I'm almost 70 and have been playing games since they began so I enjoy all types except war and blood and guts. This game is a fun way to pass the time. However a few problems are very annoying. The sound works sometimes sometimes not. It's so much better when it works! Maybe it's just me but I find it very very rare to get a bingo in the tournament rounds, I avoid playing those for that reason Also I wish. That if you know the word puzzles you could answer it before it completely fills in . I also wish tickets were easier to earn I will rate it 4 stars with the hope you will continue to improve the issues I have and also my fellow players complaints Thank you

Your system is constantly having inaccessible video, it doesn’t award bingos as it should. You could credit the bingo if it’s earned. And finally you have a real problem with your advertisers. They are all Asian cons. I have fallen victim to the golf game and they just send you the ball, the robot vacuum cleaner that sweeps and mops and doc station and they sent miniature toy robot vacuum that doesn’t do anything. Also purchased foldout bed in a cabinet and received nothing at all. Check one of your lates5 ads that claims it’s selling Walmart close out handicap motorized chairs. I checked it out and just as I learned from the other scams the6 consistory change there webpage so you can’t contact or track them. Your players trust you so you need to checkout these advertisers before you post their ads. I certainly could use the $200+ I lost.

Love game but hate certain aspects. Background on bingo boards in many games makes it hard to see the numbers. Graphics are great, just not running through cards! Also, light blue background on Tournament cards does not highlight numbers. It is ok if only playing up to 4 cards, but if you try to play more can not keep up cuz too hard to see. Also, must be some cheating in tournaments. There is a player identified as “IT” frequently playing who achieves such outrageous scores I do not even want to play. Yesterday IT had over 135,000 points and tonight had over 179,000. What is up with that. Most of us struggle to get to 10,000. Does not seem possible, yet you never divulge rules for scoring in tournaments. Like playing football when you do not know points for TD’s vs FG’s. Explain please😜.

The first time you had this I worked the whole way through. It too me almost 10,0000 tickets. These last 2 times I hit an item and play for hours and can not finish it. This time item 2. I had almost 6000 tickets saved up. I just played for 4 hours. Finish Ed item one quickly as I got lots of bingo quickly. I have been over 3 hours on item 2. Used up almost 2000 tickets. It was almost 3 hours before it gave me one of the 91 crystal balls I had in my inventory. I completed 4 but it only counted the 1st 2. The app also blew me off 5 times. I finished the beauty pagent and also close to finishing autumn breeze. Added 2 new levels ballon race and haunted house during these hours. Finished all 3 levels of rings play, too. I play the Monopoly one every time and finish it every time in a few hours. I'm so frustrated with yours, I don't want to try it anymore. It really feels like you held me off of having any of the 91 crystal balls come up to use for hours. This happened in the last game, too, only with the rocket one. Has anyone actually finished these last 2 game Series? Worked the whole special on the summer vacation. Never did get the last item to finish the 24. Bottom right corner, never did show up. Irritating.

You can’t pull up any of the free gems to watch a video yet your videos come all the time when you want them too can’t collect any gems or watch any videos in exchange for then. Use to be my favorite game have been playing for years yes years. And your app just goes off in middle of games and can’t collect my winnings , I’ve lost just in the past two weeks at least fifty or more tickets that I won legitimately by winning bingos but never get them or my free keys or gems. This is becoming so frustrating and you never replace them when asked you always say it’s the internet when all my other games work just fine through the Internet. It’s you. I’d like to see you replace them and get your free gems in exchange for watching the videos. If I see you do right by me and replace them I’d gladly recant my statement and send another review telling people you do right by fixing the problem. Until then I can’t say anything great on your behalf . Thanks From a loyal player for over five years!

Tickets are far too scarce and make game play difficult for any length of time. When you consider the higher level rooms that require so many tickets, you’d think you’d offer more opportunities to get tickets than the small daily sign in bonus, the 30-40 you can get from watching a 30 second or so commercial, etc. Not everything should cost money. Plus the diamond to ticket ratio is ridiculous; if you want to get tickets with your diamonds, a ton of diamonds gets you about 30 tickets. I understand the idea of wanting to get people to spend money on these items but most of us are just trying to maintain our sanity during the pandemic by playing games like these... and far too many of us are working hard by day and/or night and just want to relax when we play ... spending money on tickets when you can barely pay your rent or get necessities, even when you work full time, is just NOT an option. Stop being greedy. 😔 There’s got to be a better way.

This game used to be fun especially before all of these updates. Now once you get a Bingo the time runs down the extra fast. Also during a game when you're getting close to running out of time when you have say four seconds left to go to press bingo it does not let you even though you had time left. It is very frustrating. I have won at times,60 gems, and after a few days I would have only a few left I don't know where or how they disappear. Also extremely frustrating. And with the newest update the game tends to shut down mid game and you loose all the tickets you spent to play. This makes me not want to play this all game anymore!!!! It's been very disappointing!!! After reading more of the complaints on the reviews it says this game is blaming our electronics and it most definitely is not the electronics it is the game and it's updates.

This game is okay to play to pass the time. The biggest gripe I have w/this app is that the app keeps popping up in the bottom tray in the home screen when not playing telling me it’s ready to play again. I turned off notifications and it still reappears. Turn notifications on and off again, powered down my device and turned back on numerous times and I’m still getting notifications. The only thing I have turned on for this app is for cellular data only, no notifications, no background run, nodda. Also if I don’t want to sign into Facebook whenever I play this game, please do give us an option to turn off the sign into Facebook pop up every time When the game is opened. I don’t use Facebook and I will never sign up for a Facebook account. With that said I’ve deleted this app over the notifications issue.

I'm not sure what the company was thinking besides selling out customers for a small profit, but ever since this turned to an unlimited ad game, it was the best bingo app game on the market. Now, it force closes every time an ad runs. You try to watch an ad for free auto daub of cards, and it force closes without repaying you your credits. Of course you can pay to remove ads, but who would trust that when it will not work properly with the ads. Not to mention the 10 minutes spent exiting out of every ad that shows every game this company has its hands in. So irritating. Also, they've been changing games that were fine and adding games that are crap. This company became a sellout like others. Fix your crap app or fire the people that can't. I seen the developers haven't replied to anyone since Sept 2018 when they requested to fill out a complaint on their website. Ok BINGO BLITZ that doesn't resolve anything and responds to you issues with "Were to busy to look at your issues" via automatic email. Sellouts. And I understand that companies are for profit, but they also cared about their product, and had integrity. This company has lost integrity. Also, you owe me over 10,000 of tickets, gems, keys similar to other complaints that are ignored.

Y’all know y’all wrong for doubling the price for keys along with the amount of gems it takes to open chests. That was a foul move and you know it. It’s a shame. This has been one of my favorite games to play for almost 3 years. This has been a game that I constantly log into and play everyday religiously. If this doesn’t get fixed, you will have lost another loyal player. I have just used up my remaining gems, tickets, and coins. I see you lowered the price on the keys back to 350 coins but made it to were we have to purchase two at 800 coins. If I only 400 coins I can’t buy a key and the only other option is to use 3 gems, we used to be able to open a chest for only one gem. With gems being so scarce this is still unacceptable. I used to gladly spend my hard earned money to buy gems and tickets but now I am deleting this app along with Clue bingo and monopoly bingo. I don’t know maybe you guys are making more money with this absurd update but with the looks of your most recent reviews you all are losing more players than gaining new ones. Oh well.

I have years playing this bingo app. For me it was one of the best, but it has turned out to be the worst, you can’t get gems only buying it with money, 2 gems for one key is a shame and an ad every round of bingo card. It’s tedious to watch ads when you want to play and enjoy the game. The credits it cost per hand is ridiculous then you barely make any bingos. The time it takes to collect the items to pass to the next. Besides all of this you watch an ad completely and then oops something went wrong and you can’t get the rewards the app closes out of nowhere and you lose your credits and everything else. Omg! it’s so disappointing! If you are going to force us to watch a 30 second ad every minute of game i play you might as well change the name to “the bingo ad” cause you watch more ads then the time you actually play. If you guys don’t want to keep loosing people do better. I refuse to keep watching ads when all I want is to play and if I’m going to be forced to watch them give better rewards and improve the app.

It is now Aug 2017. I've updated app and still the problem of your game crashing continues. I have no choice but to move on to a game that actually works! I've lost way too many tickets on this app!!! I don't understand how you continue. I can't possibly be the only one that is having this problem! I used to play this game daily, but even after continual updates I can't finish a game without getting kicked out! I've lost lots of tickets attempting to play what used to be my favorite game. And each time I try to play I get kicked out and it keeps my tickets etc. At least Bingo Bash returns whatever you lost when once in a long while their game hits a glitch and you get kicked out. Downloaded an update today Feb 9, that was supposed to include bug fixes. I tried to get on five times, and was kicked off five times! Is there anyone that knows how to fix this problem? I also lost game pieces.

I really enjoyed playing this game, but now find myself playing less and less. Too many frickin’ ads!! I get it...to get an extra ball or some benefit, ya watch an ad, but now there are ads in between what seems like every game as well. It gets old! I’m sorry, I know this game is free but as far as I feel you’ve sold out. Not to mention, it crashes a lot more than it use to, and I lose whatever it was I was playing. At first I thought it was my tablet, cuz it was old, but now I have a new tablet and it still does it, and now after reading a lot of these reviews, I tend to think it wasn’t my old tablet after all. From the looks of it, you guys are losing people left and right, I would think you’d want to do something to rectify that, and make this game fun to play again, but like a lot of the reviews on here, I guess you’re in it for the money.....well good luck with that.

I get frustrated, the game worked just fine, then one day I get a notice that this version will no longer work and I need to update if I want to keep playing. So I update and now it restarts several times a day and I have to scroll through 30 layers of played levels to get to the one I was on. I can see restarting once in a while but not EVERY time I leave the game for a few hours and I have to re-like my facebook friends each time as well. These issues only happen on the Iphone and not the Ipad versions. Now after more time playing the game, a bug has cropped up. When I tried to open a ticket of the complaint, I was informed the game is no longer supported. So another adventure in updating. This past update added yet another layer of advertisements. They must be making tons from that. And don't get me started on bug reporting, if the game you are wanting to report a bug in, isn't listed in the drop down list. Guess what you can't report a bug. And Bingo isn't listed, of course. So I have played this FREE version for a couple years as a time waster that doesn't require any brain power or coordination to play. Do you think they would offer a PAID version to pass on the countless advertisements? Watch her for the next chapter.
