I’ve tried all the apps from G5 Entertainment and this is by far my favorite. I recently had a device issue and contacted the support team. My issue was resolved within two days (would have been one, but I could not figure out what to do). I had the same device issue with another app, different developer, and to this day have not had one response but they still renew my subscription until today. I cancelled it finally. So thank you for assisting me so quick.

I just started the game and like it so far. There was quite a while before I could sign in. The sign in wouldn’t allow me to type. That was very frustrating. But was able to sign in today. I saw in an advertisement the quest to get a wagon across a river. I was disappointed that there weren’t horses or oxen towing the wagon.

It’s a fun and challenging match game, but the rewards are out of balance - meaning the game limits your play unless you buy packages to allow you to continue to play. Then the treehouse which provides gifts, does not provide the keys needed to open the gifts - and there’s not even a package or resource you can purchase to get extra keys to open the packages. So you’re always behind. The amount of keys you get for passing a level should at least equal the amount needed to open the gifts you win for that level - so if it’s 12 to open a gift, and 5 gifts are given to win that level, instead of only earning 21 or 44, you should be able to get at least 60 keys, especially as the gifts appear for more than just passing a level, so you’re always behind. I budget the amount I will spend on games, so I may abandon this game if it’s too expensive to play daily. The other issue I have is that the resources you need to combine items are relatively high compared to the number of resources you can earn for passing a level. You run out of energy long before you pass enough levels to get the resources you need and that is just ONE resource, let alone the three or four others. If it takes so long to advance, what’s the point? The levels themselves are fun and challenging, but it’s too hard to see progress.

I play jewels of Rome all the time and I love it. I think this was made to be similar to that game and any little things you could fix to reflect the seamless jewels of Rome game would be appreciated! As of now i only have 1 request to improve the game and I think once it gets played more and people become more familiar with it you may find other small “glitches” to fix (in lack of a better word). Here is my suggestion: 1) “Tap to skip” option when finish a game w/ moves left over

Update 2/6. Here is my original comment me concern: have been playing Gummy Drop and Jewels of the Wild West for a long time, but suddenly, they don’t come up. I have deleted as much as I can in my email and pictures because my iPad is letting me know I need to delete some things, but it has not made a difference. Frustrating. UPDATE Today: I finally deleted both game apps and just put the JEwels of the Wild West back to try yet gain. Third time of starting over! I don’t remember which password I used for the Gummy Drop game, and it. Is just too frustrating to have to delete and download it over and over. I restarted that game three times as well. Jan Richards I’ve been happily playing this game for a few weeks. Now suddenly, it is frozen. Won’t come up on my iPad. If I could reinstall, I guess that would help, but I don’t see a button anywhere to do that. :( Jan I have started this game over for the 4th time now. That is because the system will not allow me to sign in to my previous games. I don’t mind—but now the gems have run out and there are no opportunities to add some each day as I was used to.

There are in-game directions given and demonstrated for how to use several items the first time you encounter them, but you can’t ask for help after the first time. Also, some items don’t give any explanation so I either waste them by trying them to find what they do, or I can’t use them at all (thimbles?). Without use of the boosters, it is impossible to win some levels. Also, the levels quickly get harder (next to impossible) fairly quickly. I’ve played for only a few hours, and I’m almost at a halt because the puzzles are so difficult. It seems to almost require a purchase of game boosters to move forward. I understand that the developers need to make money, but it shouldn’t be advertised as a free game if it’s barely playable without spending money. If you just want to do some puzzles a few times per day as your game ‘energy’ is available, then it can be fun (if a bit frustrating). But finishing quests is almost impossible for free.

This a fun game, but like some other games, I became trapped on a page where I had to add friends, invite others to play, log into Facebook, and reveal more of my personal data that I don’t feel comfortable doing, and frankly, with the requests. I like playing the games offered in the App Store, however, I’m not at all interested in the in-app purchasing options, nor joining a team nor giving myself a player name nor selecting an avatar. And, I especially don’t like to be forced to have anything to do with Facebook. So, if I cannot simply play the game for my enjoyment without being harassed by any number of companies that are greedy for personal data, I will be in the process of deleting this game within 5 seconds of sending this review.

Jewels of the Wild West is a good addition to the jewel games from G5e. Decent enough story line, the moves available in a puzzle appear to be sufficient to enjoy making matches, and like the other jewel/match 3 games G5e offers, good tech and planning went into the game play to offer smooth playing. I have loved playing match 3 games since the beta days of Bejeweled. I think I have played them all, or at least tried them all. I continue to play Bejeweled 2 for one single reason, I never have to pay money to solve a puzzle or have a good time in the game. My main criticism, and why I deleted the other G5e games on my phone and iPad all come down to the same criticism. This is a game, not a college payment. I come to games to escape from the world for a little while, exercise my brain in a different way, and enjoy myself. Not spend a car payment on items I should be able to earn in game play. I know, games are a business, and I support capitalism with all my heart and soul. But, maybe, just maybe, the developers and owners could remember that the players do not have all the gold in the world to spend on a game!

This is a fun game but...in the beginning it had a lot of system & bug issues such as linking two of my players together, it took longer to roll out the event, etc but having been a player of Hidden City I am use to it. I was looking for a fun, simple but challenging b/c Hidden City just had too much going on. This game could be that game but as you play the game it gets to a point where you have to spend $$$ to play. Otherwise you get to play the game for maybe 20-30 mins a day & you have to wait 24hrs for in game energy to restore. I understand the need for in game purchases but when you are limited to 20-30 minutes a day due to not enough energy, the games give you no where near enough # of turns, you hardly ever get free gifts & you never have enough assemblers to make collections to continue playing. It’s a fun game but....

I am an avid player of this game. I’ve played everyday since it was released. However, the recent update reset my experience level. It’s making me start all over even though I still have all my friends and they are gifting me items I requested before the update. Update: despite multiple emails to support I have received no response over a course of weeks. Interest and concern by G5 is all fake. Do not play this game. Update 06/23: I had updated my support ticket multiple times and still received no response. I have had my game status restored, but the lack of communication and overall assistance by G5 was incredibly disappointing.

So far I’m liking it but these match three games seem to get harder as you go along. I hope this one isn’t like that, because once they get too hard I remove the game. When they are too hard I seem to get frustrated & that isn’t enjoyable like a game should be. Well it seems like I was right. It is to the point now where the levels are so hard that you can’t beat them without using the boot which you have to buy gems for. I am on a fixed income & can’t afford to be spending my money on frivolous games!!!! So I guess another game will bite the dust. I’m having the same problem with sheriff mahjong so I will be removing that one also.

This is really time consuming to accomplish as you have to win all the items needed ie, apples, boards, purses etc. Then when you do any surplus stays with that collection not just what was needed for completion. I think any surplus should trickle down into other collections. I feel I am wasting my time and not getting very far. I also never have any boosters to use unless of course I buy them. I feel I would be buying way too often and I am not doing that. Unhappy player who might be moving on... I totally disagree when you say there are plenty of boosters given out free! You might get one or two when you collect from the statues on the field. How long does two last about 2 seconds!! I read that you told multiple people the same thing. If you want to advance in any particular time frame you need to BUY boosters and the other items to help you progress not to mention the rubies that I usually only ever have 3-4 of at any given point. It takes forever to earn those and gone in an instant. No I play a lot of games and yours is geered toward making $$$$$$! Sad...

HORRIBLE ! ! ! Dont waste your time on G5E... They are the worst App company ever. Every time they put out an update the app will either crash or takes you to a black screen and wont load. I reached out to G5E tech support and after them wanting a lot of info from my device they can not figure out why it happens.. I originally played Jewels of Rome and it started with that app. They suggested that I try this app and it worked okay for 3 weeks. Then here comes an update on june 1st and the crashes and black screens happened immediately. I dont think these guys know what they are doing. Dont waste your memory space on any of their apps. You will be sorry if you do. HORRIBLE ..... Itunes......please take them of your app list. I am forced to give them a 1 star rating or else you can not post your review. More clueless activity from a HORRIBLE App.

Download and play ONLY if you want to pay A LOT of money to win. I just played one session 12 times and still have not completed it, because I have no diamonds, hence you loose. I did buy 5$ worth of diamonds and they were gone in one session. Nope, these guys are greedy greedy greedy. I am deleting all G5 games from all of my electronics. And I have PAID and PAID. One game I’ve been playing for several years. DELETE DELETE! These games are well done, have beautiful graphics and are fun to play-if you pay. I’ve paid enough. Shame on you. No children should ever be allowed to download these games- it’s highly frustrating and you can’t win. I am a GRANDMOTHER-and started this to play with my grandchildren, they lasted less than a week. I’ve continued, I can afford to pay, but now I’m done. Goodby G5 and good riddance.
