Good color and movement, a 3-D appearance, very well thought out game design and loads of unique levels. Some levels are so fun I just play them over and over for weeks. I have had a few frustrations with it. Sometimes the game will reopen to my level if I have taken a few hours off but many times it reloads, at which point I have to decline a sister game offer and scroll through all 17 “worlds” to open my current level. That’s annoying. Also, for some reason when I temporarily deleted the game from my iPhone, I lost all my progress. That one might have been the fault of my iCloud settings though.

This game keeps my attention for longer than i should be playing. I played the original version on the old iPod with the center wheel button (2006 version). The updated version is more cartoon-y to me, but the game play is about the same and I’m happy to keep playing. I like trying to beat my scores and shooting for all perfect board clears.

This is the only app I have ever paid for, and all my purchases have been honored for many years. This is my go-to game because it requires both luck and skill, unlike certain games that are always trying to coerce you into spending money for expendable things. I love this game!

I really love this game but on world 7, level 20 will not open, so I cannot play it. All the rest opened up just fine, but I have tried several times to open it with no luck. Has anyone else had that problem and if so, how did you fix it ?

A most addictive game!!!! Always want to complete just ONE more puzzle. And there is always one more to complete or improve your score on, you can be sure of that!!!! Lots of good fun with this one!!!! So kick back, puzzle the cubis for awhile, and have some FUN!!!! And remember it's only a fun puzzle game!!! Enjoy!!!!

I love this game so much I purchased all the worlds but there is a level where there are blue and purple star cubes on the board but only yellow and pink cubes served. How can we get all the stars if you're not even going to use the matching colors? I have 3 stars on every other level. What's up with the evil programming developers?

I played this game for years and I enjoyed it but now it’s changed to where I’m paying $1.99 for each level and I’ve found that the higher levels 16 + are mostly impossible . I don’t enjoy it anymore even though I like a challenge. By the way it never unlocked the game by watching a video and I finished level 17 . I will never start this game over again , sad that it changed. I tried to change my rating to 1 star but I had already hit 3.

The game is ok, but, if you purchase any of the levels be prepared to lose your purchase on reset. This seems to be the way the new company has set up the game. Miss original Cubis; it was an excellent light mental exercise and colorful. This one is still colorful but not as nice. The new version, Cubis Kingdom’, is more for little kids, too much cartoon and too much ‘special’ cubes, not really a puzzle so not my thing.

Either through stupidity or greed the developer had decided to charge to unlock levels. I’ve played the game since it was on the iPod, then came the iPhone game & yeah, because I love it I paid to unlock levels... Then apparently it was sold & all my levels are locked again. Still a good game, though no better than the original, just an aggravating way to monetize.

This was once the best game out there. Until it was sold to this company. If you put any money into it. Be prepared to pay for it over and over and over again. I just lost my THIRD purchase and am done with this company. As others have reviewed here, I also reset the game and lost all the levels. I contacted the company to restore the game and was told that since I purchased it prior to their take-over, they were not able to restore. I could contact Apple to see if they could help. Apple was not able to help. Since this was the third time I had restored the game, the first time the previous company restored without issue, the second time, I finally REPURCHASED the game, the third time, I either sat through hours of the same friggin ad over and over again or spent the additional $$$$ in frustration and bought levels here and there. Because I spattered free levels it’s purchases, Apple isn’t able to restore the game either. This is BS. What a waste of a great game.

I love the game of cubis and was excited when I found this game. I completed level 1 fairly quickly then went to level 2 yet none of them would unlock. It said to unlock you either needed to pay $1.99, connect your email for 7 levels (which I did) or watch a video. I connected my email and it unlocked 7 levels on stage 2. It says that in order to unlock more levels you need to complete the levels prior. I completed all 7 levels perfectly and it won’t unlock. I’ve tried to watch a video for a week no and it always says there are no videos. I love this game but finally deleted it. If you aren’t going to let people advance unless you pay...put it in a paid game where it should be! Super disappointed.

I enjoyed this game. A lot. It was my obsession. And then I ran out of levels. So while waiting for (maybe) more levels, I decided to rest my progress and start anew. Now, I had bought every new level up to level 25. For 24 levels (level 1 is free). That’s a bunch of bank. But when I reset.... so did my purchases. And restore IAP did NOT work. There is no button or link to discuss this with iWin, so I have been now unable to enjoy my very expensive levels that I purchased just in the past few months. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS. VERY. If I could give this a ZERO rating, I would just based on that one very poor piece of customer non-service. Don’t waste your money. LOVE the game... HATE the developer.

I originally bought all levels up to 25. I cannot restore IAPs. Now I am stuck after level one. I have to watch an add to get to next level or pay 1.99 too unlock 4 levels. Within each main level. When you click on a locked level you get a message that says you must unlock all previous levels which I have done with three stars. Still will not unlock. This is a scam and I’m disappointed in the other game Cubis Kingdoms I think this is trying to force everyone into buying that game. And that one NOT worth the 9.99. Be warned

This was always my favorite game. I got through all the levels and have been waiting patiently for new ones to be released as I replayed the old ones over and over. Today my phone had to be restored and I lost all my levels and now find out I have to repay to play. Not worth it, especially since it’s clear they were never going to release new levels. I think all their efforts are going into the new version “Cubis Kingdoms” which isn’t as good. Now I must say goodbye to this game forever.
