Fun
Great game
Good game
The only thing I do not like is when collecting items to advance they are random. You get stuck on a puzzle, then finally pass it, but you get the other items instead of what you need to advance.
Super fun!
I love this game, however twice I have lost my game progress when the game updated. Hope that’s fixed!!
Mystery Blast
Really enjoy the game. Do not like the fact that you cannot start playing the game from the area needing to be decursed, have to go to first building. Developers have not given me a reason to play this game daily. Other games I play give daily rewards/bonuses so I am inclined to play those games daily and play this game less frequently. Fun game that I would rate 5 stars and play daily if there were rewards/bonuses. You can play a game 5-10 times and not collect items needed to “disenchant”. Not much fun when it takes forever to collect needed items. Will delete game when I have used up bonuses/diamonds.
Good challenges with inconsistent plot
I have almost beat the game, so it seems like a reasonable time to write a review. The basic game is combining blocks to clear them out. The more blocks of the same color that touch each other, the bigger impact of removing them. The plot layered over the game has to do with using the items earned through each puzzle to disenchant buildings and save the town. The puzzles to earn items having varying levels of difficulty. There are some puzzles I got lucky on pieces and was able to beat it with 20 moves left. There are other puzzles that start with 3-6 pieces, and some of those seem designed to require “helper” features to clear obstacles and get more pieces on the board. My biggest complaints stem from the inconsistent relevance of the surrounding plot. About 2/3 through the game, the plot elements just stopped appearing. No more messages from the mysterious person posing as the main character’s mentor. Characters continue to appear after each puzzle, but their messages have no relevance to the story. I have now disenchanted the final building and there is no clear indication of what I need to earn and what is left to do. Throughout the game, clicking on the next building that needs disenchanting will show what you need to earn through puzzles. Also, you earn objects needed to complete the disenchantments, but you never get to see how many you have. The game seems to track it, but it feels like it doesn’t really matter. Clearly, the plot weakness hasn’t stopped me from playing the puzzles, but I am not sure how long I will keep playing without any indication of what I am working towards. It is a fine game for some puzzles and low-key brain challenge. Update: There appears to be no clear ending to this game. What a let down.
Just another game....
Nothing spectacular to see here. Walk through is simple enough. Selecting like colored blocks to remove them, clearing levels to “uncurse” buildings, tutorial then forces you to use one of your special items. That is where I deleted the game. Great job walking me through the game play, but I’m not going to use something that I may later need just because you feel like I should. Really the game is nothing special. Hundreds of games like this one out there.
