I love this game. I would like to be able to collect rrs easier... it takes way too much rrs to upgrade to higher levels. Besides that, I love this game!! I must say, I have been playing this game for over a year now and never get tired of it!!

This is so fun like I played every day and you can pick if you want to be good or bad and if you want to be a king or a queen and you can get your own pet dragon and you can change your castle and you can chat with your friends

Have been playing for 3 Years and I just can’t give it up. I curse Elex constantly but, the family I’ve found in the game is priceless.

I have been having issues with this game for a few weeks and nothing works that they have told me to do now I did what they said I can’t even get the app back on my iPhone when I reinstalled the game all I get now is when I go to open the app I get a Black screen then back to my iPhone screen plus issues in the game event issues I can’t even get event rewards I contact coq but get nothing to fix My issues

I've been having issues every since 2 months and have decided not to purchase anything else because nothing is working properly. I've contacted customer service and still have not fixed my issue. Since they don't care about correcting the game but love to take your money!

I thoroughly enjoyed playing the game. One complaint is the unbalanced nature of the battles. No matter how much upgrading and training is completed the castle is especially vulnerable to attack by players with 100+ times more power. 3 times attacked with total loss but the attacker had no losses. Zero! It’s ridiculous and I see players quitting every day.

I’d give more stars, but your options to bind your account so you don’t lose it, is actually redundant. I am Iphone user my option is Facebook and Game Center that’s it. I have 2 for Facebook and one for Game Center. But the difficult part is switching between both my Facebook castle accounts. The ability to switch is gone! I have lost multiple bound castles because the page to switch is gone and they don’t care! And cheating is allowed no matter what the rules say.

Cons -When I read the title I was hoping that I got to choose a side (light or dark). It’s very misleading! -Every time that a clan member sends help, the notification always pops up in the middle of my screen. Like really? Couldn’t you have put it at the top? It’s blocking the game! -It doesn’t matter what level you upgrade your buildings to, they will always have the same look to them. Pros -I can use the search button on the map to find monsters. Makes it so you don’t have to scroll. -You don’t have to always upgrade one building at a time. You have a set amount of workers. Smaller buildings take less people! I can sometimes upgrade three at a time!

The last player has it pretty right on. There are so many issues with the game, and instead of quickly resolving, such as a mass event to sell back issues from events that never coming back. There are players from a gamesite and your site is the only one I’ve seen that compares. Denise Michelle Glassner.

I logged in one day just to see I was completely logged out of my account. It has me as if I was starting a new game. So I had to re log in my account by logging in using Facebook. Low and behold items that I earned were missing. I had over 18,000 arrows in the monster hunt area and the were basically down to like 2000 or some. I immediately contacted support which considered of several automated responses before I get a real response which was days later saying the tech support could find my problem. They do this often to players. Basically act as if they don’t see the issue as if you are lieing or basically disregard you to the point you just give up trying to fight for your things you earned. They can so called find when a player is cheating but all of a sudden can’t find issues for genuine true players. I earned a thing I have in this game by purchase or rewards through the game. All I ask is for them to replace what was took from me during a glitch that logged me completely out but the won’t even do that. We spend money to play but don’t get the true support we deserve.

While the game has a very deep and interesting design, everything is skewed toward money players. I also believe there are questionable relationships between certain players (mods) and the developers. Players are allowed to have multiple positions on the same server. This leads to the funneling of resources to one super position and exaggerated growth. Game mods are allowed to play positions, which is a huge conflict of interest. Game features are poorly explained and anyone that knows of the hidden “features” has a large advantage. I would not recommend this game unless your willing to play at a disadvantage in knowledge and have deep pockets.

If you’re not willing to fork over a lot of money to play this game, be prepared to be very frustrated. I had two castles (because you have to have a farm if your going to succeed in leveling up the free way) and -big surprise- the one that I spent the most money and time on (the biggest one) suddenly disappears and has a passcode lock? I never set one. And it can’t send a passcode to my email because it’s bonded to Facebook... oh well... a lot of time, effort and money wasted- you can complain and write tickets to the support team all you want, still waiting for my reply from last year.

I play this game all the time. Anytime you have an issue they do not respond for days. The worst at resolving issues their game causes. Including losing gold I paid for then the game crashes we all get kicked for “maintenance” and they give me lies about spending earlier in the day before the purchase of the pack. My suggestion if you play don’t spend your own money. But be prepared to lose everything you work for, because they don’t balance out the battles. So those that spend money will always win and you will lose guaranteed every time.

No matter where you go there are only bad people and big spending bullies who will ruin your game unless you are willing to spend thousands to grow stronger. I don’t recommend this game at all due to the unbelievable penny pinching by the developer and pushing of micro transactions and all the money they make but the only thing they seem to pay attention to is someone who grows in power and if they got it from their pack or not
