I absolutely love this game! The dragons are just way too adorable! Easy going laid back idle game. Even when there’s a glitch the developers and customer service people ARE AMAZING! Hands down the best customer service ever! So friendly and polite and definitely not dealing with an automated system! Real live people to interact with and communicate any issues you have! No I’m not a bot or a paid friend I have no problem spending here and there on this game!

It’s been happening through the last couple up updates but wouldn’t be as frequent now Everytime I open a crate play and then close the game the next time I come back the potion crate is ready to open again but it doesn’t give anything extra just resets so I can never open a new one

I’ve actually reached the end of days available for the game so I’m kinda waiting until they push an update and add more. But so far it’s a great game to take up some time in your day. Nothing really too hard to get through but just enough to make you come back throughout the day.

I enjoy this game a lot, and appreciate the fact that it’s possible to play without in-app purchases if you don’t want to. Also customer support is good- I had some problems over the weekend, but they responded to my email and resolved them within 48 hours.

I’ve been playing for a few days now and I’m addicted I love the game and the artwork! Also had a problem with the last event and the support team resolved it beautifully!! Thank you keep up the good work I’m loving the latest update!

When I try to play the game it freezes then stops completely. I’m a long time player of this game and it’s sad because I’m in the middle of an event.

I really loved this game till i did the new update yesterday. Now when i try to open it, it just crashes during the loading screen. I even emailed support and haven’t heard anything back. We had an event going on and i cant even get into the game. Please fix this asap.

I’ve reached end of days and waited for a few weeks to post. Love the events but a little tired of not getting an update for the main game. Came to the App Store to see if I missed the update. I know these things take time but it would be great to have an update.

I actually really like the game, but every time there’s an event (i.e. multiple times a week) my dragons stop earning and I can’t make any progress. This seems to be a known bug, and they’re just not fixing it. It’s frustrating, and it’s enough to keep me from playing the game. After all, the whole point of the game is to build up your dragons so they earn! If you can’t do that, then why play?

I want to give it a higher rating because I play it all the time, but the frustration with the endless bugs is just getting to me. Do NOT spend any money on in-app purchases because your progress will be lost and it is a waste!! - In the main game, the daily tasks sometimes forget that you did a trade or opened a chest. Given the multi-hour cooldown on these, you can literally lose days of play time when it resets your chests/trades to zero. - Recently (last week or so) the event has also been losing progress. It resets everything back to zero after a few hours out of game. No coins, no potions, no hearts, no hatched dragons or active nests. Start over completely. This makes the event rewards almost impossible to get. Only silver lining is that you can repeat all the tasks again for easy spell book pages. - Seems to be fixed: before the above two bugs were introduced, there was a bug with the main game not generating any coins while the app was closed. That also meant that some tasks took daaaaays to do. Especially cause you couldn’t watch an ad to double what you’d earned while you were away. Anyway it’s frustrating as hell. I’ve done all the days and only play for events now, and with events being completely broken, there’s not a lot of point.

I had it in my old phone where I spent 200$ in upgrades and unlocking things early but now that I have a new phone. I can’t restore my old purchases or start where I left off at. I would like to either A. Get my money back or B. Be able to start where I left off with all my old stuff. Need to be fixed right away and before you go “you need Facebook to keep all your data.” You shouldn’t have to have Facebook for anything. You should be able to use Cloud data back up to be able to play where you left off. Not everyone have Facebook.

I really did like it at first because it was so cute but then the tutorial ruined it for me it said I needed to give more coins when I didn’t have any more so I would leave the game and go back in to get the coins when the little guy was talking but then I had to keep goin and doing it over and over again so what I’m trying to say if you have this problem DELETE it please fix this I hate to see this happen to such a good game idea thank you for reading have a great day!!

There are frequent updates to the game, which would make you assume the gameplay would be smoother. Wrong. The game doesn’t save my progress, making it impossible to complete quests and advance in the game. Furthermore, if there’s a new event, good luck being able to play it - after force closing the app, uninstalling/reinstalling app, and restarting my phone, it still will not save my progress. I pay actual money for this game and would expect smoother gameplay.

Game looked cute and I was excited to play. The tutorial is so long and the tutorial makes you restart over and over. Yay you made a dragons nest! Nope not anymore do it again. 😒 you unlocked this dragon! Two seconds later, and they ask you to do it again. I think this is the worst and most confusing tutorial in a game. Never got to the real part of them game as it was a waste of time.
