I really enjoy this game. I saw the comments about no consistency. That person needs to understand that each club and each shot has conditions that will change the outcome of the shot. This is not the most realistic game but those tend to be a little annoying and less casually playable. This game has a great balance of realism while still being a video game. You cannot change the direction of the ball in the air, which is one of the features I did not like about Tiger Woods back in the day. There are in app purchases but they don’t really make sense because you can earn the same amount as what you would purchase in a few days. My only suggestion would be if you want to make purchasing easier, make sure that it’s worth it. $10 for 1000 gold? So I can get one outfit? But because the rewards are so good for the daily challenges tournaments and everything else, You really don’t need to make any purchases.

Been playing this game for a few years and it continues to entertain me. I agree with others that the physics don't always make sense with ball travel but so be it. I don't agree with those that say you have to spend $. I'm at level 88 and never spent a dime. Granted those who spend money may advance faster but if I got to the top that quick I would be bored! The challenge is all in getting to the top. I do wish I could pull some ultimate gear more often. Tend to just see club covers in ultimate. Only issue as of late is game crashing after powering up things or using transcendence on items. Otherwise I'll play and play and hopefully updates will stay within my iPad 4's availability!! Not sure playing on my phone would be as fun.

This is by far the best golf game you can get. I’ve been using it for nearly 2 years and am still advancing and still going. You can earn Gold and Green cash easily by competing in various events, so it is no way a cash grab or an app that forces you to “pay to play.” There is no energy that can run out or anything like that. I will say that purchasing the “VIP” membership (i recommend getting it) will help you Level Up faster, but it isn't necessary. You can play in multi-player tournaments, join Guilds and challenge other Guilds, play One-On-One matches, and so much more. Like I said, i’ve been playing this for 2 years, spent very little money on it, and still thoroughly enjoy it.

Been playing this game for years it is super fun and will occupy your time like no other. Since GolfStar replies to reviews PLEASE fix this... During tournament play, when putting, that ridiculous yellow warning text pops up DIRECTLY over the ball so you can’t see your shot... IT IS INFURIATING!! Why is even there, let alone over the ball?? Also during any other play “even putting” the screen goes through a bunch of crazy camera angles tracking the ball. It is VERY confusing because you can’t see the trajectory of your shot and have no idea what you did or how you could improve... crazy camera angles should be a option you can turn on or off. Good game otherwise

You can feel free to ignore all the bad reviews this game has - just frustrated people who haven’t figured out this is actually a relatively complex golf game that only seems easy to play. You have to adjust not only for wind speed, but also angle of lie, angle of landing area, and type of landing area. Loving this game. I am F2P and you can get enough premium currency within a few weeks to buy the permanent VIP membership. Unlike most of the golf games out there, this one isn’t a barrier to F2P players like me thru timed loot boxes. It also doesn’t have the requirement of most golf games out there to bet your currency to play multiplayer mode. The option is available, but there are lots of other modes and tournaments you can play totally for free to build up your bank, and also daily ad watching rewards that are actually very lucrative. After having played many of the other mobile golf games, I am so happy to have finally found a fair game for F2P gamers. It makes me want to throw them some money in the future as I am actually having fun.

First, I want to say the concept is awesome and I enjoy playing this game when I have time to kill. I have provided more feedback just to spout ideas for improvement! Positive: -Amazing concept -A lot of fun -Competitive and challenging -A lot to do already Feedback: -The game, as others have mentioned, seems very inconsistent with the result of your swing. -Opponents in campaign mode are IMPOSSIBLE to beat. Playing the second course, my opponents always shoot 8 under par which seems impossible to beat with low level clubs, bags, and covers. -Takes way too long to get good gear -It feels like stats fluctuate too much when changing clubs, bags, and covers out. It would be nice if I could add one club to gaining 5 yards of power and not lose 30% of my control! -Putting feels inconsistent, but that could be because I am not the best at the game -Instead of the bar on the bottom, maybe create an option for swiping to swing or having the option to make the bar vertical or horizontal -The game sporadically has periods of crashing continuously, making it impossible to play Wishful: -It would be nice to have more courses, as well as playing options to get more currency/items because the time to get those items seems elongated for pleasure. -Unlock different swings -Create an outfit Thank you for a great game, I look forward to the improvements, and playing in the future!

It is probably my favorite golf game on the App Store and I’ve tried them all! love the campaign mode and the way you are able to customize the characters and stats. Beautiful artwork/graphics as well. My ONLY issue (and I don’t know if this is happening to other people) is that EVERY TIME I open the game, additional data needs to be downloaded. It is the same amount every time and takes up to 2 minutes to start up. It may not seem like a lot, but when you are sitting there and waiting for the additional data to download it makes me want to close out the app and start up another game. If this can be fixed, or if this is only happening to me, please let me know! But again, I love the game and would recommend it to anyone who likes golf games on mobile.

Great game fun to play , not complicated. I would like to reset my character and begin the game over. I enjoy the game very much. Playing some practice rounds would be equally more fun. Putting is very difficult a verse angle of the putt would help and better topography would help with the putting. I cannot sign into the hub account, can you assist me. Also the character are do not reflect an older golfer like me , consider older characters. I would like to say I am unhappy with no response no action on the review please address my concern about creating believable avatars. I also would like to have a different way of controlling the swing as in Tiger Wood 2012 or Real Golf 2011. I still would like older avatar for we elder gamers, just to add realism. The tour mode looks great I will know better as I continue to play. On the green I would like different views to read the putts better. Please consider changing the swing modes to make it similar to tiger wods type or the real golf type. I still would like you to consider adding older avatar to the game and also have a reverse view of the putt when lining up the pittas most golf ears do when putting. Henry

This is a great game and I play it all the time. A few weeks ago I bought a package with hearts and stars. The transaction went through with no problem. But now I'm trying to upgrade and buy a different package and it is telling me I have insufficient funds. I have more than enough money in my account but it still tells me insufficient funds. Can you please fix this??? I specifically put money in for this package and I don't want to lose it!!! Very frustrating!!!

I really try to like this game it has some great features. BUT the one huge glaring problem is the total inconsistency on the wind factor and how there is now way to gage a 2 mile an hour wind. I can hit the same exact shot on the exact same hole and one shot will go over the green and the next shot will be short. It drives you nuts as soon as you think you have figured out what effect the wind should have such as in real life on the ball you hit it goes nowhere near where it should. I will copy what someone else said, before you even hit your shot the game has already decided where your ball is going to land. Fix this single problem and it’s a 5 Star game as it plays right now after about 4-6 holes you want to turn it off due to the inconsistency. Update again after several game updates you guys can still not figure the wind out 3 mile an hour wind at my back I hit a full club and come up short of the green. Back out of game go back in play the same hole again with a 3 mile an hour wind in my face hit less then full power on same club hit way over green. Can you see how inconsistent this game is and you want people to spend money on it! You will never get a dime of my money, and anyone who spends money on this game it throwing it away.

I’ve been playing this game for 6 years. Up until the latest version update in January it was really fun. Now they’ve ruined it. The winds can now get up to 7 mph and you have to adjust way off the course to compensate. They offer a “watch” to reduce the winds but it’s effect is minimal. Plus you have to spend tons of stars to power it up. Most items you could previously purchase with earned star you now have to buy with real cash. They force you to play match games or you are set back to a beginner no matter how long you’ve played. My scores went from -13 to -6 because of the wind. People are leaving the game in droves. The game is playable until you hit level 50 which doesn’t take long and then the 6 tees and up to 7 mph winds kick in. It’s all a money grab to try to get you to buy consumables and power the mostly ineffective watch. I understand the company needs to make money but financial reports say they make $70k a day from this game. So it’s purely greed what they’ve done. New player? Don’t bother. It will be fun for about a month and then the 600 yard big hitters and cheats will make you lose constantly and feel like a piece of crap

Absolutely loved this game & trust me I have played them all. Now after finally getting to level 109, very close to 110, & money spent you ruined everything. Won’t spend another $ until you remove the hurricane force winds. Not going to spend $ to upgrade a watch to combat the wind! What the heck does a watch have to do with wind control anyway? Not to mention the other changes that took away the things it took so much time, & money, to earn. Please get back to what this game was about, Golfing with people from around the world & keep it fun. Didn’t mind spending a little money once in a while. But until the greed in put on a leash I will spend no more. I’m not the only one who feels this way I know. Most of whom I played with are no longer playing either. So good luck & I’ll be watching & hoping for a change. Because if not I will be deleting soon. I hate it because I REALLY enjoyed this game. I’ll shut up now after this last thought for the developers. “What part of zero( 0 ) do u want ?” Greed will get you every time!

Believe the reviews everyone, every upgrade in the past year has made this game worse and worse. Their sole focus is finding ways to force us to make in-app purchases. So yes, believe the 98% negatives lately, the 2 good ones were probably from developers or employees of com2us, whose sole function is to get in our wallets as opposed to providing an enjoyable and competitive game. That’s even if this review gets posted, this will be my 4th in the past weeks and other guild members have also left negative reviews which also weren’t published. Great job Com2Us, you had a good thing but continue ruin it and show your customers that all you’re concerned about is taking our money. Never mind the thousands of players who’ve dumped you in the past few weeks, and more daily even as I type this. lol Way to go guys! But on the plus side, now I’ll have more time to spend with the grandkids since I’m no longer playing. 😊 😊 😊

The latest update is a disaster. Not only did it have some stupid bugs, but it made the game inconsistent and unplayable. The high winds are inconsistent and make every shot a hit-and-hope shot. Their “fix” to this intentional problem is a dumb watch, which you have to spend tons os stars & still doesn’t seem to do much. They started a season play that costs tons of stars to play. So, you would think that with all these new costs, they would provide better ways of earning stars? No. They actually took away methods of earning stars. They just want players to pay cash to buy their stuff. If you are looking for a golf game, I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. I have played this game for years, reaching the highest level of 110, and my play is like when I was a beginner. My guild members have stopped playing the majority of the feature and only play the guild matches. It won’t be long before GS starts charging us to play in the guild. Then we’re gone!
