Fun game but support is garbage. Regularly takes three days to get an automated response that does not always address the issue

I love this game, but it obviously has big issues. A lot of delayed chat and the fluidity of the game can lag at times. The action and rush to you feel behind the war aspect is what makes it fun. As a spender of in App purchases, they need to give better rewards if they intend on having people buy. But overall it's a fun game and worth the time.

They Always write the problem off on you. They do not try to assist you with your problem. They claim your ignorant and delete the conversation then you submit it again and it takes another 2 days for them to respond. I spent $3000+ dollars on this game. The other day I had someone say that they were upset with me and were going to report my castle. They decided to report it stolen. I was immediately banned from my castle. Ban time permanent suspected stolen. But they banned my account on a Friday night and won’t reply to me now until Monday after the weekend. Terrible game. They steal your money and have nothing to hold them accountable. I wasted a year and $3000 + on this game. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Be careful the game has so many glitches they can’t get them right. They favor the Chinese. If you have a problem you talk with customer service. I call them a do nothing service. You would think they would get tired of saying I’m sorry all the time. You can earn a reward and never get it. But they are sorry don’t expect to get it or to get respect from them. Trust me when I say don’t play it find another game. Every two weeks I have to delete and reload the game. Yet again they are sorry for my troubles. I get events able to play for one day then it disappears. I’m told to delete and reinstall the game. Good luck.

Since the update I can’t revive the rewards. When forging armor of 91% brown and 9% purple, it came out Purple. What a rip off. When I asked customer service ( after 2 weeks ) no reply. All they want is your money but dont do any thing for people who spend lots of money on this game. If they do contact you it’s always your fault and tell you it’s a free game and You don’t have to spend money but if you don’t you get beat up by everyone. Oh by the way they want photos but it’s always too late otherwise my phone gallery would filled up every time I do anything. So as usual it’s my fault.

The game can be fun but to stay competitive you have to spend money and when there are glitches in the game...and there is plenty of that, you won’t get reimbursed and customer service rarely works. Expect to spend several hours on the game to keep up with it! If you have a life, responsibilities or a family...this is not the game for you. Wish I would have never played it!

I have been playing cok for three years and joined the west when it first came out. The game in the west is nothing but a joke! The mods constantly accuse and harass players and the game rips people off while cheaters and hackers go untouched. Elex doesn’t care about its players. I spent thousands in this game and it’s a total waste of money. Game needs to not be supported by google and Apple. More unhappy players then happy players.

They suspended my account indefinitely due to an error on their part! After being attacked I was given a lot of resources by my alliance. I woke up the next morning to having no account and it stated that it was due to cheating! So I was accused yet it was in their part and an error in ther game! They took my account and refuse to respond to my messages nor refund all the money I have spent on that one account! Their thieves

There are so many bugs in this game that it’s hard to play. Customer support is absolutely the worst. The only response you will ever get is a canned one. If they manage to fix a bug it takes forever and often is poorly tested and introduces more bugs.

Don't play this game cuz it's a game only for spenders and if you don't spend you will get killed , everything is about money ... also bad support ever and they not even answering or solving any problems ... and if you send message in Facebook they block u or stop answering u

If your rich and can spend a lot of money Play this game. Otherwise stay the hell out of this game. You will die no matter how hard you try. If your lucky you will be in a good kingdom but when others come ur dead meat so don’t try to play it

If you enjoy spending time to advance other players than this game is for you. If you enjoy spending money to benefit others than this game is for you. Do not play this game if you expect to grow without spending a lot of money.

It crashes after I do about six actions! "War" rules the map so what's next when one team rules the Realm??? Unless you have lots of money to spend you'll be running slow and end up being a farm for the "War Alliance"!
