Time warp not working on the collectors!

I just spent gems to advance time by one hour. I was so disappointed that time did not advance on the collectors clocks. I needed the few Cogan the Barbarian cards and did not want to wait the hour remaining so I bought a time warp. WASTED GEMS! The collectors clocks were not changed at all. This needs to be fixed before the next event. UPDATE: support gave me back my gems but that does not solve the problem for the next guy. Don’t call it a “time warp” if it’s really a cash drop. Support says it applies to hangouts only so it’s basically one hours worth of cash not one hours time.

    Reliving my childhood!

I love the show and the game. It’s a newish game. Still glitchy but they address and fix the problems quickly and they always compensate their players fairly. They actually send you a mail in game and let you know what happened rather then keep you in the dark. I wish there were more ways to earn free diamonds because even with paying what you get for the amount you pay makes it kinda not worth it but that is how most idle games are. But not buying really isn’t needed to still enjoy the game.

    Fun but repetitive.

Very fun game but it be gotten to the point now where there are no new episodes and the events are just repeating themselves. The worst part is not being able to even upgrade my characters to prepare for new episodes because there’s no way to get cards for them. Seems like after the last update you get cards for the same few things and nothing else.

    Good game with exceptions

This is a great game. Love the stories that go with it. Only issues I have is 1) sound issues fixed in update. 2) I get you want people to buy stuff in game, but when Pops just completely takes over the screen until you acknowledge it and then the banner itself is so huge that it blocks part of the side, then that's going too far. It doesn't have to be so big or so annoying. That's really about it. Other than that, the game is great. Edit: just came back to edit #1. That's fixed. I guess I would replace it with stuff about the in game economy being a bit screwed up at the moment, but I guess they will eventually fix that. It's almost like you need to pay to be able to do anything of use in the game right now. It's really hard to advance in events past a certain point because of it. It makes it a little frustrating. Like I said, maybe they'll fix that in a future update.

Good but have a good idea

This game is very fun to play if you’re a Goldbergs fan. You get to rise in the ranking of being “cool”. I have a good idea to add to the game though. There should be an online mode that you can play with friends. It could be like the showdown at the end of each episode. Instead, you can have one person throwing the kisses or swear words and the other person dodging them. You could link your account with Game Center if face book to play with your family. I hope that you consider adding this to the game so I can compete against my family!!

If you love The Goldbergs story lines

I didn’t know this was a game and when I saw it, I had to download this game because I love The Goldbergs. Been playing a few days and as much as the graphics and storyline are great, my only complaint is that it is very easy to get cards for certain characters, but hard to level those characters up because it takes quite a bit to upgrade, which is fine, but the problem is that you don’t get enough tapes to upgrade more than one person every so often.

    It keeps crashing :((

When I go to play the game I open it and sometimes when it’s on the loading screen in crashes, and other times i will be claiming a reward and it will crash, anytime I go to collect something or it goes to a cut scene it crashes. I have played it enough to where I get it, and I really love it, I think that it would be a really fun game if it didn’t crash so much for me. But I really do love it, this game is amazing and thank you creators for making this for us :) can’t wait for future updates❤️❤️

    Only one problem,

I love this game, it creates a fun idle environment while keeping true to the show. I think the main problem with it is getting tapes, I’ve made it pretty far but I’m still always having to scrounge around looking for more tapes. The ads and trade ins don’t give you enough and the missions very rarely give any, I almost always have to use gems to get them. But this problem is definitely overshadowed by how well the game was executed, how good art style is, and how enjoyable the stories can be.

    TONS of ads

I love the show so as soon as the game came out I downloaded and played it. It is fun and has fun storylines but is overrun with ads. Basically you have to either be comfortable paying a ton of money to succeed or be okay with the fact that you will need to spend about 5 minutes minimum watching ads each time you want to play. With the most recent update now on events to double production you have to watch twice as many ads as before. I wondered why there wasn’t an option to buy the game and opt out of ads but they are clearly sold out to the ads and probably making a killing. I have made it a personal point to never download or watch anything they advertise and honestly after this last update I am close to deleting it because it is so frustrating to have to watch so many ads just to try and get the rewards from events. The game is fun and addictive but I am pretty close to deleting the whole thing.

Started out great but got worse

When it first started you had a chance to finish the events. You got enough items to upgrade your figures. You also got 4 hours boost for videos. Now once you start progressing in an event you will not get free cards or currency to up grade characters. Past few events i progressed maybe half way through the level before before it ended. I was keeping the double points bonus going but it just would never give me what i needed. Basically it forces you to spend real money just to progress an event. And the dropped bonus to two hours per video. At one point it was one hour. And in events you get constant offers. You are bombarded every level, every new location, every new character, etc. it just takes all the fun away. There is a good game underneath.

    Got greedy

I preordered this game and have been playing it since it first came out, even paid for a few packs as I enjoyed the game and wanted to support the developers. HOWEVER since the last update the game has changed a lot. The free pack you get every four hours has significantly decreased. The prizes you get for completing tasks have also significantly decreased. They will make a goal to spend 1.1 k tapes. Every four hours you get a free prize, usually 100–200 tapes. Add that on the ridiculous “prize” for completing a task of maybe 5 tapes now and you’ll be at it forever. It wasn’t like this before the update - it’s almost if they are trying to force you to spend money now to continue to play how you used to.

Not what I thought... Great graphics

Great graphics. And as a fan of "The Goldberg's", I actually read the storyline versus clicking thru. But with Adam Goldberg's love of video games and the 80's, I thought this would be an adventure game with choices, originality. Instead it is only a "click for points" game. Which interestingly, since you quickly reach a level where it takes time to accumulate points, you have to put the game down. Nothing to do but wait. Why wouldn't Adam have created a game you can't put down out of excitement and love of the game??? This doesn't mesh with the Adam the public has come to know as someone who is creative, passionate and original.

    No updates

Was a good game but then I finished all the levels (playing an average amount. Nothing crazy) and then I sat here for 2 months waiting for new levels. There maybe an update which gives you another story chain. But no new episodes. Basically I check in only for the special challenges. And those repeat each other completely. There is no change between them. So good game to start. Useless after you finish. Will go up if episodes actually come out. For now it’s wasting space on my device
