I’m having trouble doing anything because everything is unreachable…hope it can be fixed. Great game and I want to continue…thank you

Overall it’s a fun game! But there are two problems, one is that starting some point I can’t clear any of the stones, trees or clays in the home island. I have tasks to cut trees and correct stones on the home island, but everytime I touch it, it says “objects is unreachable”. And the trees and stone I created on the other island doesn’t count for my home island tasks. So now I don’t know how to complete my tasks. Not sure if it’s a bug or what. Second the energy is really hard to get, and greaser and dining table gave very little energies. I’m always short of supplies because I don’t have the energy to get the supplies.

I have been playing about a week and have spent over 100. in real money. I love this game but it is almost impossible to get enough water, nets and keys. I can’t even keep up feeding my animals as you only get 2 water every hour. And you need water to make animal feed. And water for many other items too. You can get some if you have nets etc, but nets and keys are also too hard to get. If they would fix those items, it would be perfect. I would even buy those items, but they don’t sell them.

I’ve really been enjoying this game but i previously had to delete, redownload and restart progress because the game wouldn’t let me reach items that were clearly reachable. I kept getting “object unreachable” for simple things that had nothing around it like onions. Restarting progress fixed that for the home stage but now I’m having the same issue on pirate island. I don’t want to restart at level 16 again.

I enjoyed the game initially. It reminded me of some other games I had played but was easier to get energy. However when I got to level 6 suddenly all the buildings in my farm needed upgrades to make things but couldn’t be upgraded until I was level 10 or higher. So now all I can do is go in and mine rocks and trees to get some stars to work towards level 10 until I run out of energy. I can’t progress the story along at all.

First time writing a review and I wanted it to be a good one. Will start with loving the game. It’s relaxing and the time on the tasks given is very good. The energy, it’s ok. But it killed it for me that on my second day of playing I got the “unreachable” everyone is talking about and the place is outgrowing with stuff, plus I can’t advance on my tasks. On one of the islands that we are having for a limited time, after spending energy picking up what I needed, it was nowhere to be found on my items! And the cherry on top is that I can’t find the Facebook page to be able to talk to “Support” about it. It was there yesterday, it isn’t today. This “unreachable” issue for what I can see it’s been there for a minute and you guys are waiting to fix it by update time??? You have something good here, don’t get lazy now. After you releasing the update. My game still hasn’t changed. I can’t do anything in my main island. I do appreciate your contacting me. I do love the game, I want to keep playing. But the update didn’t work.

Fun game but often I run into problems such as running out of onions which you need to cook for energy. They have special events where you can earn a fountain that provides energy. Problem is that they do not tell you ahead of time that you can only win one. So you waist energy and gems for nothing. The problem with leveling up is that my normal energy level is 75. So if you have 50 energy and level up you do not earn an additional 75, you earn 25 on top of your 50 for a total of 75. Every problem comes with an apology or a we are working on it. My advice is not to invest any money till issues are resolved. Yes it’s fun but if you are like me then you will be frustrated very quickly and dumping a game is less bothersome if you don’t put money into it.

I really enjoyed it the first couple of days, then my main island had so many issues I finally had to delete the game. It has many positive aspects but a big negative to me at least is that you can’t contact the company thru the app. I know they have a Facebook page but not all of us want to deal with Facebook (I personally dislike Facebook and will have nothing to do with it). All apps should have a way to contact the developers in the app itself. I hope they fix the many bugs I ran into because it has a lot of potential and I would like to try it again after some updates have taken place.

It doesn’t make it more interesting, it makes you move on to someone else’s game. I play a lot of these games and this one has the least amount of energy of all of them. I can play 1-2 minutes tops before I’m out. What you give for purchases is not worth it. I could clear $10 in 10 minutes. It’s just not worth it. Graphics are beautiful. Story is cute. I’ve only hit level 12 and deleting it because I can only play a minute or two. That’s not fun. Thanks anyway.

Loved playing this game! Earning energy was easy until you start having to decide which island you are going to visit and which quests to do. In the beginning plenty of resources to replenish energy, but over time you need gloves, keys or nets to unlock or remove certain items. Now it is just a disappointment, the game loads and maybe I collect my items that I was making and I am kicked out. I deleted and reinstalled, only to start at the beginning again.

This game is fun but slow moving. I like the quest on other island as you increase in levels, but find it annoying how quickly you go through energy points clearing areas/items. It be nice if there were more berry and banana bush around each island. Can the production slot be fix? The selected item to be made doesn’t click into the product slot so it’s a challenge to get items made.

The game seems fun at first, and you are able to get things done easier than other games like this. I’m at level 9 and now I have an objective to remove bushes, but it won’t let me. It says that they’re outta reach, and they are wide open. Also I just finished with the steps off to the right and now I can’t get up to that area to complete a mission about checking a board.

At first it was easier than Family Island and seemed to allow you to have enough energy to clear the land and make items. However, now it is all about you buying more energy to complete task. It is boring not to make no progress in the game. Items needed are way more then energy you get. I can play maybe a total of 5 minutes a couple times a day because of no energy unless I buy some, which I refuse to give my hard earned money to a money hungry game.

I loved this game. It’s hard to find phone games that I enjoy because I’m more into consoles but I actually liked this one....until all this unreachable crap. I had made podium in the nature island event, I let my energy refill and when I came back, everything on that island except grass was unreachable and I lost my podium spot. I WAS IN FIRST PLACE!!! I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO CATCH UP AND IM NO LONGER IN PODIUM. Highly do not recommend this game, all it will do is lead you on. You’ll think you’re getting somewhere, and boom!! “Unreachable”
