Below is my review that use to be 5 stars but with the upgrades I get tired of being asked to rate the app. The adds are bothersome but that’s par for the course for a free app. I’d rather pay once for an app and be done with it. The new World tour adds a way to keep playing since you can play world tournament while waiting for regular tournament to refresh. In addition the world tour keeps your position and does not refresh each week so that you can keep track of your progress. That being said the magic button is still too close to the deck I hate wasting magic by hitting accidentally in play.

I like the game and find it very addicting. My one concern would be when your pop up inquiring if I would rate the game. I decline being that I’m in the middle of a tournament. I continue on and as I am about to win the game freezes. I watch in horror knowing that I would have one. I agree with others it is quite hard to win new wand. The only way to get a wand is to wait for the following day. That could be corrected.

I play this game about 2 or 3 a day and it’s a must before a go to sleep at night. I appreciate the simplicity of the layout and can deal with the one ad location. My only complaint is that the "World Tour” section doesn’t work and hasn’t since the first couple of weeks it was added. There’s also the occasional crash but doesn’t occur too often.

I love this game. I've transferred the app to three different devices but when I get to the third device I'm unable to play the world tournament. I've asked for help and haven't gotten it yet. I'm using an iPhone 6s and yes my software is up to date. Please fix because that part of the app kept me playing for hours. Thank you.

I really like the game but it’s got some major problems now. I loved seeing my rating as the week progressed. Do you think that will get fixed? Also it’s saying to check my internet when it is already connected. Hope it gets better soon!

Game used to be pretty fun. Not too many ads interrupting. But for the last several months there have been no free daily magic wands or new game after wait time. Only way to play now is to watch a 30-45 second add. World Tour has been busted for over a year now. No more leader boards. Needs updating and bug fixing badly but game has been abandoned by creator - it’s not even an option on their support page anymore. Find a supported solitaire game if you like to play. UPDATE: The support page doesn’t work at all. UPDATE 2 - Shortly after this review, a major bug fix was released. Free daily magic wands are back and World Tour is once again working. Unfortunately, the ad that comes on after winning a tournament in World Tour locks the game up and I have to exit and reload to play another. Major inconvenience.

I love the game, but it’s not fair to the players! You have to win 3 tournaments in one go to get the 3 gold stars and you move up! I keep doing that but every time I complete it, it asks you to rate the app and then an advert for a game pops up, you watch that and it takes you back to the game and resets itself every time! It’s not fair as I can’t get any further on it! If you want a good rating then I recommend you let people win and move on to the next level...I don’t understand why you don’t want people to win. It gets boring after a while...fix the problem or I will delete and use other games similar😡

I’ve been playing this game for years and love playing the world tour NOW I can only play the tournament. When I hit the play and tour it does nothing and it says here bug fixes that the leaderboard is fixed well not on my end . I actually deleted the game reinstalled it and still doesn’t let me play the tour , so I just deleted it and hopefully someday it will be fixed , that was my stress relief game .. please look into it 😢then I’ll definitely give it 5 stars.

When are you going to update the world tour? Kenya is the last one and it says “coming soon” but when? I like the game even though I don’t think it’s real playing against other players. No one ever gets hung up or stuck without penalty, no one takes forever to make a move, and I know I’ve seen same faces all over the world. It helps me wind down though but if there are places in the world left to add please do.

This was changed the format that is, on the new version I cannot get the world tour. I enjoyed that feature. Plus now I have to pay for all the magic wands I did buy some but now it’s all the time, it was fun and a challenge. I still play but put it back the way it was. I’m tired of being asked to rate this well the first 1000 times was ok are you that insecure. Put it back the way it was please

I love playing the world tournament portion of the game. However, I have noticed a couple of things that merits a 2 star ranking that dropped from last review of 5 stars. I hop that the app developers read this review and make the simple adjustments to make this app great again. Here are my frustrations.... 1). In the last month, I have noticed that the free magic wand you could get each day has disappeared. That was a perk that I thought evened the playing field... 2) I have been stuck trying to get from Pennsylvania to the United Kingdom Tournament —lacking 3 stars for well over a month despite winning the tournament matches more than not with 1 or more stars. That is frustration #2. That is not the first time that #2 has occurred. About 6 months or a year ago it happened and I contacted app support and it was resolved in a timely and positive manner. Which now brings me to number 3.... 3). This truly is the biggest frustration to me. I went to contact app support as I did last time. Unfortunately when I completed their form, this app was not listed and could not be keyed into the request form. So, the avenue of resolve that I took last time is no longer available.

I absolutely LOVE the concept of this game. I've been playing it since it first came out. But lately the app has been crashing constantly. I'm lucky if I can get through one tournament before it crashes. My favorite is when it crashes while I'm winning my third tournament and I lose. It literally crashes every five or ten minutes. The ONLY saving grace is that you don't lose your turn. It allows you to play right away after crashing. But I get tired of reloading the game every couple of minutes. I used to play for hours. Now? I only play it when I've run out of lives on all my other games and I'm truly bored.

I'm downgrading my review because it seems the developers are only responding if you give the game a good review. I also read some of the the other reviews where the developers replied advising to contact support but you can't even pull up the address they provided. Pretty disappointing. Still unable to open and play like the rest of you. Ever since the update a day ago, The app keeps closing. I've tried turning off my phone and even deleting the app and Downloading it back on my phone. It still won't open. Help please. I'm using an iPhone 7+ Other than that, I like the game

I have an iPhone 8 plus and it's all up to date. I have not been able to access the game for weeks now. One day I tried to play the game and it acts like it's trying to come on but then boots me. I've deleted the app three times (once tonight before writing this) and redownload but I've had to luck. I tried to send a message to the company but it had 4 other games listed that I could click on regarding my problem. This app wasn't on the list to request help for so I'm writing this. I really like the app and can't find one I like better...yet! But it needs to work please!
