This game just kept going & going. Hours of playtime & then-some... hopefully can find another like this one! Has a storyline to follow, not just escape 1 themed room to another themed room.... this one you have to find different things in other rooms to clear rooms and often have to go back into rooms you’ve already got past. Simply a great escape game!

Holy crap, this was the longest escape game I have ever played! Like, literally, many many hours and probably at least a hundred puzzles, probably many more. That sounds like a good thing, which it is if that's all you're looking for, but it got a little boring after a while. There was some semblance of a story (The Shawshank Redemption?), which was interesting although the English translation is poor. I got the gist of what they were saying but it takes you out of the story when what they're saying doesn't sound right. But overall, still really well done, the game gets a lot of credit for being free (if you don't pay for hints) while also being so long.

I like this game a lot, but there are many times that I reach a puzzle and have no idea what I’m supposed to do. Where are the instructions? I end up having to constantly watch ads to earn hints. Then, when I finally get enough hints, it automatically solves the puzzle for me and I have no idea how it was solved. I need instructions to solve these puzzles and if I give up and get enough hints, I’d like to see what the answer is! But, other than this, I do like this game.

This is a fun and challenging game with a great deal of detail. Right now I am stuck on the VxV board next to the prisoner’s cell. I’ve solved it a couple of different ways, used the walkthrough... I keep not passing it. I accidentally used some hints and am not getting offers for more so I can’t even skip it! Very frustrating. Also, a couple of the puzzles are way too tediously hard. But, frustrations aside, it’s a really good game.

This is a good point and click game with challenging but not impossible puzzles. I would rate it among the best except that it bugs you nonstop to rate it to the point of making it almost unplayable. (You can just give it a one star rating to make the nag screens go away and then rate later after you have played enough to give a realistic rating.)

A lot of moving around so the map option is convenient but the game play isn’t entirely intuitive and there’s a lot of guessing where there should be evaluating. I’m a big fan of The Room series and House if Da Vinci and finished those games within 4 hours. This game is not as smooth but still playable though the ads are annoying with no option to pay to have them removed.

Long game, LOTS of puzzles. I had to check the walkthrough a few times for some puzzles that i was stuck on for weeks and just felt I could use my time in a better way. Just too difficult. Some puzzles needed explanation or hints. I felt like it ended abruptly without explanation or using a bunch of things in my inventory. More storyline would have been helpful.

It’s a lot of fun and addicting but can be frustrating. The maze of rooms and what to do next as well as some of the puzzles without clear instructions. It would also be helpful to be able to use tips on the puzzles without just skipping them.

Finally, something that’s challenging and isn’t just a couple of puzzles! Very creative puzzles, and I personally love constructs that require revisiting previous rooms. However, I do have to say that the poor English is very distracting (especially in the character comments), and has slowed down gameplay. Some instruction for the goal of some puzzles would be nice; most are obvious, but some are not intuitive at all. Also, some of the puzzles solutions don’t work... seems to be different for different users; for me, it’s the pad lock at the end of the hall on the second floor (have no idea where that is in the total gameplay, since I can’t get past this point). Very disappointing. Need a bug fix!

I’m stuck at the same point many others are experiencing. I started the puzzle with the flashlight and wires, but it froze up and it won’t let me reselect the panel to finish the correct dial placement. So...I’m at a dead end. This game was updated 6 days ago to fix bugs, but it hasn’t worked. I also had to skip a puzzle (Roman numerals) because 3 reliable solutions online would not activate the puzzle in the prison room with the dead guy in the cell. Free....but frustrating.

I agree with tm2play!!! The game glitches and it freezes up and you can’t move forward. I was at the 9 chapter cleared the wire puzzle and I took a short break. When I went back into the game, I could not move beyond that puzzle. Even the hint highlighted the wire puzzle but the game would not allow me to select it. I had to delete the app. Maybe one day, I will start the game all over again. Until then, IDK!

.......challenging but a strange format to arrive at every “solve puzzle” and a lot of back tracking when you know how to solve. Slows you down and I get bored having to go back and search for any clue that isn’t a puzzle piece; but cannot proceed until found. Great game otherwise. A true waste of time. But especially if you need to break away from your loves in close confines. It fulfills. Thanks.

Just like everyone else, once I got to the Roman numerals puzzle next to the dead guy in the cell, it will not work. I’ve solved the puzzle two different ways and it still will not work. I even looked at a walkthrough to help but still nothing even when I solved it like the walkthrough. It’s very frustrating since I’ve gotten so far, I refuse to buy hints just to pass this one puzzle. Also there are wayyyy too many math puzzles, which are not fun. This game would be better if the puzzles worked properly and had instructions. Most puzzles you have to figure out what to do.

Ok, I’m still trying to wrap my head around the story. You play as Andy Dufrain from the Shawshank Redemption (framed by Elmo Blatch from the same movie no less), with a 1920s motif, but documents having a 2002 date in the game and have to escape a prison using: not the supplied ambulance, not the supplied subway, not the supplied cargo boat, not even the supplied plane! That’s right folks, you have to strip parts to repair the sub! Most puzzles don’t have any instructions for the goal. Others do but require waaay more time than I plan on taking. Don’t bother with it...
