I loaded this game onto my ipad in August, 2013 and have enjoyed playing several accounts, two primarily, since that time. I very much appreciated when IGG cleaned up the avatar pictures and continue to appreciate overall better behavior at the tables. This game is part of my daily entertainment. I try to be always kind and respectful of other players and generally receive positive treatment back. IGG was 100% helpful in handling a loss of chips on my big account, so I especially appreciated that. Thanks for providing a good game.

Aug 2018 game won’t load

Y’all need to fix this! I can’t even upload my new photo without it kicking me out every time!

They need to monitor the lauage and calling people city fithy names. Just for raising a bid. Also I have had 3 AAA Ana a guy had 3kings he got all of it I got nothing just because he bid a little higher.

I like to play this game but way too slow for me. Need to reset the timer on players to less time to wait.

I cannot get logged in because of several uses this iPad. Help

I hate the new game, I don't like to be topped of, how can I change that?

Leave one table when zero chips enter another and it shows you are still on table you left AND new table where it won’t allow you to make a selection, so you have to leave table and lose your entry chips. Also I get on tables I never wanted to enter and end up losing huge amounts on min bet before getting a chance to exit. Won’t allow me to change profile pic. Liked the old selection method of entering tables, do not like the change.

Game is to slow to respond, hands are folded when trying to raise ! Screen locks, some times blacks out, or goes back to cover page!

Although I love the game it stopped working and I cannot get into the poker table area anymore, this has happened on all the devices this is on Very disappointing

This site doesn't work any more, used to be fun, they also cheat you out of chips by saying you used inappropriate language, and they cant prove it, i see people cursing all the time and there still there, they block people with lot of chips , none of the features work, you cant sit where you want, the hands are rigged, its not even close to real poker, its a joke, they send people on tables to mess with you, if you say anything to them they block you, its a terrible site, dont buy chips , because they with take them back. I have reloaded I have rebooted but for the last 10 days the game...in a word....stinks it does not accept mybets it is very slow i get folded when i have raised i get folded when it appears that inhave not bet when i have how can i get a fresh up to date copy...withour losing my chips

IGG is a Joke. Try going to any fast table, big or small, and nothing but transferring chips at every table. IGG won’t do anything, cause it’s always the ones who buy, can get away with that. You can’t even get a decent game of poker on this app anymore.
