fun and great!!

Only play if you can spend at least an hour on it! It’s so addicting! And I too finish the new stages way too fast!! I check in on it from time to time to see if there are new stages! And I found a filler for my time in between new updates... it’s called letters of gold and it is just similar!! But it’s the closest thing I can get to this game. I like words on tour but they haven’t updated that game in years!! So please keep giving us new stages when possible!! And thanks!!

Got passed all the other probs from the previous levels. Just finished #900. Now it seems like there is no other level left! Is this the end of the line?? __————————————————————————————- you still haven't fixed the problems! Also, I have 7 0r 8 mystery mouse & others but can't use them. I'm stuck on a level now. Not to mention that I can hardly get more than a 3 letter word most of the time. This is all because of an update. What a let down! Additional review - loved the fix that the techs did. Now, the problem is: the latest update deleted the free gold bar! It shows for a half of a second, then totally disappears. 😩. Can you fix this? 😳 Another update. Aug 22 Re - downloaded the game. Can't get the gold bar for watching the video ads. Geeze-badeeze. Can one of your techs fix these issues once & for all? Update - Still WAITING for someone to fix this. Sooooo frustrating! Still messed up starting at level 39 !! The rest you will know about if you PLEASE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS . Starting at level 39, The techs need to correct the part that keeps track of how many words that are spelled. There are check marks on all the parts - such as 4 - 5- 6- etc, that need to be spelled. We can only guess which needs more & most times it's not correct either. Very frustrating. Please fix these issues! Otherwise this would be a 5 star game.

It is a fun word game. The explanations need a little work or add an info section. If you have never played scrabble for example you have no idea what the gold tiles mean without looking it up online. Last my biggest issue comes in the later levels after around 325. I recognize that King is in the business of making money however the levels should still be able to be passed reasonably without having to buy gold bars to pass. There are several levels where it is virtually impossible particularly the levels guessing words to pass without adding additional moves or boosters forcing you to buy more if you want to continue enjoying the game.

I play this game daily, and I especially enjoy it when my family is road-tripping. However, I also love to take pictures with my phone along the trip. Every time I open and use my camera during the game (keeping the app open in the background), I get so frustrated when I go back to play because it shuts down and re-opens as if I had closed the app - meaning I lost the game I was in the middle of, AND it causes me to lose that life. Apps from other games I play never do this! I stop playing, snap a couple pics, and return to the game. Come on, King! Even YOU have other apps that don’t so this!! Needs to be fixed.

Alpha Betty is a good go-to game for those like word games. More information about new features would be helpful. All of a sudden there is something new but with no explanation of what it is/does e.g. I still don’t know what the horseshoe on top of a non-lettered box is for. While it is a word game, it also requires a bit of strategizing to successfully complete most levels. It is hard to strategize effectively if there is no instruction about what the items do or their purpose. All in all I enjoy the game very much. If the developers would include some additional information about new features, I would raise my rating to 5 stars.

Some people might be able to get to the end of this game, but the majority will not. At a certain level the game is made so hard that almost no one can make a word in the mishmash that’s given to them. There are so many hazards to try to navigate including ticking bombs, vines, multiple bubbles etc., all while trying to find words in the scrambled nothingness of this game. Two stars is too much but i did enjoy the beginning of the game. It was challenging and I felt myself getting better and better. Then the land mines were inserted and more hazards. Life is frustrating enough with a simple game providing more trap doors and open pits to fall into. Thanks for nothing.

Not sure if this is glitch or intentional, but it’s literally impossible to get past 414 and 420 without buying extra moves. 414 will not even present your last cheese until your very last move, so you may blow five or six moves with NO cheese on the board...meaning there is literally no goal for those moves. They are wasted, then when the last cheese drops at the very end, you have to buy more moves. On 420 you have to collect 18 words in 18 moves. Sounds difficult, but possible right? Wrong. Almost all of the letters are wrapped in vines. Those letters don’t count towards words until they’re unwrapped. Even if you kill a good chunk of the vines in two moves, it is mathematically impossible to win. So either these are egregious glitch errors or blatant greed aimed towards in app purchases. Either way, I’m out until fixed.
