In the days of the giant mice, I decided to become a detective! A hired mind.
My first client was an unusual scientist who lost his baby drone. I went on with my investigation only to find it on the roof of a very peculiar building... With even more peculiar occupants!
If you think you have what it takes to be a cartoon detective, look no further - download and enjoy!
A really good game
I am not one to ever write reviews but I have a few thoughts about this game.. I decided to give this game a try after a stint of trying and failing to find games that actually engage me.. I realize this game was probably fairly easy for some people but as someone who doesn’t really play games like this- I felt challenged enough but not to the point where the game felt frustrating. I really got into it. I wasn’t feeling so great mood wise, pretty anxious and when I needed something to take my mind off of that- this game completely transported me into another place. This game is Perfect for light gaming or relaxing. I have to say my favorite part about this game is probably the graphics mostly because it is beautifully illustrated. I actually felt excited for the first time in a long time to play a game. Very reminiscent of something from my childhood but with better graphics. The first 8 levels are free which is kind of crazy considering a computer format of this game would be very expensive. The rest of the levels are VERY CHEAP! I’m usually very frugal but this game deserves every penny to the game designers.
Very Fun!
Well worth the small amount being charged to remove ads. A fun puzzle adventure without being so difficult that it becomes overwhelming to play, but enough difficulty to keep you interested. Also fun as a replay to catch the details you missed on the first go. Recommended!
Fantastic game until you have to pay for more
I rated this a 5/5 because it was so much fun. The puzzles actually made me think and I felt so satisfied when I figured them out. But, I was so disappointed when it took me to the shop to purchase more levels. :(
Fun game. Enjoyed it.
Like others have mentioned some of the puzzles are kind of easy yet some are challenging. If you’ve played other games like this, most of the puzzles you would have seen in some form or other. I enjoyed the adventure.
Clever!
8 free levels, then $2.99 for the other 7. Pretty good deal it seems to me — if you like the game enough you can support the company. I thought it was terrific! I wish there were more female characters.
Had fun w/ this game
Another hit! I just wish this one was longer. I finished pretty quickly. Good going! Looking forward to the next one!
Pretty cute but for younger audience
I’m in my 30’s and this was a little too easy. But fun and loved the graphics. Some sound announced, like have a cat meow or a dog bark on a loop nearly made me throw my phone across the room. Thank god for mute. Also the puzzles end up just being the same type of puzzle over and over and over and over again. They just switched the visuals. I’d recommend it to teens probably. Was decent and worth the $3 for the VIP package.
Cute, a little short
I downloaded this game because I love the Faraway series from Snapbreak Games. It did not disappoint! This game is cute and clever with a unique premise, scenarios and characters. The graphics are colorful and humorous. The puzzles were sometimes a tad on the confusing side but in general the game was enjoyable. The only downside was that it was a little short— but it was very inexpensive so I’m not too disappointed by that.
Cute little game
I love puzzle games and this one fairs well. The scenes are old school comics which makes it fun. Puzzle games aren’t hard to find but fun ones are. This one gets my vote. Hope to see more.
Good game, needs more levels
Really like this game, but it took me like 2 hours to play and then I was done:-/
Too easy.
Would have happily purchased the additional levels, but I blew through the first 8 in about 20 minutes. Game is too easy. It’s a puzzle game for elementary kids, for sure, and I don’t even think they would have much difficulty with it. It was billed as an Escape game, which I guess it technically is, but adults that enjoy escape games beware: this will not challenge you. Well made otherwise, so it gets three stars for quality alone. Need more challenge (considering it’s a puzzle game, after all) to encourage me to spend money on the full content. Also, side note: it has a Light Box puzzle - I HATE light box puzzles. Annoying and dumb. Some people probably enjoy them, and that’s fine - just a head’s up for people that feel as I do.
Only 8 free levels
I would give the game 5/5 stars, but after level 8 you must pay for the rest of the levels separately. As soon as I got past level 8 I just deleted the game because there wasn’t any point to playing when I wasn’t going to buy levels. Fun game, but I don’t like the way you have to pay for a few levels, then pay for a few more after that.... it forces you to buy the big bundle if you want to play until the end.
Complete BS
In-app options are one thing but to literally force you to pay to play is stupid. The game was fun, but I refuse to buy apps because they couldn’t think of better ways to entice people to spend money. I don’t have an issue with spending money, but you have to give more than 8 simple levels to get me hooked. Downloaded and then deleted within 10 minutes.
Rip off
Why would you design a game that you only get to play the first few levels free and then have to buy levels for .99 each. It would be a fun game if you didn’t have to pay to play it. I don’t mind paying for an app or even for add on bonuses and things to be helpful but to actually have to pay for levels of a “free” game is beyond ridiculous.
