The game is great and lots of fun. Getting really tired of several ads that freeze up requiring exit from game; then cannot advance is winnings at the beginning of the game. Please fix!! Also, your App Support button in the Apple App Store doesn’t function.

I like the new machines, but loved the old ones . A few days ago I pressed the collect 200 coins button and my 13,000 plus coins disappeared and I have pressed that button every 4 hours since and still have a zero balance. ;( old slots never treated me that way.

I have won several big spins and the coins are not added to my total. I had 3603 coins and won 1600 coins, my total never went up and this has happened 3 times now. I’ll delete this app once I use up my points, it’s fair just a money grabbing app.

Setup new phone and transferred all apps and date from old phone to new one. Every single app and all info transferred over EXCEPT FOR BIG WIN SLOTS! Received 5750 free coins per day until today and I am only receiving 500. I have played for months to move up to the next level to receive 6000 free coins an hour. Today I was moved back to the very beginning to level up! Who do I contact to get back what I had already earned? This is a complete flop to cheat a loyal player!

Top level is stuck on 198. Bonus coins from an auto scratch are not added to my coin count. These problems have been reported. Hasn’t been fixed in years.

Every time I select the video links to get free coins it closes out the game. Even during bonus rounds. Please fix this bug and I will gladly change my rating.
