It’s hard to sort through add when you don’t know who is active or not I wish they would make a list of people who online that you can actually add cause you need neighbors for certain tasks. Also it would be a lot easier if the decorations was more organized theirs 900+ in decorations it should be separated by holidays buildings or whatever and such I’ve been looking for seawalls to add more and can’t even locate them trying to skim through so much can you make decorations section more organized for the people who still play and actually like the game

It’s a very good game and they start you out with enough stuff. You are not forced to use actual ,money because there are free ways to get the items you need. If you have the patience to wait when you don’t have a lot, it’s easy to gain and bounce back. The things that wash up on shore really do give you a lot ie:seaweed, wood, and other junk. I have actually get little to no ads. Basically, you just have to stick with it and wait.😁😁😁

I love the game but I don’t like the fact that the game is not compatible with face it want let me go to no one island to collect prizes as far as for help I can’t add people to help and the process is so slow and take to long for things to finish I wish ull would make the game more advanced so that we can be able to save our game I had to start all over once I uninstalled and it took even longer

I’ve been playing this game longer than any of my others. I’m on level 86 and am not getting any new challenges and I’m really upset because I love this game. Only ones I have are to visit Violet’s island and place the orchid in the botanical garden and I can’t do either of those without freezing the whole game. I’ve reinstalled multiple times and tried on both my phone and tablet. Please help! Otherwise the game is great! Thank you!

I really love this game! The only thing I would change is being able to pick which quests you want to work on, particularly when searching the "jungle" because you have no control over what is found. Now, I have a million half finished buildings that expired and I have to sell, rather than being able to finish the ones I want and just ignoring the others. Please fix this and I'll rate a 5!

The game has not been able to open since Tuesday 6/11 and it’s now 6/14. The message about Ben tinkering with the servers keeps coming up with instructions to Re-try in a few minutes. The bar at the bottom that fills from left to right stops about 75% across and will not go further. I was enjoying the game until this happened.

This is a fun society-building game. The progress is slow if you don’t wish to spend money on swords, but it is still quite enjoyable. My biggest issue with this game are the glitches. Sometimes the “daily rewards” fail to show up for days on end, and certain “missions” cause the game to freeze and need to be restarted. Unfortunately, as this is a “mission” based game, this glitch can stagnate your progress. Also, and more seriously, at times the game refuses to load at all. It will stall at a certain percentage, and there doesn’t seem to be any definitive solution. Deleting the game and reinstalling it (sometimes multiple times), seems to work *some* of the time. Though I find the gameplay quite entertaining, the glitches are a serious buzzkill.

At least for me! I cannot get this game to access ads.. for example I see options to get free this, and free that.. however when you try to (say watch an ad to get things to progress in the game) nothing happens! Then it wants for you to go to violets island to visit and help friends.. but.. you wait... wait.. then the girl pops up and says something like Ben’s been tinkering with the connections or something to that.. and I can’t go anywhere., I’m using an iPhone if that makes any difference,. I hope you can fix this because I really think this is a cute little game.

This game was great until I got to one quest that freezes every time I try to complete it. I have the rocks, but when I click on the waterfall the game freezes. When I click for customer support, I get an error page. When I click to watch an ad to get gold, nothing happens. At a point where it’s impossible to go forward without using actual money. I’ve deleted and reinstalled app twice, but same issues. Very disappointing.

The game started out great. It looked decent and seemed like something I would play regularly, but the second day, it became impossible. First, there are way too many ads in the game. I get that free games have ads, but this was just over the top. Secondly, you can't do anything in the game without using swords and once you use your initial stockpile , it's nigh on impossible to get any more without having to purchase them with real money. Third, there are some quests I don't want to complete and there is no option to delete or skip them, so I have a quest box, a pop up box telling me what I have to do and a big bobbing arrow directing me to the quest permanently on my screen. For instance, one of the quests is to invite 5 people to play the game. I don't want to do that because who likes getting spammed with game invites...but it won't let me skip it practically forcing you to do it to continue and clear the screen. That's when I uninstalled the game. Nice concept, terrible execution.

This is my favorite game. I’ve had it for a few years, but after maybe 6 months the game freezes and then won’t load when i go to open it later. The only way I’ve been able to fix it is to delete the app and start all over. I’m tired of always losing the progress that I’ve made just to start again. It just froze on me again today and I’m hoping that by some miracle it starts working. I’ve spent my own money buying swords and i don’t want to continue paying for an app that fails me after a certain time period.

I’ve been playing this game for years! I’ve had it on several devices & I keep getting more houses etc. I’ve invested a lot of time & effort into this game & I used to love it. However, there is something I uncovered yesterday with a sword that forces the game to quit every time I tap on it! I have no clue why it’s doing this! No other items I’ve uncovered with a sword force quits my game. This has never happened to me before. Now my game won’t open back up at all! I do not want to lose all my progress. I tried contacting support & support will not load on my phone at all. So I’m leaving a review so support can contact me instead! This is very frustrating! Please contact me via email so you can fix this issue on my game so I can play the game again! Thank you!

This looks like it’s a fun game however I wouldn’t know because the game refuses to load at all! I’ve tried everything from waiting it out to deleting the app and reinstalling it numerous times but nothing seems to work. Unfortunately it looks like the developers could care less because there are tons of complaints regarding this issue in the reviews however nothing is being done to correct the problem. Developers ~ Please quit telling everyone to email your “support team” with the details of the issue and just fix the game so that everyone can play it or just kindly remove the game from the App Store and save everyone else trying to unsuccessfully load your game the frustration!!!

I’ve played this game on all my devices for years. After installing it on my new iPhone 90% of the items placed in my game & in the Shop won’t load. In the game so can’t tell what buildings are what because they’re just black squares which takes away the fun of decorating the island & building new houses & buildings. It’s also hard to find anything in the Shop to finish quests because the lettering is so tiny & all the pictures of items is just a green loading icon & to make it worse there’s no tech support to contact to try to find out how to fix it.
