I absolutely love this game. It’s an addiction. But this morning when I went to play my game, that I love so much, there was an addition, an advertisement for all access games. They want me to sign up for $10 monthly payment. And all of a sudden I can’t play my game that I paid for. All I can get is this ad on the screen

Today I got an email from iWin with a sure fix for the crashing app and the restore my purchase problems. I didn’t expect this—it’s been a while since I gave up. I am glad they didn’t and figured out a fix for one of my favorite games. Bravo, iWin!

I have loved this game and others made by iWin. But I kept having trouble with this app. It was driving me crazy. Support stayed in touch, and helped, and although it took some time, they *stayed with it!* it works fine now. Thank you, iWin support staff!

Variety and challenge between levels with a story line that follows. Some levels require strategy to beat them but that is part of the fun. Other levels are easier to win. I don't get tired of playing.

Fun game, love the challenges. Would rather purchase than deal with “in-app” purchase offers. I had completed up through about #104 when the game locked up and my choice was to pay $9.99 per month and get access to several games, or delete the game. I’m picky and don’t want access to a whole bunch of games. I’d rather pay up front which is what I have done in the past 20 years. Not all games are fun. Some are awkward and poorly done.

I purchased this game 2 years ago in order to play without ads & played it a lot. Stopped playing for awhile this year only to find that I now have to spend more money to continue playing without ads. I can understand changing the cost for new subscribers but once you’ve purchased something you shouldn’t have to pay again. Makes me leery of purchasing anything in the future. ☹️

This game was listed as a free game, which isn’t true. The first fourteen levels are free, then you have two options: pay $10 to unlock the game, or watch ads to unlock each succeeding level. Other than that, the game is very good. I haven’t had a single glitch or bug.

This game is very fun with unique challenges. I am at the point where I have to pay $9.99/month for this and other games before I can continue. I don’t mind buying a game but I’m not spending money every month for games I don’t want. Maybe this is offered as a separate purchase but I honestly am too busy to search.

I love this game. I purchased it several years ago. It was my go to game for a long time until I got an update message. So I updated only to find that I had to purchase a game I had already purchased. Sadly I had to delete it. Didn’t want to purchase again and wasn’t interested in the package being offered. I still miss playing the game.

After avoiding updating this app because of all the recent problems, I accidentally hit “update all” on my apps and now it crashes instantly. It was working perfectly with the latest OS until I updated it. It’s been years since I bought the app, but it’s not unreasonable to think it ought to still work (without having to buy a subscription!) ______________________ Previous review... So far, I really like this one… I've loved the Jewel Quest games for years, but I thought I was through with them after the last version. I refuse to pay for extra moves and boosts just to keep playing. I don't mind paying once to have the whole game. I'm cheap, but this price seems like a bargain to not have to deal with lives running out or nag screens to waste your money on temporary boosts.

When went to my game Jewel Quest Seven Seas a page is up blocking me to play. I have already paid $9.99 for this game & I am on level 88. I can not get back on to play. I Well since November I have been trying to get my money back because I couldn’t Play the game. It locked me out. They sent me an email to tell me how to get my game back but trying it did not work. I think the I win company are nothing but thieves & apparently They don’t have people working for them that know what their doing. I will not even give them I star. Game 103 expert level the wheels don’t change when you get them. They go from 5 to 4 & back to 5. Then sometime it says 0 but you don’t win even when you have gotten all the gold blocks.

I purchased this game (for $9.99) about 5 yrs. ago. I’ve finished it and re-started the game several times without a problem. Once I got to level 14 it would allow me to restore purchase and I would continue to play without a problem. Now with the new update it’s not allowing me to continue playing unless I subscribe and commit to $9.99 a month! Are you out of your minds? I’VE ALREADY PURCHASED THE GAME! I don’t need nor do I want a subscription of $9.99 to play! The game is good and challenging yes, but I should not have to be forced to pay more money and accept a monthly subscription! I’m not getting the option to restore purchase unless I accept the trial or $9.99 a month subscription! Can one of the developers look into this?

Before this update with “All Access”, you could play all the levels by watching an ad for each level. Now you can’t play *anything* past the first 14 levels without having a subscription. I had beaten the original 120 levels and was about 2/3 of the way through replaying on expert. Now I can’t even access the levels I’ve already beaten, let alone new levels! Extremely disappointed and deleting the app immediately.

ALL ACCESS stinks!!!! I have own this game for years and now I can’t play it without paying $10/month. This was a fun game. After May 10th update my name is no longer visible on the play button. And this annoying "connect to Facebook" button and other "movie" buttons really brought the stars down on this game. I really don't care how other people do in this game! Remove the buttons and let everyone enjoy the game individually.
