I love your game it’s so cute and super addicting! I love the art and how the characters are drawn. I just have a a couple of minor complaints dare I say suggestions.I have the the iPhone XR but for years I’ve been playing your game on the 6s with roughly no problems. The only ting is now on my new phone the game doesn’t fit the whole screen 😥 every time I try to tap the ice cream or icing it doesn’t work. If you can upgrade it or adjust it so it could fit the newer iPhone versions I would greatly appreciate it ! Also one more thing.. can you add extra people when there is a gap of time? No matter how fast I serve my customers there are still long periods of time where I have no customers. I get confused because I’m pretty fast at this game and no matter how many people I feed sometimes I still can’t pass the level. If you can fix this I would appreciate it 💓💓💓

This has honestly been one of my favorite games on my phone for a long time, but there are lots of bugs that need fixing. One that really affects gameplay is the screen sizing on larger phones. I have the iPhone 11 Pro, and the levels are covered up by the options at the top of the screen. This makes it impossible to see how many stars you have on some levels. In addition, when opening a level, some of the ingredients are hidden at the bottom of the screen and can’t be selected. I understand that this is a relatively new issue seeing as the iPhone 11 series is still only a few months old, however these issues make the game entirely unplayable, and i have not been able to find how to report issues directly rather than in a rating.

This is one of my favorite games of all time!! I literally have had this game for probably two years and I still love to play it. I am on level 225 and working diligently on it. However... I just recently bought the new iPhone XS Max and this game is IMPOSSIBLE to play on this type of screen... This really upsets me because I always looked forward to playing this game when I had some down time and now I can’t. The screen size of the game has magnified to where you legitimately can’t get to and click on certain functions of the game... It would be really great if you guys had a update soon that fixed this problem.

I love this game so much I have been playing it since before had my son since before I was pregnant i have played this game a total of 3 years I played it on an LG and then on an iPhone 6s now I am playing it on an iPhone XR and it’s so hard to play because it looks like the screen got larger so I don’t have space to click on the ice creams at the bottom or see how many hearts my customers have on top can you guys please fix this problem so I can get to playing it again like I used too please Update on this I have been playing this game for a long long time and it just keeps getting worse I haven’t deleted of my phone because I can still play it on my iPad this game has some bugs I have the iPhone XR the screen is bigger but when I load the game the game is stretch out like if I want bake something I can’t push it because it out of frame if I wasn’t to pause the game I can’t because everything that on to and on the bottom is out of frame and now there’s no sound at all not music not clicking no nothing I really have high hopes on this I hope they fix this soon or for someone else to buy the game and for that person to fix it 😢😭😢😭

I’m a huge fan of cooking games and in particular really enjoy the RockYou games. However, Bakery Blitz can be quite problematic at times. My biggest issue with it is that on timed levels, there are extremely long pauses between customers, no matter how quickly you serve the food. This is not the case at all in RockYou’s other game- Kitchen Scramble- in which new customers show up right away after you complete an order. When there are 3-4 spots for customers, each spot should be filled pretty consistently. However, there are some times on those levels where one of the potential spots is only occupied once or is not occupied at all throughout the whole level. It’s extremely frustrating when you cannot pass a timed level simply because there is a 10 second pause (or more) between customers in one of the 3-4 open customer spots. This doesn’t seem to be an issue on levels where you try not to lose customers, where you actually want some spacing, so I know this issue can be fixed. Give us more customers! Be like kitchen scramble!

I would’ve given the game 5 stars but I have issues that seem to be unfair. For instance on the time levels there will be spaces open for customers yet no one will appear and then you’ll lose the round. To me that feels like the game is cheating. Secondly during the Spooky Blitz I completed a level with a lot of time left over yet it did not transfer over to the final level and I wasn’t able to service all of the customers when in all actuality I should have. Again it feels like the game is cheating. I really enjoy playing Bakery Blitz but if the game is going to cheat me out of time or not having customers appear when there is plenty of time for them to I will not continue to play. Also the game is not properly optimized for the iPhone X and beyond.

I’ve just picked this game back up and had missed it. The levels are super fun and the reason I took a break was because I needed to get 30more stars in order to get into the bamboo world. Now that I’m back I’ve noticed every time I open the game I’m greeted with an ad but if I run out of energy watching ads no longer works to add to my energy...even after I watch another one. The ads that happen right before my game also mess up the screen so i often have to close the game and reopen it also being greeted with an ad. I know ads are helpful for money but it’s interrupting the fun of the game. I also wish entering a new world was less of a struggle. I hate writing a complaining review but I just felt it was affecting my game play and should let you know.

This is my absolute FAVORITE game, but I HATE how long you have to wait for your lives to be replenished. Especially when some levels require to be played dozens of times before you successfully complete them! Being that you have to pass the level to move on and then have enough stars at the end of a land to then move on, you end up playing each level 10+ times. It becomes annoying and tends to make me disinterested in the game when I have 5 tries and then have to wait hours for more lives before playing again. I understand your goal is for players to purchase extra lives, but even if you could do unlimited lives some will still be willing to purchase gems and stars in order to bypass difficult levels.

This mechanics of this game are fantastic, I’ve been playing it on and off for years. However, the cost of upgrades, especially in later worlds gets outrageous and starts to feel very ‘pay to win’ since there is only a very limited way to earn the premium currency. Even if you were to purchase with real money, you might get one or two upgrades, which is just crazy expensive. One of the other problems is the energy replenishment. It takes 50minutes to earn a life, but for well over a year if you watch an ad to get additional energy there is an error that says ‘there was a problem receiving your reward’ every time. Very frustrating.

Don’t get me wrong, this game is so super fun and cute and I love playing it, but it frustrates me to no end. The drop of crystals to upgrade machines and food is near zero, meaning you can’t get stars from doing better on levels, meaning you can’t open area gates. The other issue is that when you have a level where you must sell a specific number of a certain item you have to depend on the customer choosing to buy the item, I have played certain levels over and over again because literally no one chooses the food item. It should be that the opportunities are given but the player has to make sure to catch the customer, like in heartbreak levels. Not spawning a single customer to buy something that’s a necessity is poor game management. I could understand maybe one level there’s just under the right amount and then the next one there are enough people, but it’s a consistent failure of probabilities. Also, the daily ball spinner game that’s available on the Facebook platform should be in the app too.

My kids and I really love playing this game BUT even they (7 & 9) have figured out that this game REQUIRES YOU TO SPEND MONEY in order to advance! For example, I just played one level FIVE TIMES that requires you to bake using 3x strawberry frosting and 3x with nuts. Guess what! You don’t get enough customers ordering an item with nuts or with strawberry frosting in that level. Now guess what! You have to buy gems in order to get 3 more customers. Even better, I spent the money to buy the gems to get the 3 additional customers and GUESS WHAT HAPPENED... no additional customers ordering strawberry frosting OR nuts. This is a TOTAL SCAM and I am DONE WITH THIS GAME! Dear Developer - BAAAAAD way to keep your customers coming back! UPDATE: on 3 separate occasions, I’ve purchased gems for my kids to continue on in the game BUT the game CRASHES and not only do they lose their progress, they lose the jewels AND the ability to recharge your lives faster!!! What a RIPOFF!

I have been a fan of this game but playing this game highly annoys me now. Ever since I got my iPhone X I don’t like playing. With the new phone the screen placement of a lot of the game is off. You can’t see the hearts of the customers and many objects that I need to be able to click on for making the desserts is covered by the menu option or the pause button or the home line for sliding out of apps for the actual phone. I have seen other ratings commenting on this problem as well dating back months and it seems like you haven’t done anything to fix it. You can guarantee I am not wasting my time playing this game anymore if I can’t actually play 100% of the game. Also please do not comment on here saying that you are having the developers fix it when clearly you aren’t!

I come back to this game a lot (it really is an enjoyable game) but have always had issues with the amount of things necessary to purchase in order to progress through the game. I recently downloaded it again to find that those issues haven’t been fixed and now the game won’t fit my phone screen. There are items I can’t even tap on because they’re cropped out of my screen. When I looked up other reviews to see if anyone else had this issue there were similar complaints from at least as far back as October! I see you respond to almost every review with apologies. We don’t need apologies, we need results. It’s a fun game and has a lot of potential to be amazing. I’ve written that statement in another review I wrote for this app...5 years ago. Listen to your customers and take some initiative.

I am SOOOOO angry! I purchased crystals, to get 3 more customers, and try NEVER CAME!!! I want my 1.99 back, or move me to the next level! Do NOT send me an email telling me to email the developer either!!!! TAKE CARE OF IT YOURSELF!!! I love this game. However, there are many levels that require, not just points, but goal items as well. Now, how in the heck are we supposed to collect those items, when the customers don’t ASK for it!?!! For example, level 335, you have to get 2 watermelon sticks and 1 tall tea, and 450 in points. I can get 2 of the 3 requirements EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! But not all 3!! I’ve been in this level more than a week, and I’m getting ready to QUIT!!! It did it again!!!!! I bought crystals, and I was thrown out of the game!!! I’m on a level that is IMPOSSIBLE to get through, cause the customers don’t ask for the required ingredients! I finally got that conquered, and didn’t have enough coins, hence why I bought the stinkin crystals!! COME ON!!!! Fix this mess already!!! What in the world is up with the 540-something levels!? You can’t tell the difference in the nuts, or the 2 different orange things!! A customer asks for something, you make it how you think it is, and it’s WRONG!!! Please make this easier to figure out!
