Who do I talk to about my game not opening. I’m on level 1140 or close. It updated now it won’t even open the game. Please help I don’t know if it’s my device or what, but the game will still not open and stay open, it made me delete at least 12 times, rebooted my iPad, and still I can’t play, not to mention I have to start all over if it ever gets fixed, I hope this helps, is there anything you can recommend because this is my very favorite game, I launch it: it loads al ost to the end and then just closes

TigerLady780-November 3, 2018 I loved playing this game, but it’s difficult to play without spending any money! I’ve spent more than I should have, my husband doesn’t want me buying anything. I know that you want to make money, but I should’ve been able to get passed level 30, before spending money. I’m giving you just two stars⭐️⭐️for that reason. I now must delete this game for awhile, so I can save up enough money to play again!!! Update-December 6, 2018 Thank you for making this game even better than before! Keep up the good work! Update-March 31, 2019 I did delete you for about 4 months, but this game kept calling me. I’ve completed level 105 and am happy with my progress. I started from the very beginning. Yes, I’ve spent money, but that’s our secret. Lol,😂. I’m giving you 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️stars this time, because I’ve really enjoyed myself. Please, keep up the good work!!!

i love this game so much , it gives way more lives than toon blast or etc . & it gives more options work the rockets which is VERY HELPFUL & i love love love it ... BUT all of a sudden my app keep blacking out every time i win or lose and it’s really annoying to keep exiting out the app and starting all over. I would delete the app and re download it but i just downloaded it a few days and I’m already far in the game i do not want to start over ...

I’ve been playing this game for quite some time now and I really enjoyed it until this morning! I logged in and had to pay 2 1/2 x more to refill my lives than yesterday. Seriously????!!!! What the heck! (I apologize for my strong language but I’m very upset!) I’m disabled and have an elementary aged son with autism and a sensory disorder; needless to say, I play games on my iPhone to keep my sanity and attempt to keep my mind off of the fact that every second I live with horrible pain. I don’t get disability because of my advanced level of education so I don’t have a lot of money, which is why I’m upset about the price increase. It might not seem like a big deal to some, but I’m sure a lot of people feel like I do. It may seem petty and like this is a dumb complaint and maybe it is, but I felt I had to mention it. Sorry if anyone reading this thinks I’m just being petty and ridiculous. If u do, just move on and ignore this review. It’s a good game overall otherwise.

Pros: this game is a lot of fun to play and they are generous with the lives. You get six each round instead of the typical five and there are frequent opportunities to earn blocks of six for the bank for additional play. Cons: At first you think it’s ad free but after you get hooked, there are ads after every round. They are in most cases only 5 seconds long so it’s no big deal but a few are longer and have been known to freeze the game so you need to shut down. The boosters they provide don’t always work the way they should so I’m hoping they will get resolved with the next updates. I play a good handful of these games and this one, in my opinion is the most rigged against you and makes strategic play a little harder and more reliant on the “luck of the draw”. All in all I recommend it, as it is fun and the generosity with the lives keep extended play possible.

This used to be the very best “almost free” puzzle matching game. Now it’s just another mediocre pay to play game, not nearly as good as the popular puzzle matching games. If you guys really intend to compete with the “pay to play” puzzle matching games, you need to step it up. There is not a wide enough variety of objects. No objects that take up more than one square. No objects that require multiple consecutive hits, or one hit by every color. It’s impossible to hit a square more than once during a single move. This last one is HUGE. It makes real strategizing impossible because the double color wheel is ALWAYS the most productive move. It would be much more interesting if a color wheel / rocket would hit each square every time a rocket crossed its path. It would be a more optimal strategy for some boards, and it’s fun to try to get all the blocks in the right place then execute the color wheel or bomb/rocket combo. But as it is now, it’s just too boring to be a good pay to play game. You guys had a good thing going and you got greedy and messed it up. And that ballon dangling a female face is creepy a.f.

Played a similar game called too blast where you basically have to dump a bunch of money in it to keep playing. Had to uninstall after a day. With this one it has micro transactions, but you can play a ton without having to pay a dime, which is nice because it’s so addictive. Marked it down a bit because ads have started playing now that are annoying because I didn’t expect them. But I guess since I’m not paying for items or to play, they want to make money on their work somehow. I’ve also noticed that the game keeps hanging/freezing when I successfully complete a level and I have something a podcast going on in the background.

It’s a good and fun game at times, but the difficulty is pure agony. Why do have to make them excruciatingly hard? So many goals to fulfill with very few moves? That’s not fair. I don’t want to be too compelled to use power up items too frequently. Tone down the difficulty. And why you get rid of those ads that offer 3 more moves? That was completely despicable. Sure, I abhor ads, but if it helps me finish a torturous level, so be it. Bring those back for every single level. There have been levels, like 1475, that are unwinnably glitchy.

Edit: the update on 03 August has added obnoxious sound effects each time you remove a cactus flower. Please change it back. I like the (old) sound effects, and this is the only game I’ve ever left them turned on. I love cracking those coconuts. I hate the lag and number of animations between levels. I just want to get on with the next level, but I have to wait for it to count the “prizes” and cupcakes and coins, one at a time, and then I have to wait for the hot air balloon to slowly fly to the next spot. If I’m reopening the game, I have to go through 4 or 5 lame things that have to click on, sometimes twice each, before I can play. Just let me play! Oh, and the game is just entertaining enough, and the ads bizarre and annoying enough to make me cough up five bucks, so...good job? I also play this game on my iPhone, and the app is extremely unstable. I get (excruciatingly long) ads between each level, even though I bought the app on my iPad, and the app crashes each and every time an ad ends, so the time between levels is even longer with the ads and the reboot. You should work on the iPhone platform stability.

At first, I truly enjoyed this game. It’s pretty addictive, especially if you’re a very competitive/impulsive person. However, I’ve noticed some poorly designed levels, causing you to waste moves and lose. Additionally, “champions island” is infuriating, and there’s NO WAY to opt out. I LOVE the addition of collecting cards and getting prizes. Great addition!! Very rewarding!! I’d love to have the option of going back to the regular game. Three times now, this stupid champions island has restarted. It (as of right now) has 2h left.. if it restarts, I am deleting this game, and never playing again. I’ve spent too much money on this game (embarrassingly, 2k in two months... no more!!) and to be TRAPPED in a repetitive “competition” that you don’t want to be in... ridiculous.

I’ve been playing this game for weeks and at first I loved it! It’s super fun and easy to grasp but it stays challenging. I got very far in the game and was happy about the progress but within the last week the increased ads started causing it to freeze. I would have to shut down the app but beyond losing a life it wasn’t too bad. However in the last couple of days the app started crashing completely from the opening screen to mid level, I didn’t know it would shut down. I even deleted and redownloaded the app (losing all of my previous progress) but by level 100 it was unplayable again. It doesn’t need an update or a restart it just truly doesn’t work anymore. It’s a fun game but eventually it will disappoint.

This game was a lot of fun at first. It was nice to have the ability to watch a video to earn 5 additional moves. Then all of a sudden, the play on button no longer worked and you had to spend coins for additional moves. I restarted my device to see if that was the issue but that wasn’t it. I thot it was interesting that when I didn’t have a lot of coins in my bank that the play on button worked. However after I got a large influx of cash the play on button no longer worked. Also I tried to find a way to contact the developer and there is no opportunity to do that either. I will probably dump the app.

The game would be great if it didn't cheat you out of your moves. In the 650 levels where you match a color next to the "magnet" to remove it times 3, the games inly recognizes one of the 3 colors making it impossible to win the levels unless you can use bombs,missiles, or have boosters. After using all of mine I had saved over several weeks of playing, I had to use over 20 boosters just to get through 4 levels because your programmers didn't get it quite right. Y'all need to test your levels better before they're sent out.

Really enjoyed this game for the most part until this new “exciting” update and started getting bombarded with constant ads and am now deleting it entirely. My only complaint before this deal breaker was relatively minor - there were a small handful of times when I’d earn rewards, like 6 extra lives or extra coins, and then they never actually credited them to my account, but that was rare enough that I continued to play. But claiming there’s an “update with new exciting features” (an update I did not consent to or initiate) and the ONLY change was annoying the players with constant ads, I am done and deleting. I definitely would NOT recommend this app to anyone.
