I love ❤️this game it’s a perfect game nothing wrong with it at all like some other games have problems but not restaurant story two y’all should make more games like this and I just love ❤️ that in this game no matter how long u have been gone your food doesn’t spoil and I get free coins for being away I just love ❤️ that too and I like it that customers give me coins for water and food this is truly one of my favorite games my 12 year old son showed me this game and I just can’t put it down I just can’t stop playing it but I do wish that some dishes on here didn’t take so long to cook and one dish on here I have all of the ingredients but it won’t let me cook it it says I need something but I have all of the food I wish y’all would fix this except for those things that’s is a great game O and I wish this was a off line game so I can play it anywhere when I am away from home again thank for making this game I just love ❤️ it thanks 🙏 for making such a great game.

I love this game! I’ve been playing all of the story games since a kid, this one it’s a huge step up from the original. I like how food doesn’t waste, and how you buy decor themes instead of individually buying the different color. I also enjoy buying your ingredients and having more communication with the “community”. My only couple of things to mention, when I first log in to serve any dishes that are ready, I will click on it and it will move to the counter, and then glitch and go back to being ready to serve. This only happens when I first open the game and seems to happen no matter how long I wait to click on them. I also think you should be able to have more tables sooner. I have a lot of costumers who leave, but thankfully there’s no more ratings. Overall an amazing and super fun game I think I will continue to play these game my whole life.

So far, loving the change from the old classic restaurant story...the little people coming and going is really cute and makes more fun and interesting to play...just wish that when you expand, the space was bigger and that it didn't require so much to do it....and why do the appliance cost so much when you don't make that much money with what you cook and sell...might need to do a little adjusting to make it a little more even....also, why can't you sell the excess from the pantry instead of discarding the extra you don't need...that could help earn extra money and what's with not getting the parts you need for upgrades or the other things you need like ginger & vanilla, WHY are so hard to get?! And why is it that when I buy things from the market I don't get them?! Again, why can't you SELL the excess food and other items from the pantry & tool box instead of just discarding them...that would be a way to make extra money...Some changes/updates really need to happen...like YESTERDAY!!!

Good game but a few things need to be fixed or changed. First of all, I hate the notification I get that tells me I have left the stove on when I haven’t played in awhile. I don’t think anyone with anxiety or OCD appreciates that. I also sometimes earn stamps but they don’t appear in my inventory. I receive gems occasionally and have not spent any of them yet they seem to disappear until I have 28 gems again. I have also seen the task icon completely disappear and I have to shut down and restart the game to get it back. When rotating an object, I wish I could rotate it in place even when there isn’t enough room, and THEN I can move it to where there is room. Because there will be a place it will fit once it is rotated but there is no room in its current location when rotated so it won’t let me. Lastly, there are way too many catering events and I wish there was a way to cancel one once you have started one, if you change your mind. Otherwise it is a nice game.

First of all, I love video games. I have played hundreds of them. This game is great for what it is, but there needs to be more ways to earn items like nails than to wait for the handy man to come in and drop them or to pay for them. It makes it really hard to do anything without paying. Even if I play 24/7 during a catering event, there's no way I'm going to deliver everything and earn the recipe without paying. It even asks for things that I can't even make yet (seafood shop not open) so it wastes my valuable time. I'd consider spending money if it would slightly help me, not if I HAVE to in order to win anything. I'd even consider it better if they would randomly pick one player a month and give them like 100 gems or something. Something to look forward to. :/ Otherwise, it's fantastic!

It takes entirely too much just to get certain things. The game is extremely money hungry. You’ll level up faster if you’re willing to constantly buy gems to get stuff done faster. Then when you expand it only give you another row but it took me a month to expand!? Then the quick serve hands are strictly Facebook friends which I don’t like because then I’d have to add people I don’t know to get quick serve hands that help finish stuff faster? Also why is everything so expensive? I like the option to buy a style and you just pay for tables and at any given time once you’ve paid for the style you can just change it. I don’t like that you only get one extra table every 2-3 level ups? Like what happened to unlimited table purchase with rising price?? This game is definitely made money hungry which is annoying because it good be a good game if they’d make it a bit less money hungry and more in the players favor. Time for a new update the gems opportunities don’t work!

The first time I played the game I played till around lvl 23. This time, lvl 25. It's fun at first, but eventually after the newness of a new game wears off you are just left with attempts to empty your virtual pockets, and ploys intending you to spend them. The game has plenty of customization, but some tables cost around 5 dollars in gems. There are also little events and cruises intending to make the game more interesting, and that would be true if it weren't virtually impossible to win them. You have to coming back every hour or so for a week to barely scratch it though without spending 10 dollars on things to help you along. This game could have been amazing if the game creators weren't so money focused. I'm happy to spend money on a game that I think will be a good investment, but I just don't see that in a game that is over needy in its expected time investments, and entirely focused on monetary gain rather than an enjoyable experience for the players.

I like this game and the graphics. Problem is some goals are impossible to achieve without spending gems. Also, bugs don’t get fixed in a timely manner. One issue has been going on for over six months and Storm 8 can’t or won’t get it fixed. Storm 8 is more concerned about creating new events and running them back to back instead of fixing the problems which persist. Not to mention, the event creators are not very creative with recipes. Same event, two recipes the same just different amounts of the same ingredients. With all of the different ingredients available they can’t come up with three different recipes per event? Just tells me S8 is more interested in having you spend gems to win prizes. Very sad and extremely GREEDY!! When issues are reported to customer support, you get a form email stating they don’t support the game any longer and refer you to the game forums. Storm 8 needs to take lessons from other game makers. Have already quit three games for all of the reasons mentioned. When my gems are gone I’ll quit this game too. Storm 8 will have lost a good customer.

I did really like this game, but it has not once given me a gem or money sale since I installed it! Considering iris WAY too easy to buy groceries with gems accidentally, that is crazy. My daughter got a sale and we installed at the same time and I actually play more than her. Is that it? Do I need to slack off to get offers? In any game I play, I only buy gems or the equivalent on sale. I matzoh d thousands, but I am only doing it for on sale items period. I want to feel like I am getting my monies worth. Since there are no sales and you can't gift gems like your other games. Then it's not worth playing. In addition, I installed this app from their Home Design app and I was supposed to get coins and stars when I reached level 17, but didn't get them when I did. So never install those games they say they will reward you with, as they are rips offs. I have been on both several times each day, yet both stop giving me progress coin increase and start me over like I skipped days, which I never have. So lots of glitches with these companies games. I will be moving on to try a different companies games.

First off I loved the original and I thought this was going to be cool and I started getting addicted ,BUT shortly I realized it takes too much space , it crashes and the Valentine's catering ship challenge was messed up for me by a day almost two , I emailed you Guys and you never fixed it , to many ads at start up for other games and why can't you sell the extra groceries (egg, cheese,noodles ect.) I'm left with no space and can't cook anything so I have to use my gems/diamonds which is frustrating I'm very upset and I'm deleting the app from my device . Please update and until changes happen and maybe I get an email back , I'll come back . I also realized after a certain amount of days I believe you delete the progress or account . Which is very disappointing , also that the terms of use will still be active after I delete the game !! In the TOF par. L ,M , N ; all have things that are kinda harsh. So please fix and update and hopefully you reply to my emails and give some answers .

I downloaded this game about 5 days ago maybe because it reminds me of a cooking game I use to play on Facebook just like this a few years ago that I really enjoyed. I’m on level 13 and have about 7000 coins. There are quite a few things that irritate me and I am not sure I will continue to play. Firstly. All of the pop ups requesting I download another game are annoying. It’s not even a game which is similar to the game play of this one and I have ZERO INTEREST. also my to do list have a lot of tasks that require a connection to Facebook and assistance from friends. I have no desire to connect to FB or spam my friends with game requests. It is so stupid that expansions are only one small additional strip of the restaurant!!!!!! My restaurant is overcrowded and people are having a hard time getting in and out the door and to the hostess stand and I have expanded 2 or 3 times already!!!!! I don’t mind spending money on games however this game is set up to have you spending money forever and the benefits do not outweigh the costs.

I have both Restaurant Story and Restaurant Story 2 but this one is really too expensive. It's very entertaining and I love it but when my current set of Gems finish, I am deleting the game. Everything costs way too much money. I have bought and played many games and this is the only game where you have to keep buying gems so often to keep playing. I have a lot of gems in other games that last so long because I can play for several days without having to use any but with Reataurant Story 2, you need Gems at almost every step. It just takes the fun away, and unlike other games, they have never had a gem sale... There have been so many complaints about the Glitches when you open up the games but there seem to be no intention of fixing these glitches...... There should be some kind of policy to ensure any problems or glitches have to be corrected within a certain time, this has been happening for a very long time

I LOVE Bakery Story & Restaurant Story so of course I thought this second version would be fun too. Wrong. This is one frustrating game! This is the first time I've had to leave a bad review for game too, but this one is set up, just like some of the other players here have said, to cost to real world money if you would like any cute decorations or to advance or expand. And I don't mean a little bit of money, I mean the gems are expensive for even one little decoration or an expansion to be able to just buy the food you need to cook for customers. Yes there are quests to help you earn some of the decorations but again, it is almost impossible to do without spending money on gems. I spend money on the games that I enjoy to help support them of course, but this is one game that asks for way too much and if you combine that with the fact that this game requires a lot of attention just to keep small dishes done because you have, as I said, such poor access to ingredients, sadly, I'm done playing. I'd love to play again if they would make even the ability to buy some cooking ingredients a little easier. Then we could at least work on quests in time and still do what we need to in the RW.

Basically everything in this game is a little much. I have three expansion requests sitting in my little task log. Getting the money is no problem, but needing to wait for the little construction worker guy to show up just to get the things I need to expand my store isn’t fun at all. My store has become cramped up. If I don’t continuously make the tiny dishes then I’m hardly making any money. They don’t even have a lot of servings. Really. It’s a lot more than just a little frustrating. I don’t want to spend money on this game so I’m probably going to uninstall it. I thought it was pretty neat, at first, but my task log either has tasks for me to download MORE games or tasks I can’t do because of a timer on the ingredients I need, because I can’t get the correct hardware from the construction worker guy, or simply because I can’t afford it after having to spend my money to learn a recipe. Sorry, I play the first Restaurant Story, and I love it. I play these games to relax, not to get more frustrated than I already am.
