No complaints
Highly addictive, one of the best clicker games I’ve ever played, if you could even consider it a clicker game. One of the things I like most about the gameplay is the wide variety of strategies and upgrades at your disposal to progress. There’s not really a “correct” way to play the game, it’s mostly up to the user to figure out their own optimal play style. For instance, you need to decide what to spend energy on, where to invest your mutagen, the best time to ascend for more mutagen, what to spend your gold bugs on, etc., which are all based on personal preference. Overall, the game looks clean and polished, and it’s fun to discover new things and get new upgrades. Highly recommend for anybody looking for a casual game.
Perfect!
No issues with game. Runs smoothly, comfortable level of flexibility for an idle game - for me. Never played the PC version (I believe that was first?) and this far exceeds the poor balance of Adventure Communist while providing a much better understanding of the relationships to allow you to decide what to invest in and when. I am just guessing that this was first and AC was a clone, but I don’t have a problem with clones of great ideas. It benefits the gamers when new developers clone AND enhance/alter/tweak a concept - sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse. Competition prevents complacency and this game has been receiving regular improvement updates! Keep up the great work!
Please add a 'quit invasion' function
I keep accidentally re-challenging the first invasion out of exhaustion, it would be really helpful if I could cancel and select the invasion I actually meant to do. It's starting to have a huge effect on my progress. Please add some sort of 'cancel raid' function, perhaps with a double verification to help this kind of small mistake not continue to basically ruin my progress for two entire days. Even if the function only worked for a brief time, maybe for 5-10 minutes after starting a raid every 2 days, it would be extremely helpful. Thank you for your continued hard work to improve this game.
Two-thumbs Up!
Swarm Simulator: Evolution is hands down, the most played game on my phone. The gameplay is easy to pick up on and grows more difficult as you progress. From its tasteful design to it’s never ending achievements, I always feel like i need to play and that I’m enjoying it. From the moment you wake up in the morning to the time you’re in bed, you will have this game open throughout your day. I’m currently in the top 1% of players across all four leaderboards, and still have work to do! So, let me get back to it. Take it from a PC gamer, I highly recommend Swarm Simulator: Evolution for any age.
A Classic Revived
Swarm Simulator was probably the first idler game I ever played and since they’ve moved onto cell phones I’ve become a fanatic for them. The mobile version is well done, with some understandably necessary but generally unobtrusive monetization features. They want $10 to “remove ads” but so far I haven’t had to watch a single ad I didn’t opt to for a bonus, and removing ads apparently gives you ad watch bonuses without watching ads at all, unlike many games that will charge you to stop forcing ads on you but continue to solicit them to you for boosts etc.
More IPhone X support
I don’t mean to sound pushy, but I think it would be nice to add more iPhone X support. What I mean is how you get out of apps. Don’t get me wrong this game is addicting, but it’s really annoying whenever I try to move or click/tap near the very bottom of the screen, the game goes back to the loading screen because I accidentally “closed” out of the app. If you could please fix this problem, because I have seen other games with this, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
Decent New Idling Game
Pretty good game in general. There’s clearly more that can be added, and the concept as a “clicker” game is definitely new. Graphics look nice, UI isn’t bad once you know your way around. It ain’t even a clicker game, just 10 minutes in, most everything is automated except for just some upgrades at the very top of the chain. Overall, would recommend if you want a unique idle game; very satisfying, but needs an internet connection to play, which I find weird.
By far the best incremental game I’ve played
This is a must try in my opinion. If you like incremental games this one has a great reward loop and doesn’t pressure you into spending money every five seconds like most others do. The ad pack is well worth the money I payed though. Has a nice set of graphics for this kind of game and I feel like I’m always progressing. I hope to see them add more as time goes on as they seem to be actively supporting the game. Try it, you will like it.
Fantastic Idle Sim
I’m always on the hunt for a fun idle sim game. But so many involve endless tapping or have a heavy handed approach to IAP’s, not this game. I’ve been playing since launch and I still enjoy it thoroughly. Each update adds something new and interesting, the IAP’s are more of a donation than a requirement (I’ve made a few donations), and the music and graphics and overall design make this game far better than the vast majority of titles in this genre. Great work devs!! 👍👍
#ADiCtINg❤️
This game is really fun because it has gold bugs that give you gold to upgrade (in my opinion super upgrade). Whenever you thing you almost finished everting you have it gives you more to upgrade. Everything in the game has a use in it. Also the game is VeRy TiMe CoNsUmInG. I’ve been playing this game for HoUrS and I think you might to. To Creators: I would appreciate if you could add more gold bugs. Thank you❤️
Really great game!!
I really like this game because I like to play a lot of idle clickers/simulators. I like this game because it is so complex that you can play play it for hours. But however it’s not so complex that you have to look up guides for it. It is also not so simple that you can just beat it right away. I have already been playing this game for a minute and I am already in love with it.
Could use some QOL improvements
First things first the app really gets the spirit of the web version. Only complaint I have comes from me wanting to buy even numbers of things. The custom option is fairly annoying to change. Also in the web version is the @ modifier which buys up to the amount you type in. A possible solution I've thought of is have some buttons show up at the top of the screen when custom is selected. One would be a slider that would slide through powers of ten and a plus and minus that would change the custom value. There could even be a button that changes between percent, add, and purchase up to. It's pretty inconvenient to bring up the keyboard each time to change the value and then switch to the number keyboard. It all being inside the game itself would be much better.
Not fun. Could be improved
At the current state, it is just a boring game. There should be something to do though instead of waiting for progress like tapping or mini games that advance you through the actual game by giving bonuses. I see no point in playing the app more than 5 minutes a day just to see what I got overnight. You cannot go up to your friends and say “look how good I am” when all you did was play for a week by collecting resources. There is no skill involved, therefore no pride in being far into the game. I ended up deleting the game because it turned out I was not having fun and I could be doing other things.
Everything about it is broken
The game is completely broken. I’ve played a few minutes of the Steam version, so I know how the game is supposed to function when working correctly. Every creature and upgrade in the game, no matter what it is, is displayed as costing 5611 larvae and one drone. The upgrade button still works, but it’s kinda hard to play when you don’t know what anything costs. The game says I should be gaining one larvae per second, when I’m actually gaining hundreds, but only when I have larvae selected. Otherwise, the larvae count remains frozen. I’m pretty sure this isn’t right. Attempting to select the territory, energy, or any tab I haven’t unlocked yet will display a full-screen message telling you what you need to unlock it. The problem is, I can’t seem to close this screen, effectively locking me out of the game until I restart the app. None of the visual creatures are displayed, I’m stuck looking at meat the whole time. Achievements seem to be non-functional I don’t know if a recent update broke everything or something, but the game is completely unplayable for me.
