I had high hopes for bet mgm because i thought they would be more legit than poker stars but it seems like they got same algorithm as pokerstars. NL hold em straights and flushes cracked by boats as much as playing live Omaha. I can’t imagine what the Omaha game like. Then when I go to get what little money I have in my account back the only option they give is to drive to Detroit. I dk what to do but I am thinking to declare fraud on credit card.

This poker site is so easy to use and has a wide variety of no limit hold em and Omaha games! The competition seems fair and like I say there’s many levels you can play at,in many different game styles, plus they have awesome promotions! You usually get your payouts within 24 hours right to your bank account as well! I couldn’t be more happy with Bet MGM Poker and sportsbook!!

Someone said you can’t go all in. Not true. There are preset quick buttons that allow you to bet 2BB, 1/4 pot, 2/3 pot, pot or something like that, but you can also tap on “bet” and slide the slider to the top to go all-in.

Cash games are screwed up. They have 12 people playing same blind amounts but sitting at 5 different tables. Go to join and they sit you at a brand new table then start dealing to you and one other person. Can’t find a sit out next hand button so you literally have to leave in the middle of a hand. Betting took me a while to figure out but you can bet whatever you want. Not intuitive.

I keep getting kicked off with a message that I can longer be confirmed to be in Michigan or something like that. I’m in my own home while this is happening. I usually see a message that says you are experiencing technical difficulties but, this has already cost me two $5 sit and go’s. This has got to get corrected.

I don’t know if it’s on purpose or not but the things that happen with the cards here are not realistic. I have seen things happen in 2 months on this site that I haven’t seen in 20 years of playing poker. People (including me) hit huge hand and get beaten. Draw the only card in the deck that can help them and basically it’s like the algorithm favors the underdog. To the point where I have started feeling better about coming into an all in situation slightly behind than ahead because It’s more likely that I will outdraw than hold up. Unless I draw my card on the turn. Then inevitably my opponent will improve on the river since they are then the underdog. This cannot be an accident. No pure random generator would produce these results. Poker players don’t want this. We want a pure game. We don’t want it to be equally fixed. I don’t believe any player is favored. It seems more like big hands are created to induce action. This isn’t just a whim. I’ve been keeping track. Just as an example a player that is at a 70% disadvantage should make a winning hand about 15 times out of 50. I have seen and recorded this situation amongst players 50 times and out of those 50 times the underdog made their hand 32 times. That’s not an anomaly. That’s not an accident. That’s not acceptable. That’s not poker. That’s gambling. Please fix it. Also, why no chat? The pre picked emojis and phrases don’t cut it at all.

I was playing a sit and go and all of a sudden it just started folding my hands and then said it couldn’t confirm I was in Michigan. I’m well over an hour from even the nearest state line. When I contacted customer service they told me to contact technical support and then gave me a whole list of info I had to obtain from deep within the site from a computer. When I said I don’t own a computer they disconnected the chat.

Deposited 100 from bank savings account. Apparently too close to border for their software to validate (PokerStars does not have a problem). Started getting harassing calls from “global payments”. Apparently, they are not setup to pull from savings, only checking. Now I can’t withdraw from mgm, and global payments keeps calling me demanding the 100 that they failed to pull from my savings, but nonetheless credited to the mgm account (from which I can’t withdraw) Just warning y’all . Not at all happy

Cards are reshuffled too quickly. Sometimes a hand ends and I have no idea how I just won. I've been playing PokerStars for years so I'm not just slow. I had a glitch where my hand timed out after I made a bet with the nuts. My internet connection was solid so I don't know what happened. There aren't a lot of players. I have no idea when or how I'm going to receive my match bonus for signing up. I'm excited to have poker back in MI but this site needs work still.

If you’ve played pokerbros. Go back to it, this one is just as bad but the UI is even worse. Truly disappointed in this app bearing MGMs name. To their credit I complained about a hand and they responded. After the complaint I realized it was my mistake. With that said, truly terrible, lose to the same players wether you are 80/20 or 20/80. All ins vs monster stacks regardless of holdings don’t win. Considering the amount of live poker I’ve played, this isn’t real “variance”

Keep being able to register and pay and then having issues where it can no longer verify in Michigan despite being able to pay. Then being told try another game as a solution despite being out money. Or tonight tournament froze on pause for 20 min and still frozen and tech support unable to help except to say take screen shots.

Not real happy. I think it’s complicated and not user friendly. I deposited $50 with a$50 match and have played for 2 weeks and I have $40 left and want to pull it out. Will not let me. Another issue. I went to transfer $25 from my earned points to poker and it seems to have disappeared. Can you help me with that. If no help is available, I should try another site? Cannot wait for your response.

You have no live chat I was betting a lot with you guys but I like fanduels customer service and vip services a lot better. I tried contacting you guys about a bonus I didn’t get and the email addresses didn’t work. Fan fuel just gave me $1000 in feee credits. They are easy to chat with. You guys are impossible to contact. Been taking my business to other sites lately

This app is a joke! The staggering amount of bad beats is ridiculous. I know its poker and you win some/lose some. But the way you continue to lose is statistically impossible. I played hundreds of hands and get all junk. Finally start getting good cards and the bad beats just start rolling. Never had a worse experience over 1 month.
