I love playing this game but I think for the walls, they should let it be like a background design😊 so it looks cute. And the background design should be like animal-like, nature-like, paradise-like, etc. This game is great and believe it or not, I've been playing this game since forever, I've seen many people quit this game though, maybe because it gets boring, and it sometimes does! I think they should allow us to play games on each of the hotel rooms, and they should have levels, and our profiles should have different pictures to be available, like different animals, flowers, backgrounds, etc. You guys gotta have some improvements in this game so it could be more cute, creative, and fun. Cuz I think pet hotel has one of the lowest ratings and players😕 and I wanna meet more people on pet hotel story :( Ooohh they should also let us buy a type of hotel design, color, size, shape, and even the background of the hotel! they should have like a variety of options for us to pick.

I have a huge hotel and 1,000,000$ including 188 neighbors and am loving the game but I will admit it took me a long time of work to get there! Please know that there is bullying and as long as you are nice to everyone and stay away from people who you have heard bully then you will be safe just read over their walls and if you find something you think is bad politely say hi and that you like their hotel then leave DONT CONFRONT THEM! Anyways there a fun contests on walls and keep playing! You will get far! There is so much to do! If you decide to leave the game at any point keep iron your phone so you can play again someday!

I like this game and I like building new pet rooms, but when I have to expand my hotel at first it was really cheep to expand but now that I am on level 14, I have to pay 150,000 or more. Again the app is pretty good but I wish that it didn't take so long to get the new part of the hotel done and that it was not so much of the coins that you collect. For the most probably 10,000. If it could be more than 20,000. For the least probably 8,000. The rest of the game is great I love it. But please please please fix the cost and the time to finish the new part of the hotel because I can not take it any more. I give it 5 stars anyway.

Best game ever please get it if you can and try it trust me you will love this game they have monkeys, polar bears, grizzly bears, zebras, giraffes, turtles, dogs, cats, anything you can really think of this game has and you even have baby animals and they are so cute they name them for you and if you don't like the name you tap on the pets room and tap info then you can change the animals name my sloths name was Harold and I didn't like it so I changed it to James it's cool try it and you won't be disappointed.

Hello, i recently remembered how much i used to love this game. Me and my sister used to play it all the time and would compete to see who had more pets and bigger hotels. I just went to see if i could get it and it says that the developer needs to update it. I don’t know if that’s possible, but developer if you see this, please update this!! It would be amazing, I would like to play again, and go back to the old days. Thank you!

I love this game. Definitely 1 of my 2 top favorites. The 1 frustration I have is that I can't play longer. It costs so much to expand that once you get to a moderate size hotel, it costs millions to continue to expand. I don't mind coming back to collect the funds to size up, but it takes forever to get there and I can't afford to keep putting cash into the game. Otherwise I really do love the game. Thank you for doing such a great job.

I loved it until I updated my phone and now it doesn’t work. Please update so it’s compatible with 11. Thanks! Also this was the best app ever in the entire world before my phone was update! I could write on walls, Party with pets, it was just the funnest and I spent so much time on it, even going in and naming my pets!!please please make it compatible with iOS 11!!! It would mean so much to me!

Ok, so this game is very, very fun. I have no complaints other than the "Pet rooms" and "Fun rooms" take so long to load. I it also breaks my heart💔 that the soul mates and babies run away if you leave them alone in the check in room too long. Other wise, I definitely love this game, suggest it, and I check it everyday. I would say if you are being bullied, just ignore it. Because what I do is turn off comments on settings on main menu on this game. I like pet hotel because it is fun and awesome. But I do have some suggestions. You shouldn't have to use diamonds to purchase pet rooms, because then u have to pay real money for the diamonds just for one pet room. I also think when you add a baby to a room and ur waiting for it and it runs away, you shouldn't have to pay 15 diamonds to get it back. Otherwise I love it too cuz u can hang out with friends, build adorable pet rooms, and do missions! Thanks for reading my review!

I love this game, it is very enjoyable and a great time passer. The game needs to be updated. When you have already completed something and a new goal pops up for it, it does not recognize that you have completed it. Which is EXTREMELY annoying. Also when the next IOS update comes out this game will NOT BE COMPATIBLE WITH IT. So this means we will not be able to play with the next update. Please update it even if it's just a few bug fixes!

I love this game I honestly play it everyday but the last couple of days my game has had a glitch problem. I bought the bean bag room and I had to pay the 86,000 to build it twice because it had the weird glitch and now every time i log out of the game it makes my bean bag room a room that needs to be finished with the check mark even though I already finished it and moved it where I wanted. I really like this game and I hope it gets fixed soon thank you. Since I posted last this glitch has gotten worse. It has made expansions disappear and some of the most expensive rooms. It's getting really annoying. I hope with the next update it gets fixed.

This game has helped me so much with boredom and depression and I am so glad to have found it. I first played it over three years ago I think and instantly fell in love. But... I grew close to a lot of people on this game but they got bullied and my heart broke Because I felt helpless and then they quit and I felt so alone and cried for hours. I think you should do a better job of monitoring the words that are said, people find shortcuts to cuss and its... Just not cool. Please help. Also I hate the fact that you have to be ready when the soulmate or baby comes or it will leave. Waste of money and u have never been so angry/happy with a game at the same time. Please fix this.

I was hoping this game would be a nicer alternative to the now extinct Dream PetHouse by Zynga. But one particular game mechanic makes me question whether or not this game is worth my time anymore (keyword: time). If you attempt to bring in a soulmate or baby, and you spend too much time outside of the game after their supposed in-game arrival time, they will leave, and you will not get a refund for the wasted investment after they run away. NOT COOL AT ALL, NEVER HAVE I RAGED AT A GAME SO HARD! Unless this game gets an unpdate where the soulmate and/or baby AUTOMATICALLY moves into the hotel, without the need or input from the player and CANNOT run away (thus causing you to have wasted your time, money, coins, and gems for nothing), then this game is a giant pile of trash, and needs to be pulled from stores. Never have I seena game so disgraceful, so inconsiderate of the player's lives OUTSIDE of the game. it's like you need to dedicate 24/7 of your life to this game, to not screw anything up. I hate this game now so much because of this.

I am an older, mature person who enjoys "cute, peaceful" apps. I have NEVER seen this level of misbehavior and just plain meanness in a game that claims to be kid-friendly. Friendly???? Anything else other than that. At first, I enjoyed the game, & communicating with others from all over the world. That was great! BUT...then a few of my very nice friends asked me to support "Stop bullying" campaigns, & some were even being bullied themselves. As an adult, I was confused & thought "how bad can it be?" & "maybe they are just playing or being young & overdramatic". WELL!!!! Let me say, as a former bullied girl in the '80's....WOW!!! How times have changed! My heart bleeds for the future💔. TEAM LAVA...(as Reagan said, not that Im a Republican)...TEAR DOWN THIS APP!!!! And it needs to be done IMMEDIATELY! If no action is taken, then I will interpret that as support for those that bully. Which, by the way, are the most insecure people among us.
