I thought the initial reason for the change in how I played was due to the change of the phone I was playing on. I recently downgraded from a iPhone 6 to an iPhone 5. I was pretty good at BubbleShooter on my iPhone 6 and had accumulated over $1,300 in winnings. With the downgrade of my phone I lost a lot of my winnings and only played occasionally cause again I thought it was due to the device I was playing on. I played other skillz games available and neglected to play BubbleShooter until I got a support message saying there had been an update correcting the most recent update. As always I too was hesitant but I updated and with hope I played for real money again. I couldn’t be more pleased!! It may not seem much to a lot of people but I’ve won $25 in 20 minutes!! Thanks for correcting the bugs and updating the game. I am addicted to playing again.

This game is absolutely addicting. I play night & day because it is just that awesome. The fact that the rounds are 2 mins, make time go by so fast like you don't even realize how much time you spend on it. The funnest part is that it gives you actual free money every once in a while & you can start winning cash matches from there. There was one time that I put in $10 because there was a get $10 extra for a total of $20, but i never got the extra $10. Other than that ive truly enjoyed myself with this game & hope it continues!

Addictive game, with persistent bugs. Sometimes it freezes, sometimes it doesn’t record high scores, sometimes exhibits degraded controls (aiming mechanics malfunction or freeze, bubbles become “sticky”, fired bubbles hang suspended mid-air instead of reaching target, etc.) but mostly it’s fun and an excellent time-eater. If you do not play with real money on the table, higher levels and prizes are ridiculously unobtainable...unless you play for hours every day. Thus, gameplay is designed to encourage you to bet real money on your games. (#capitalism) Super high scores, when you get them, net you nothing, which is lame. The pointless chat function tarnishes the game by offering a forum for the now all-too-familiar sophomoric Trump-era trolls, with their endless douche-baggery, obscene/racist comments, hitting on or insulting anyone they suspect is female or gay or different in any way from whatever they think they are...but it’s easy to not engage. Just don’t. Great game for those laid-up with nothing else to do...break your leg? Sick? Waiting for Godot? This game will help while away the healing hours.

The crashes here and there are a bit annoying but thankfully sending a message to their support team does the trick in fixing when I’ve lost my money to a app crash. They have been a wonderful help. Maybe if it were easier in certain times to report crashes or just fix whatever is making it crash to begin with would be awesome. If anything I can do to help, let me know :)

This game is quite addicting. I play it on average 2 hours a day. However, recently I was curious as to how long it would take me to win a certain prize, so I started doing a little math. Each game lasts 3 minutes. Yu have to get a certain number of tickets each month to keep up with your rankings. After playing with numbers, I realized it’s impossible to get to the 3rd tier let alone 4-6. On top of that, I figure why not still try for one of the big prizes. The cheapest car costs 600,000,000 tickets so I did the math to see how long it would take to get it. In order to receive that prize, it would take over 1700 years playing nonstop 24/7. And then I wanted to be more realistic so I did math to see what I could get if I played the game 8 hours every day for a year. I would end up with $7 if I played this game for a year like it was my full time job

I have been playing this game for over a year! I love it and friends and I use it as “personal best” within given time frames. However, it closes frequently right in the middle of games!! Very very frustrating!! Great staff they respond but the game is nonetheless unpredictable! I have spent a LOT of money oin this only to lose most all of it!! I am good at the game but when it shuts down u simply LOSE! Buyers beware!! Once u complain, you LOSE even more money. I will never spend another dime in this game!! It has taken a LOT of money from me because I guess I am a slow learner in that I believed that I could win!! Never ever gonna happen!! Save your money only play free games!!! Update I am finding that if u play higher amounts of cash u win slightly more frequently!! Had to try one more time. I’ll update again!!

Until the update a few weeks ago, this game was awesome. It was consistent, entertaining, and after wayyy over a year I had gotten very good at it. Since the update it is a completely different game. The aiming is inconsistent and therefore you cannot play the game correctly. I still play occasionally, only because I can’t cash out because I got bonus cash for depositing. But as it is right now, I would not recommend downloading. It’s too inconsistent and when I contacted customer service, they basically told me to play more and try harder. I literally used to play this game an embarrassingly amount of time. It’s not worth it now. If they revert back then I would, but they are probably making too much money off of people like me who still want to believe.

Since I can not leave NO stars I HAVE to put one BUT it would of been 10 up til three days ago!!!! I’ve been playing this game about one month. And yes I will say I “was/am” addicted UNTIL the iPhone update three days ago! After writing numerous emails to the support I FINALLY received a reply. The latest iPhone update has a BUG and they are “trying” to fix. WELL thank you SKILLZ because I’ve lost ALL my tickets!!! Because us players who “play constantly, have friends join, give money and so in” were NOT informed of this BUG!!! Now they send us all kinds of emails but failed to let us know about this issue!!!! Because from Playing constantly I know it was NOT me losing all the time because honestly I’ve gotten quite good at it. I think they should give us players TICKETS because of this issue!!! Because of there lack of NOT informing us!!!! Anyway, if you want to download this... well I would really think about it!! Or wait until this BUG is fixed. However, us players won’t know if it’s fixed until we play and LOSE all our tickets!!! Signed... a player who LOVED this game and told others to join, to a player who will look elsewhere for a similar game, due to, I have NO tickets because of their lack of communication to us about phone update issues!!! and REFUSE to spend my money on this game!!!!!

I am rewriting my initial review . This game was great at the beginning... for like two weeks. I won a decent amount of money and decided to do a withdrawal so I didn’t just play it all away. I was unable to play for five weeks while they processed the withdrawal! That was frustrating. While I was waiting to be able to play that game I downloaded another game, that I didn’t know was the same company. At this point I couldn’t use my credit card on the original game because it was registered on the other game. They said they were unable to fix it and I would no longer be able to use that card. The third and final straw was a message I relieved today that “they found out” ( uh because I told them while trying to fix the issue) had violated the terms of service by registering two accounts with the Skillz company and would be banned from any of their apps if I did it again. It was worded rally rudely. IMO a game that you spend legitimate money on should have way better customer service . I’m done with Skillz , ain’t nobody got time for that 🤣

I have been playing this game for a while now. All of a sudden, my account is flagged for an “in depth manual review”. They say this doesn’t mean I’ve done anything wrong, but won’t tell me what triggered this. They then say the only way I can unlock my account is if I record myself (with another device, no screen recording apps) playing a minimum of 10 monetary games so they can assess my skill level. Sounds like a lot of work considering I supposedly didn’t do anything wrong. I tell them I don’t have any other devices to record myself, so I will just withdraw what I’ve rightfully won in the past and bow out. But no, they say they can’t process my withdrawal until they get a video from me. This game and this company are a complete scam, and I will never give them any of my business ever again. And if you don’t want your time and money wasted, I highly suggest you do the same.

Read the fine prints. You give away your rights to do anything really.. Most of the initial ‘gamers’ are robots that allow you to win so they will trap you in making you think it is legit. Their games also crashed often and they will decide to stop crediting back to you. I still have almost $300 and they suspended my account. Do your research. Just google their reviews; a lot of other people experienced what I have experienced and they will give you the run around and refuse to give you YOUR money. Don’t play this game. You are warned. Your credit card company will not even help you with disputing the Skillz scammers because like I have mentioned”read the fine prints— when you play this game, you agree to give up your rights to do anything”. Even when you have proof that their game crashes and they refuse to credit you back— you cannot get any money back.

It can be fun if you’re just using the free points or whatever, but using real money is a huge waste. You’ll win six games in a row because your opponents get really low scores and then once you build up a good amount you start losing to IMPOSSIBLY high scores every time until you have nothing left. Sure, you can say that maybe it’s a coincidence, but that has happened SEVERAL times over the course of a few weeks. I’m starting to think it isn’t a coincidence and it’s actually the computer finding a way to keep your earnings low. Don’t trust it. Don’t put money into it. Also, there is literally no information provided for deleting your account, not on the app, not on the website, no where. You can literally type “delete account” into the search bar on their website and all you’ll find is how to create an account.

I like others who have reviews in the last 24 hours would play this game for an unhealthy amount of time and loved the competition and skill this game offered. Now it is absolutely unplayable! The developer(s) should be cured for releasing such a horrible update! It absolutely ruined the game! Don’t bother downloading unless you see an update in which people review and say it’s fixed. I’ll give it a couple days before I delete but I’m sure they won’t fix it before then! So sad! R.I.P. BubbleShooter! Update: Don’t believe all these recent one word reviews of awesome and fun! I assure you they are from the developer after all the complaints. This game used to be the best and now it is trash! Don’t download and if you have this game delete immediately! Trust me and you’re welcome!

So i just got the game and was interested in what i could make off a small investment. I saw there was was a get bonus in-game $10 when you pay for 10 so i went for it and it charged me but told me to sign into an email which i did. After that it prompted me to create a new account and i didn’t know why so i did it because i couldn’t bipass it and saw i had no money and thought it didn’t go thru so i went for the purchase again and it once again prompted me to sign in an email which i tried to use the one i just used to create my new account and it said i couldn’t because the email was used already and i don’t want to use another email because most likely I’ll sign in to a new account with no money again!
