I enjoy playing the game, but the coins don’t add up very fast! In fact, at first I would have about 60,000 when I stopped playing, but when I logged back on the next day, I would only have 40,000, but now that I have more coins, they seem to stay fairly stable! 2 things really bug me! I DO NOT LIKE the new BONUS system. Wheel will stop on something good & then jump over to something worthless! I still don’t understand what the 6 combo stuff is nor how it helps The other frustrating thing on Mysteries of the Past as well as Save the World is the advertisements between each round. There is nothing to push to get out of it or if there is an X, it doesn’t stop, when it is pushed. This is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING when there is only an hr. Of 5 hints or 15 energy per game. I have finished Pacific Bay as well as Grimsborough. I am rapidly nearing the end of Save the World so I am running out of games I like to play 2019 UPDATE Started Elite version of Save the World! I like it, but still frustrated with same issues! I agree on not liking stickers! I don’t even bother to open them now because waste of time & my energy!

Love this game but I am not a kid and want stickers after completing a level wish you guys would bring back the burgers. I do not like it when you take away a persons bonus when you don’t use them at all it is very frustrating that you guys take that away you guys are cheating on the game. You take away videos so you can not continue to play. All you guys want is money sometimes the people playing your games do not have the money to get extra burgers fries or juice. I will continue to play but not as fun playing as was it was. You guys also took away bonus features like unlimited play for 2 hours or 2 times the score for a limited time that was good also. Just not as fun as it was. I cannot watch videos to get coins anymore what I am not allowed to watch videos to get coins to continue to play the games. This is no longer fun playing. The more you take things away from us the harder it be to get people to play your games. Chill out people it is not about the money it is about people having fun playing games.

Was very hard in the beginning to get energy & coins. The newest game seems even harder.....no extra spins of the wheel. These games are fun, I have them all, and the coins & energy do eventually start adding up which makes the game more fun when you can continue playing. I HATE the ads. I don’t mind “paying” for time or coins, but when they pop up when playing, it is very frustrating. ....and they do freeze, too. Since we have to pay for burgers in the beginning, I don’t appreciate having to wait until an un-asked for commercial ends so I can play. I have more than paid the price for playing this game.

I love playing these games. Love searching for the items and the stories keep you intrigued. I recently updated a few of these, this one and the paradise one and since then I’ve been having a minor issue. Once I spin the wheel for the daily prize the little X is not there to get to the main screen. There’s no way of getting out of the prize wheel except to shut down the game and restart which is kind of a pain. It seems to of happened ever since I did the updates so I’m hoping it’s just a glitch that can be fixed. Please address this issue ASAP. Thank you

I have been playing save the world version of Criminal Case for a little more than a week and I like it because if gives me more play time between the original game and this new one. I wish I could travel from save the world game back to the original Criminal Case game. It is already set so I can travel to save the world from the original Criminal Case game. I would like to have the ability to travel back and forth between the two games. Another thing about this game is that it doesn't give players the opportunity to earn energy credit by watching advertisements. That means it takes twice as long to complete scenes. I'm beginning to loose interest because of the extra time and extra money I have spent in order to finish scenes in a reasonable amount of time.

I played the first CC and loved it. I played to the end but never understood the stickers in that one because the game ended with no possible way to get enough to finish even one case. I started the second two & enjoyed playing UNTIL the newest format. There are so many ads that pop up after every 2nd or 3rd search are irritating and not getting any game play from them is frustrating. I understand the need to make $$ but why do game makers always have to ruin a great game? You will end up with less players when this happens. Please stop the ads interrupting game play. For now I may still play but not sure. You are ruining a really good game. Thumbs down on the new format 👎

This game is like the other two and easy to play. However CHANGES MADE REALLY UPSET ME. Used to so you didn’t have to stay gone for so long except the time it takes for the lab to finish projects sooner, BUT NOW the game has changed and the numerous amount of Energy and coins you could earn real easy by just watching videos of other games you might like to earn coins and energy as long as you watch the videos, NOW YOU ARE LIMITED TO ONLY FOUR VIDEOS TO WATCH TO EARN MORE COINS AND ENERGY. I literally hate what they have done and thinking about not playing anymore of the three games anymore. I enjoyed earning coins and energy by watching the videos of games I might like to play, but now they HAVE RUINED THE WATCHING THE VIDEOS GAMES TAKING THAT AWAY. AT TIMES I HAVE DOWNLOADED THIS GAMES AND EVEN PAID FOR SOME. I said I would not, but I bought and paid for some, BUT THERE IS NO BALANCE AND THE MONEY HAS BEEN MADE FOR EVERY PERSON INVOLVED ON THIS PROJECT SO WHY DON’T YOU HELP US AND MAKE IT ENJOYABLE FOR ALL. WHAT IS WRONG WITH BRINGING BACK THE FUN AGAIN. GIVE US THE ENERGY AND MONEY AS LONG AS WE WILL ENDURE THE VIDEOS AND WHY ARE THE CLOTHES AND OTHER STUFF GIVEN TO US AND WE DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM ANYMORE. Lighten up the game, find some humor, some drama and NOT the same old stuff.

The game is fun, it’s just like the regular Criminal case game which I’ve played for awhile, though these games are not connected. I don’t really like how about 50% of game play is waiting hours for one analysis. Then when the analysis finishes you have about five minutes of gameplay just to get another item that takes a day to finish. What has really upset me is their customer service. I was recently double charged after buying an instant analysis. I tried contacting the support team but all I got was an automated response telling me to read their FAQ page, and that that was the only response I was going to be getting. Obviously the FAQ page did not help, yet I was left with no one (besides Apple) to contact. I have actual problems with their game but the developers clearly think the people who play the game aren’t worthy of their time.

First off, this remains an interesting game, with decent stories. Some of the names of the objects lose something in what I assume is a translation, and the ever-popular "energy" system is always frustrating. The most recent update of the base program (as it affects all of the Criminal Case games) has brought frustration and disappointment. The "daily reward" feature was frustrating when it would make you respond within a few hours of the last time you used it or it would reset. Now it's hardly even useful. I'm sorry, but burgers and meals are no replacement for guaranteed extra energy. The more frustrating thing, though, is the timing of the ads. They will pop up at any moment, it seems, from the time you return to one of the main screens. Yes, I'm sure it's a timer, but it will interrupt an action without warning. Even worse, if the game or device is muted, the ads are not, which isn't pleasant when your spouse is sleeping. The ads tend to be for the same games (I'm looking at you, Toon Blast!), making me LESS likely to want to play those advertised games. The most recent update made things worse, with ads that freeze the screen. As others have stated, the publisher doesn't really want you to contact them, as all you get in response is an email that makes you feel like an idiot because you didn't read what was on the support site, and that you wouldn't get any further reply. Well, maybe they shouldn't get any further support!

What once was a great game to play now isn’t. For the last few weeks, I haven’t been able to send or receive gifts from friends on my iPad without the game looping to Facebook only to ask “Open this is Criminal Case.” Duh, that’s why I have the app. Then it returns to the app and if I select ‘accept gifts’ it loops back to Facebook again..endlessly. This happens on all 3 of the Criminal Case games that I play. ..Hidden Objects, Mysteries and Save the World. I tried contacting customer support only to receive an auto response that told me to go read the FAQs (which I do before ever contacting support) or go to the community page which is another hot mess. Then proceeds to tell me that this will be the one and only response to my inquiry. Sounds like pretty poor customer service. So...in response, I will delete all three games and find others to play.. A little good customer service goes a long way. I recommend that you ditch the auto response and actually allow people to contact you.

The game starts out ok but, when reaching certain levels than that's when your funds go down with the criminals. I dislike the fact the it's way too easy, clues are written for a toddler and unless you wish to speed up lab results, it takes anywhere from 3-18 hours for the results. Don't get me started on their "flash sales of coins" or the fact that if you do spend your coins you've purchased, it seems like you reach the next level quickly and although you may have 150 coins all ready sitting there to use, when you reach a new level where the game adds 110 coins, you coin use goes from 150 to 110 and you've just lost all the coin you paid for and no way to get the game reset to 260 coins like it should be. I for one will leave this game as soon as all of my purchased coins are gone. I'm too old for such childish games.

What a jip! You go thru both departments only to loose everything you've accumulated when you transfer to Save the World. That, my friends, is a RIP OFF!!!!! You loose your coins, juice, chips, hamburgers, clothes, pets, etc., and even your avatar. Are you kidding me? And NOWHERE does it warn you or even suggest that this will happen. I've played for nearly 2 years but, unless I have the ability to can transfer what I have earned, this is last they will see of me. When contacted they reply via automated response directing you to the FAQ's which does not answer your questions either. I have over 4.2M coins, over 7K energies, and pets I can't use anymore. SHAME ON YOU ALL!!!! Very poor business decision as there are plenty of other games out there where I can spend my time and my money and be appreciated.

Was a wonderful game until today. This morning tried to play and the game keeps crashing. Can't play at all. Saw there was an update and wonder if that changed things. Hope you can fix this and get the game working again. Right now you can't get passed the beginning screens to even play the game . Update: still crashing 😖 Update: crashing again 😖 If they could stop the crashing, it would be a great game. It won't load properly. Crashes almost immediately. I guess that is better than crashing in the middle of the game. You just can't get to the game. Update: still crashing. Now it seems to be a daily occurrence. Please fix. It's a great game otherwise. Just we don't get to play it much before it crashes. Update: For the last two days it has not allowed playing. Crashing before you can actually play a game. Wish they could fix this because when it works it is so much fun. Another day of crashing. Wish they would fix this problem. It seems every day this game stops working. It is down yet again. At the most I can play a few hours and then it crashes for the rest of the day. Again this morning, it won't load to play. Please fix this problem.

In the beginning I enjoyed the game as you go on into more and more cases the characters are are not interesting or not even developed. But what's you are cheated not given your full rewards. If it's a daily reward no matter what amount of coins you get you should receive your full reward. You don't! I will complete it but I will do no extra game. THIS IS A RIPOFF!!!! Since the above review they made so called improvements so things have not changed you must carefully watch when getting your daily rewards which you now must spin for whether you want to or not. And in instead of just energy it can be other things that are on the wheel. The designers of this game need to do so much more work. The rating is still the same too bad that don't allow you a 1/2 of star.
