    Technical Issue

I’m enjoying this game very much, but the ending doesn’t finish correctly since a few days ago. I was able to see all bugs has been fixed, but not mine still.. Is there anything I can do with the issue? Thanks

    Episode 5 Glitch

Hi! I really enjoy this game. I have it downloaded on my iPhone (I’m not sure if that makes a difference when it comes to glitches). However, once i reached Episode 5, I ran into some kind of glitch with all of the levels. After each level has ended, my screen just stays in that level as if the level were still being played, but there are no more customers. I am still able to move Jake around just like when actually playing the level. In order to leave each level, I have to give up a life by choosing to click “Return to the Map.” Once I return to the map, exit out of the game completely, and then re-open the game, it shows that level as being completed. This is particularly frustrating on the levels which contain dialogue between characters because I am then unable to read the entire story for that level. The dialogue which is shown before the level starts is able to play out smoothly without any issues at all. The glitch only occurs once the levels end. I have already tried saving my progress in the game to Facebook, uninstalling the game, and then reinstalling it. The glitch still happens on every level that I’ve played in Episode 5 so far. Is there anything else that I could try to fix this issue? I would really like to continue playing the game, but it’s kind of pointless to continue playing when I’m missing out on the storyline at the end of each level in Episode 5 due to this glitch.

    Addicting but...

I downloaded the game a couple of days ago and it’s extremely addicting and I always want to become faster and better at the game getting all three stars for each level. That being said I’m on chapter 3 episode 21 and have finally ran out of all my hearts. Yes, they do regenerate BUT only while you’re actively on the game. Meaning you have to have the game open staring at the screen watching the clock count down or else when you open the game back up you’ll still have 20 minutes left on the timer. (I wish I could insert a screen recording here so everyone could have a better understanding). With no hearts there’s no reason for me to have the game open, so I was surprised when I came back to the game today and non of my hearts regenerated. I don’t want to have the game open on my phone for 20 minutes waiting on one heart, I might just delete the game entirely. :/ Without that time bug the game would be great.

    Not the same

This game is different than the Gamehouse games and I’m disappointed. The story line is all over the place and confusing. It gets boring after a while and I usually love these games. The biggest downfall is that this game is hard. I love playing the other games by Gamehouse that are relaxing but this game isn’t. It doesn’t matter if I upgrade or use power ups, it gets to a point where I don’t make enough to win the level. I miss when there was 1-3 stars to win the level. I already had to purchase diamonds to keep winning and to continue the game. Literally almost every level past a certain point. You need to make it where you can choose easy or hard. I like my time management games relaxing and casual but this isn’t it.

    Glitches and story line

I’m on Episode 7 level 80 for whatever reason a character shows up I’m able to complete the first part of his order but then the game glitches and doesn’t allow you to complete the second part. This results in him standing the entire level after the level is over it doesn’t end because the character doesn’t leave. Then when you end the game you lose a heart due to the level being incomplete. If you go to level 81 you miss part of the story and that is impossible to beat too. The story line is hard to follow because of the jumping around you have to do to complete levels. The 1st series was better formatted but, this series is still just as addicting.

The polar opposite of the first one

If you loved the first game, this could be disappointing. The last game was very story heavy with a well written and engaging plot. The sequel has many levels that don’t advance the story at all. And so far they’ve almost completely abandoned the semi-cliff hanger ending of the first game in favor of an extremely boring half story surrounding a Paris Hilton-like character who has nothing to do with anything else. I really dislike the sad state of the story elements. It’s surprising because that’s usually a central point of the brand. Game play is fun, it’s the same as it is in all the Delicious games and the first Primrose game. That’s the only reason I’m giving it as many stars as I did. But they’ve made it harder to try and get you to buy stuff on top of the same amount of ads it feels like. I don’t begrudge them that as I believe in paying content creators. But there’s... not enough content here. So if I do get to a point where I can’t progress without spending money I don’t think I’ll be doing that.

    More levels??

This game is good. Not my favorite but entertaining. I don’t find it as hard as other reviews suggest, however I do prefer the original gamehouse version better. My question/concern is when are new levels going to be released? The “episodic” style of levels is annoying. Especially with no information as to when (if ever) the rest of the episodes will be released. I want to play the rest of the game and am at a stand still. This app has now been out for over 4 months and is taking up space on my phone just sitting there while I await the release of new levels. It’s frustrating.

    Weird organization

I really wish this game was organized like every other gamehouse game. It’s weird that you have to sometimes play a level twice to move to the next one but not always and it’s incredibly difficult to pass some of the levels. I wish it was like the other games where you play one level, in that level you can do the challenge and find the animal and move up to three stars and then play the next one. Also I don’t like buying the upgrades, I preferred the old version where you bought some, but some products upgraded the more you played and the tray increased in size with each level. I was excited for this to find out what happened after the first primrose lake, but I’m really disappointed with this game.

    Frustrating

I love this game, don’t get me wrong. However, I am now at a level where it is requiring diamonds to finish & that is extremely frustrating. The character literally moves so slow, & the customers all drop hearts faster than she can get to them. With added bonuses such as picking pumpkins, loading magazines, making crepes, cookies & scones plus cleaning tables it can be managed (I have 3 gold stars on every level thus far) but suddenly she’s just slow as molasses & that is not fun. I have put it aside for weeks now because I am so over the slow frustrating gameplay.

    Delayed Episodes

It’s extremely annoying to have to wait so long for the next episodes. It’s almost not worth it. Can you give a time frame as to when the other chapters and episodes will appear? It would really help in sustaining interest in the game. When upgrading, throughout playing the game, you show there are delays in obtaining some of the upgrades until future chapters are reached. Sadly, it appears that they may never come, at the rate the chapters/episodes are being added. Am I missing something...

    Not So IMPOSSIBLE after all!

    * updated review 2-15 Ok, I take back my previous criticism...it is in fact possible to complete the levels. My issues seemed to be that I was trying to play in order competing each challenge within the level before moving onto the next. I actually found playing levels as soon as they are unlocked help my progression. It would often unlock upgrades that would allow me to complete the “stuck” levels. So, I’m glad I stuck with this and figured it out . I’ve now finished all available episodes and levels and am just waiting for more content/updates! -I still find the power ups frustrating, particularly the cleaning one ...grrr.. I also often can’t exactly recall what some of them even do...and there’s no hint/tip/info to clue me in. —— So frustrated with this game! It becomes impossible to win without spending diamonds for extra time/customers! I normally play these games on expert mode, I might have to repeat a really hard level a few times to get a perfect score, but I ALWAYS 3star! I’ve played practically every game relea Also...The power ups are a joke, the cleaning one legit cleans one table and disappears 🤬...why would it not last the entire level? So unbalanced! Shame ya had to ruin it, as the first game in this series was one of the best....

    Latest update has glitches

Like many other people have said. You cannot complete levels 80 and 81 because a guy never asks for moonshine but does not leave either, so the level cannot be completed. I was so excited to see there was a continuation for the Primrose Lake only to be completely disappointed. They added some really idiotic characters, hotel heiress?? really?? The story is not engaging, the graphics are mediocre and the gameplay is repetitive and boring. The levels are hard only because you do not get enough customers, so that you spend diamonds to get more. Just a sore disappointment of a game and now they don’t even check an update to make sure there are no glitches.

    Can’t pass levels

I loved the first game but I’m only on level 7 in episode 2 and already having to use diamonds to pass levels. I maxed all levels in episode 1 with no problem but then suddenly in episode 2 it says I failed levels when I’ve waited in every customer with full hearts and got quick service bonus? I upgraded everything I have the coins for and there is no boost to make them go faster? How can you fail a level when you wait on every customer with full hearts quickly but have to wait for the game to spawn more customers? I refuse to pay money just to pass a standard level of this game. I wish it was back on gamehouse.

I hate this type of gameplay

The first game was great and enjoyable to play. This game is boring and I don’t enjoy playing it. Why is Gamehouse catering to people who don’t want to pay for a game? There are still people who want to just pay for the game and play. First they ruined the Emily games and now these. Also, the constant forced tutorials are annoying. Have the option to turn that off. I feel like the gameplay (not storyline, if you can call it that) is geared towards children. The only good thing about this game is that it made me realize that my free time is better spent doing something else. None of these games are enjoyable to me anymore.
