Hi! I love this game and haven’t play it in a while so I decided to download it again, but when I click to “already have a account” or something like that it just stayed loading. I thought it was just that version, but the other version also did the same. So I click to “new” and when I was in I click settings and it have the option to link with Facebook, so I click it, it said I already have data with Facebook (which I know) so I continue, but it stayed loading. Can you fix it, please? I have years of data in that account and I don’t want to lose it. I have data sense the game had the option to chat with the boyfriends and other boys. Why was that eliminated? I kind of miss it. Well, please fix that little problem.

I love this game so much!!! But I had to delete it because whenever I enter a contest it says "error occurred. Please try again later" it does this for the ads as well, and recently I lost everything I own!!! I was on level 51 and I lost most of my gems and every single piece of clothing. All I had left were the outfits that you get when you join the game. So, I tried to delete it and reinstall the app, but it kept the same account on my phone. Otherwise, this game was my favorite game on my phone and I would literally play it 24/7! I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else who got this app, but I just wanted to let you all know. Have fun! I absolutely love this game! I have been playing for almost 2 years. But around the end of August 2017, all my hats were gone 😰 I had a lot of limited time only hats and hats only from boyfriends I cannot get back. So I bought most of the hats I could back. Then about 20 minutes ago I lost them again!! I worked so hard to get all of those hats and they just get deleted. If there is any possible way I could get my hats back, please let me know. Overall this game is pretty fun, and I've had stargirl in the past and that has never happened. But I definitely believe you should get this game ❤️

Star Girl was one of my favorite fashion games as a child and now that I come back to it everything is great! Some problems though, when you want to buy promos for the Star Girl beauty queen contest, they don’t process and you get nothing, essentially it just gets stuck on the “Synchronizing Progress...” same with just making any general purchase using your real money or trying to buy something from StarWOW. Secondly, my account for Star Girl was synchronized with Facebook so it saves my progress but half my clothes and accessories are gone and I can’t retrieve from the store or from boyfriends, and I have no idea why. Another problem is that when I try to contact support for these kinds of problems, the button doesn’t work so I come here to get the email and send a message to try and figure out these problems but I receive a message saying the inbox is too full. I’ve tried to do research to see if maybe the game just wasn’t going to be updated anymore but I can’t find anything so, If the creators are still hanging around PLEASE consider updating the game to fix these few bugs that I’ve seen a lot of other people have problems with.

Okay so last round I was in the rank 100 and something. Then I bought one of the eyes I always wanted. I WAS SO HAPPY! Because I got 400 diamonds. Then, it asked for the fashion update thing. I did it, then went to the app again, oh and when I was done getting the eyes I had 200 and something diamonds left. ) when I opened to the app, it said choose a save. Both of them where not the ones I had last yet I saved. Then I chose local save because it works good. AND MY DIANONDS WHERE GONE ALONG WITH THE EYES I GOT! and I had 15 diamonds. =( then it told me to save so I did then it told me that I was playing on another device. What? So I saved then it said fail I kept trying but I kept say fail. So I went the setting then saved. So I reopened the app and surprise surprise! My stuff was gone once again.

I love Star Girl sooooo much! But sometimes there are some problems which everyone have. Like... in ‘Star Wow’, there would be some outfits you’d already have. Well, we could get some diamonds back but sometimes if we’re unlucky, we would only get a little back. I would like Star Girl to NOT let us have outfits we’d already have in ‘Star Wow’. And the next thing is what I think Star Girl should have. It should let us sell each other the clothes we wouldn’t want anymore. Well.... there might be some people who might want your clothes, like your real life friends who play Star Girl too! I would be OVER CRAZY about Star Girl if it have some Marketing we could do in Star Girl! I love Star Girl so much, bai!

Okay, so this game is my childhood, it’s one of the reasons why I decided to major in fashion, and I recently got it again. First thing I noticed was that I couldn’t buy anything. Like, the in-app purchases were not available. I was excited to buy something because I always dreamed of buying more coins or diamonds and as in recent years, VIP. Well, I discovered you can still get VIP, but no diamonds, coins, or those packages in Star Dazzle. You also can’t buy promotions or anything in Star Wow. So in conclusion, you cannot get any in-app purchases, but because VIP is a subscription, you’d have to get it via App Store or your device’s version of App Store. There’s also those 6th floors in the cafe and nightclub that have been there for years at this point and there’s no update on those either. There’s no new clothes, and the last update was 2 years ago. Have you abandoned this game? Because I assure you if you started to pay attention to this game along with the other ones like Beauty Queen, Spring Colors, etc., this could be a series of games that will bring you outcome. It not only benefits you, but it allows more people to enjoy the game and not be limited to depend on jobs and the competition to get diamonds.

I have been playing this game for years. While in the army my best friend told me about it and we would compete against each other weekly to see who had the cutest outfit well...I got off the game for a few years and now I’ve started back to playing it in my spare time. What I don’t like isn’t about the price of clothing or anything. My complaint is that there is never anyone ethnic or any person of color that can make it to the top one hundred. Why? I’ve been asking several of my friends that play religiously and spend real money in this game (including myself) why haven’t they gotten to second, third, or even one hundredth place? I’m sure there is nothing the developers can do but it’s sad that in 2019 people bring their prejudice into a video game. Aren’t we better than that? I’ve told my daughter to stop playing it before she is old enough to understand that people won’t vote for her because she isn’t white. I hope people can wake up and realize we are all the same. No disrespect to the game it’s great but the people in it are making it hard to play.

UPDATE: There is a big problem, I can no longer buy promotions in pageants! All it does is give me the loading screen! I’ve tried to restart my phone, nothing. I’ve uninstalled the game to try & fix the issue (note: my account is hooked up to Facebook so I figured I could easily get back in) & now I can’t even get back inside my account, all I get is the loading screen yet again. Please fix this immediately! I’m not the only one who is having this issue. I’ve had this game for years! It’s extremely addictive. The outfits & mini games are alright, although I feel the developers could add new shops & destinations. Maybe instead of one street add two, or maybe instead of streets, actually add new places; like a park, or a beach, etc etc. It would also be fun to see traditional events like a summer carnival or something similar for every holiday. This game is good, but it could be so much better :)!

Love this game! Love love love! It’s been a childhood game of mine and I love almost everything about it. ALMOST. Now let me explain, I live for the amazing clothing options and how much we can do with it. But the the clothing options that are priced with gems are a bit too pricy for my opinion. Some people who play your game don’t have the privilege to buy gems and what not, therefore making it harder to buy those things. Another thing is the cafe. To this day I’m still wondering how long you guys will add more dudes in there. And one more recent thing, my game had been buggy. I went to save it and it said something about me playing on another star girl app and then it would restart and say the same thing. Even when I restart the whole game, it does that. It really bothers me and I’ve never experienced this before. If you would modify those things, I would be sure to give it a 4-5 star. Great game though!

It’s an amazing game, I love to play this game and it’s one of its kind. But this game badly need an update. All the stuff that is not VIP is pretty old and players who are not willing to pay for any type of VIP subscription(Bronze, Gold or Silver) has very low chances of winning a Star Girl contest. That is unfair. Plus there are many attractive clothes, accessories and jobs(payment includes diamonds) which is not available for regular players. There should be some way for regular players to have the access of VIP stuff and please make it little easy for free players to earn the diamonds. Right now it seems like only those players who are paying are playing and enjoying the game to the fullest! Also there are no new boyfriends, no new levels and no new stuff for regular players!

First off, I used to love this game when I was a little girl, i decided to download it again because it'd be nostalgic and i started playing a lot and realized how fun it was and decided i wanted to try to win a star girl contest, i looked it up why i couldn't do the promotions because of the data synching and it would just load forever and never save and it hasn't been fixed and i guess this problem had been going around for years so i'm not sure why it hadn't been fixed yet. i deleted the app to see if that would help but now i cant even login to my old account because there was no saved data so basically everything i just did on that app was for nothing and i'm not even gonna bother playing now it's upsetting this wasn't fixed a long time ago, i cant imagine if this happened to someone who actually spent their money on the game, also this game changed a lot, i have never seen a 30 dollar vip membership for a GAME... you can barley buy anything without using real money on this game now, i hope i can get my account back and the saved data is fixed my id was SNVZC7

My sister and I have been playing stargirl on and off for about 7 years. As we grow up we realize the app should have more options and newer updates. We think there should be an option to return clothing items in exchange for coins/diamonds. We also think there should be an option for more interaction with friends, for example a private chat room or trading items with friends. Otherwise we enjoy the game but think there could be more updates and changes. They should also unlock level 6 star cafe boyfriends. Recently I spent 40,000 coins at the star wow shop and I received a dress that I already owned that was only 8 kisses. Also, I was playing the jewel blitz game (that I’m a legend at) and it glitched. I couldn’t make one move for about 10 whole seconds. That costed me 4 energies just to only get a bad score and bring me up like 9%. One more thing, if the gift is at 95% and you score so high that you SHOULD be getting 35%, it only fills up to 100%. That is a rip off.

Hello my name it’s Brenda and I have been playing this game since it came out and love the game but lately I have been debating whether to keep it or deleting including my membership because I have been reaching out for quite some time now in regards to diamonds that I had disappeared contests diamonds and coupons not coming in also items purchased disappear and the diamonds we are supposed to receive due to all the issues which it’s 200 diamonds every day for 7 days haven’t received it and diamonds I had already worked for and earned gone😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡I’m getting ready to delete it all and have my friends and family who I got into it, to delete it as well because it’s not fare at all and the 80% of promo on 6,000 diamonds I never got it when I intended to purchase it. It was regular price . Can someone please take care of this issues please it’s a little to much.
