    Tape It Up!

This game is one of my new favorite arcade games. The pixel art graphics, playful soundtrack and easy controls really make the game flow nicely. I have noticed others seem to be confused about the unlockables. You can unlock characters by winning them with 1k coins, you do NOT have to buy them to unlock them. 1k coins is easily obtainable in less than 5 minutes by watching ads, or if you like to work for them, like me, go at your own pace. It is just a game after all! I have a few recommendations: It would be nice if the order in which the boxes came was randomized. After about 15 minutes, the levels start to get really repetitive imo. (i.e. it's easy to memorize that the black "glitch" box comes at level 12 every single time in the same exact place). Also some new characters would be perfect! It's gr8 m8 I r8 8/8. Edit (after update 1.05): Wow I couldn't ask for more! The new characters are great and I love how the levels are different. Now it's not easy to predict the pattern of the boxes. Thank you so much for this! Much love to the devs.

    Best game ever

I love this game so much! The characters are all so unique, I love how every stage looks different depending on the character. Especially the Instagrab one, I think that's so cool how it's like a Polaroid camera, having to shake the screen for the "picture" to become clearer, it's genius. The style is absolutely adorable and I think the gameplay is so unique and still challenging at a fair pace for everyone. And if it's not for some players, the hard mode box is always fun. I REALLY hope you guys keep updating this game, with more characters and maybe different gameplay modes. Keep up the great work on this amazing game guys. ☺️

    Perfection 👌

Ok, I love this game. My friend was talking about it at school so I decided to download it, it looked supper cute and fun, BUT OH BOY LET ME TELL U! This game is amazing! I truly love it, and also you are not getting a tsunami of ads in this game, you can get coins from ads, witch is a classic trick, but ads pay big time to your stash. You also get a gift every 3 hours, witch sounds like a long time, but it pays up! You can even get a bonus gift witch gives you twice the amount! All the little 8-bit characters are just so cute! 🥰 truly I love this game, and I recommend it for swippers. JUST DOWNLOAD IT!!!! It’s awesome 🥰👍😍😘😊☺️

    It’s a fantastic time passer

I got this game since I was getting annoyed from other games because of the adds and that I needed a game to play for when I’m on a plane going somewhere, so I got this game. And when I got the game I couldn’t stop playing it! And I’ve had this game for a year or almost a year and I still play it. I the designs are adorable and it just addicting to play it!! If you want a game that doesn’t really give ads and it’s cute and fun to play, then I very highly recommend this app!! Keep up the good work developers!!

    Bug Report

Really cute and fun game! There are a couple issues, but they’re very minor and generally don’t keep me from enjoying the game. =) 1. Very, very occasionally, the game crashes, especially when jumping into Hard Mode or Random boxes. It doesn’t save where I was, either, so if I had a really good score I would lose all of that and have to start over. 2. Sometimes after viewing an ad, the music stops playing. It usually starts up again after going into Hard Mode or dying and starting again.

    Tape games are the best

I have played all the games on the iPhone that involve taping stuff up, and this game is undoubtedly the best tape based game available. I get to tape up boxes with all kinds of crazy stuff like ketchup, bamboo, cheese, ink, scrolls, and (most surprisingly) tape! I have gotten so addicted to this game that when my phone battery dies, I have started taping stuff up in real life for hours and hours on end. My family thinks I’m crazy, but they just don’t understand the incredible appeal of tape! Someday I will convince them, as I hope this review has convinced you.

    Great game! ❤️

I personally love this game! The ads seem reasonably placed (or, at least they are compared to other games I’ve played,) the game is pretty straightforward, and I have a soft spot for pixel-y games, so... The only thing I’m curious about is this: to unlock the snapgrab tape-dispenser-thingy, you need to recommend the game to 5 friends. However, I’ve not actually found a button to let me share the app. Am I just supposed to take a picture of it and send that picture to my friends? Edit: Ok, never mind, lol. I figured it out.

    Amazing game and so addicting

This game is truly an awesome game. It’s super fun and you can get addicted to it real fast. The characters are so awesome. It’s always fun buying a prize and seeing which one you’ll get. The game is generous with the coin collecting, and you can usually get quite a few new characters each day. I also really love the music. The music is so cheerful and up lifting. If you are ever having a bad day, I guarantee tapping on this app will put a smile on your face. It’s just that good. The features are cool too, with the fevers and the hard mode you can access from time to time in a run. I should also note that this game doesn’t bombard you with ads. It is pretty clean, and the only time you would watch an ad is every once in a while when it lands on one during a mystery box. Tape it up is an awesome game I think it is very worth giving it a try!

    Surprisingly doesn’t get boring

I’ve been playing the game for a year or two, and I haven’t gotten bored of it yet. I’ve unlocked all of the characters you can get from the boxes, yet seeing the achievements I have yet to get and how far people have gotten on the leaderboard, I feel inspired to play the game. The only thing is it sometimes lags, but only for less than a second. It’s a very unique game, and I’ve already recommended it to other people. If you haven’t, I’d suggest you do too!

    My new go to game!!

So I recently saw this game on an article for top games to download, and so I came across this game. Just the theme and the cuteness about the game just made me fall in love! It is soooo addicting and I recommend this game to anyone who is looking for a fun and new game! Just ONE tiny problem I have with this game is the size on the screen. Since I have the iPhone X, the game doesn’t fit entirely in the screen. So if you may, could you please fix this issue? I would appreciate it so much!

Tape It Up has always been my favorite endless game since PacMan 256. The 8BIT Art Style is also what makes it great (still can’t beat every shade of blue nor the Steampunk Art Style). There is only 1 problem: when I try to save an image when I hit a new record, the app kicks me back to home screen. I really don’t think it’s because I have an iPhone 6S. I think it’s a glitch. Other than that, grade A game. And remember, it’s not your phone when it comes to a game malfunction. -[saah.]

    An Honest Review...

Cute graphics, like the game a lot, ads are kinda annoying but at least you still get coins for watching them. Tons of characters and the description for each is pretty amusing. A suggestion for improvement would be if the game had more variety in the "hard mode." Also some of the characters are nearly impossible to acquire, but I guess that's the point. 9/10 stars

    Fun, pleasant, good time passer

I really like this game. It's unique in its approach and the old fashion arcade style is pleasant and easy on the eyes. It's easy yet still challenging and the variety of different characters you can buy once you reach 1000 coins makes the time spent playing worth it. If your bored or want something soft and easy to navigate this is a good game for you. My only complaint is that though their are a variety of "tape" characters to buy I have found that I end up paying for the same character more then once. Such as the pink octopus (which is my favorite so far); I have already bought it three times in a row and when you spend all this time saving just to get the same thing it gets annoying. Thus why I have this game only 4 stars. Still needs to work out some bugs but it's cute and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys these types of games.

    A little too good?

Sorry for the confusing title but all I want to say is that this is a well done game with really nice looking visuals, no ads popping up in your face every turn, and I do love me a pixelated game. What im trying to say is that this is a really good time killer in general but the thing is that the is a little too good looking. I don’t know if its me being old but theres too many moving objects making my head hurt and getting dizzy after playing for a couple of minutes. I wish there was an option for less motion in the settings because if so I think i’d play it for a longer time, but over all its a 9/10 game.
