I don't understand what is going on with my server. My wifi is on and running. I downloaded this game recently and now every time I try to access the app, it keeps telling me that "Carson is tinkering with the server." How long will this be?

I would love to give this game a 5 star rating because of the attention to detail and how fun it is! But to get anywhere you need pickaxes and even when I do the free stuff to earn them, after fully completing the free stuff I was stiffed. I did a weight loss quick action and took a quick quiz which all should have given me 5 axes but when I returned to the game each time I still hadn’t received them. Please fix this issue or possibly see if there is a glitch? Thank you!! Emily

Disappointed in this game there are hardly any western themed games out there and this one isn’t any good. When I first downloaded it it played fine. Then I exited the appt game to go do something and when I tried to re enter your the game it crashes. Why have a game if it can’t be maintained and run/be played like it’s supposed to. Very disappointed in the developers of this game.

Started playing this game this morning. I remembered that I had played it before, but had deleted it off my iPad due to things being soooo expensive. Downloaded it today to try to see if it was any better. First of all, tying your hands after just four duties is ridiculous! You’re forcing people to leave your game cause there’s nothing for them to do, and to come back later, if they remember. You’ve given a task to go see Ruby, but can never make it yo Ruby’s. WHY?! Now the last five minutes I’ve been trying to go on, it acts like it’s gonna go on, but then ends up on the icon page of your iPad. WHAT’S THE POINT?!

I can't play the game it won't load .I have uninstalled the game a couple of times and reinstalled but the same thing happens . I like the game and would like to be able to play it please fix its been like this for a while now the game have never updated what's going on with it?

So I just changed my 3 star rating to 1 star. I'm also deleted this app. None of the items in the shop will load. I tried an uninstall/reinstall and now I can't even get into the game. It give me a "Carson's tinkering try again later" message. I've read numerous reviews and they're all the same. The shop item don't load or people can't get into the app. If you want people to keep this the you're going to have to start putting an effort into the game upkeep and start listening to your players. I haven't been able to access the shop for 2 days now. It just won't load any items. This is making it impossible to complete tasks or make any money. Also, why are you so stingy with the pick axes? You need them for half your tasks which can't be completed because you won't give me any pick axes! I'm aware I can purchase them but some of us who enjoy these games don't have the extra cash to waist on them. I love this game but it can be a little discouraging at times.

Westbound has a lot of potential to be really fun, but has a couple of issues that really are disappointing. The first issue is with the game loading. I have had it up to my ears to with the message "Carsons tinkering with the servers". The game will work on one of my devices but not another. I've had to delete the app and reinstall more times than I can count. Also, to expand your territory, you will need axes. Unless you pay for them, it's pretty much a lost cause. I've completed multiple options for the free axes through tap joy, but have yet to receive any. I've contacted them regarding this issue but never received a response. So sad, this game could have been one my favorites.

I played this game a few years back and liked the game, but it seems like the devs are having problems with the game now. It just won’t load and just shuts down when I try and open it. I have read several issues other people are having with the game. Check out the devs reply, it’s always the same thing. “Sorry your having a problem and send us an email with your problem”. It seems like they aren’t going to help. Deleted and not going to download again.

There used to be a version of this game that gave you five pickax a day when you would clean up the little shrubs on the floor I liked that version better I think it was called westbound:gold rush also on the weekend there were special games and challenges where you could win them depending on how you ranked against other players anyone with tonic and coins, in this version it doesn’t seem like he developers care as much as they did in the other version of the game

I love the game I really do but I can not get into the store to do anything. It won't load and hasn't from the past couple of days and from what I see it's not just happening to me. My other issue is how stingy it is with pick axes. I can't afford to pay for them and they never give you any. I play other games just like this and one from the same company and have none of these issues. Please fix or I will delete and I really didn't wanna have to do that.

This could be a fun game IF there weren’t so many unsolved problems with it. There are loading problems with the game as well as loading catalogue items within the game. Neighbors can only be invited through Facebook and w/o neighbors you can’t visit them which means certain tasks are unattainable. I’ve requested help many times only to be completely ignored. If you’re considering this game read the reviews first, they have merit.

This game is cute and has potential to be very fun. HOWEVER - pick axes are needed for almost ever task and they can only be purchased using real money. Yes, there is an option to earn free ones but the links rarely work. And good grief, how many places to eat do you need? Following the task list, I've built 5 tables - and just got a new task for another one! Add that together with the constant freeze ups and crashes - ugh. Deleting the game.

This game was really cute when I first opened it but once you run out of axes your stuck there are no good deals on axes I’m not paying 5 dollars for 15 axes I have no problem buying in app purchases if there is a once in a while deal like they do with gems and stuff.. how about making a building that gives you axes over a period of time y’all do it with elixir and pitchforks why not axes

I have been playing the game for a week or so now and am unable to travel to other players. I keep getting the Carson server thing and asked to retry. There is a quest I cannot complete and also a building I cannot build due to this. I reported it and heard nothing. Now for the last two days I am unable to buy anything. I just get the loading symbol.
