    Just Wow!!!

My son saw this game and said dad look “4 years old and up! An I download it? After taking a look: I said yes, let’s do it! He’s having so much fun and I can’t lie, I’m loving this game too. It’s not just for kids. We can’t stop laughing and enjoying our time together. You move the arm whichever way you want and move both legs which way you want and it gets locked in. When the match starts, it’s sit back and watch your robot go at it! 😂😂❤️👍👍🏽 Highly recommend! Warning: No one will sleep after downloading this 😂👌❤️🤪🤪🤩

    Good Game

Hello, I love Robotics! It’s a game unlike any other, I have 62 wins, and 21 losses, but It’s simple to get wins, all you need is skill and the ability to outsmart the other players bot by moving your robot In a clever way, I would Like more levels and more guns. Also, could you maybe add ranged weapons on two handed robots? The melee weapons aren’t that powerful on two handed robots, only on the Crawlers, But anyways, I’ve been playing on its first month of its release, and I got to say this game earned a spot in my book

Great game with a few flaws.

The game’s concept is fine, and the simple design is quite different from other robotic based games out there, but some things DO need some work. For example, I think the concept of teaching your robot on the design screen is nice, but I think it is a little too much when actually using it in-game. Because if your just messing around with the robot, it actually creates a sort of back up that it uses if you do not input a movement to the robot, while I like how the game gives you the choice of making a backup, I think they should have made it a a bit more specific. I think they *may* have added a *bit* too many ads in between games, but that’s just my opinion, because if your the type of person who likes to watch ads, that’s totally fine. But now to the actual gameplay, I feel that it could be a little more “less random”. What I mean is that whenever you input a movement, the robot just kind of do us it’s own thing, so the movement could be a bit more calculated. But in the end, despite having some flaws left and right. It’s a fun game about robots and destruction. Maybe it’s meant to be random so it’s kinda frustrating. But what do I know? I’m not a game designer.

Game is good, but needs some freeplay.

Um… I've never written a review before, plus I’m autistic and have ADHD. But, let's see how this goes. Hello! The game is good and all, but there should be just one adjustment. A freeplay mode. Don't worry, I’ll explain how that works. So there would be a button to access freeplay at the menu that shows all the battle arenas you could fight at. Then, after you got to the freeplay mode, you could create your own dojo obstacle course. After you created that, you could try it with a body, leg & arm, and weapon of your choice. Then, after we've successfully completed the course, then to post it online you have to complete it with all the robots you currently have. Then you can post it online and share it with others! Okay, this is going (or at least I think) to be very weird, but could you send me how you felt while reading this review? Thanks for reading!

The game is great but needs more balancing

Ok so don’t get me wrong this game is great and deserves a lot of attention I don’t want anyone to take this as criticism but more of a suggestion, you see the game is great and fun but it’s not really balanced. What I mean is that when you fight you can go through slot of easy to kill enemies but there’s been a couple times where on enemy is just to much and I have to wait for it to reset just so I can get a new enemy I hope that someone can fix this, I don’t know if it’s intentional or not but I feel as if it should be fixed because it’s ridiculous how sometimes it’ll just give you an overpowered enemy and you can’t get unlock that item because of that one enemy...

Good game, now time for adgustments

I absolutely love this game, and I’m not gonna lie their seems to only be a few problems. First is that their is no free play, a game mode where you attempt to solve obstacles (like the intro to the game), but it costs nothing to the player nor do they get rewards, but still play with the robots. second thing is that their is a chance you can get out of the arena, and most likely win. side notes. I think being able to customize your robot’s looks would be fun, for instance changing the expression on your robots face, change the coloration of the robot, trails and/or partials that emit of the robot, decals that you can put on your robot like entena.

    Awesome game, just one problem

I love this game, I’m so addicted. I don’t mind the ads and do rage sometimes when my robot does a flip and messes everything up. But, I have a lot of fun. It’s just that I keep experiencing a problem where I close the game with my robot having the laser and grabber equipped on the bulked body (which I believe to be my best set-up, but when I come back, the laser is replaced with the stinger. Sometimes I don’t notice and jump straight into battle and that can really mess me up. This really frustrates me, especially when I basically waste 200 tickets. Love the game, you guys did a great job! I just hope you fix this problem, thank you!

Close to 5 stars, but not yet

I’ve only played this game 2 days, and I love it, however, I’ve also already noticed some problems. Number one, if you don’t make a long enough action for the cycles, you get a standard movement, and the customizations disappear. Number two, sometimes the cannon gives knock back, something it doesn’t, making strategizing really hard. Finally, both people can make their robots do the same thing both rounds, and get totally different results each time. If those three things are fixed, I would say this is a 5 star game, and that it may even be better than CATS

    Great game, one suggestion

Great game overall. Lots of fun and good balance of strategy vs brute power in competition. Love the new training feature. One suggestion: Restrict players with disproportionately high health and damage from competing at lower levels. Currently some of these players seem to just hang out here and decimate the majority of players with lower stats. I suppose if you find this motivates people to buy upgrades, then it is what it is. But your metrics may show that this actually leads to a lot of people losing interest in the game because they just can’t compete often enough to make it fun. Keep up the great game design!

    Change My Mind

Game starts outs great. Love the concept. Somehow was 1st place for the contests. So I made another account on my other phone... didn’t see my main account at the number 1 spot. Whatever. Now, it seems like I’m facing a lot of the same players. No matter what type of match I play. High and low costing games. There’s one in particular that’s a robot w/ nothing but the stinger that barley moves so that you just lose. Literally takes no effort. A lot of those and other similar robots that I can’t get around. It’s like the 3 same presets for different scenarios. I have to get lucky and switch presets last second to hopefully screw them over. But even then... they still just seem unfair and a little too fortunate at times. It’s still pretty fun. But as I progress and get less parts I actually find useful or beneficial; the more I face these same exact presets. Like literally somehow the same movements as if these aren’t real players.

This game COULD BE so good

This game is pretty fun, it’s simple, and I had an interesting concept. The one big problem with this game, and that’s the fact that it’s pay to win. Zepto labs, when you Gus made cats, it was a hit! But do you know why it didn’t last? The same principle as this game. Pay to win mechanics ruin all the fun in a game, when some spoiled 8yo who spent 100 bucks on this game, only played 20 rounds, gets into a match with you, and just destroys you, it just makes you cringe and say “this game is ruined”. But it DOSENT HAVE TO BE LIKE THIS! You (Zepto labs) already have a good amount of income from us as players being able to watch ads to get bonuses and shorten our wait time, you don’t need to have the pay to win mechanic, you choose to have it. If you as creators want this to be a popular game, and not have this game be just for the money, just get rid of the one and only huge problem!

    It’s okay...ish?

This game was fun at the beginning but then then I realized “What if these aren’t players?” So that changed my review from 5 stars to 4 stars. The next thing is then are incredibly skilled “bots” that I am an orange belt, getting wrecked by a white belt which made me annoyed so hard I uninstalled this game TONS of times over again to the point where I was gonna keep this uninstalled. Why? Even if you had 49 wins and 1 lose your winrate goes down STUPIDLY FAST, stacking up to 0%, making the game unplayable. That changed it NOT to 3 stars but 2. I still play C.A.T.S and think it’s actually good unlike this. Ether nerf the “players” or make it so that winrate goes down due to a 48 difference. Don’t recommend.

You don’t play against real people.

I’ll admit I was fooled for the first day, the game was fairly convincing. And it’s a great idea, but over the course of 3-4 days I began to realize, you’re not actually being matched with people. For one, every game finds a match within 10 seconds. That match ALWAYS has similar number of games as you do. They are also always a tiny bit stronger in hp or attack. This is how they fool you into spending money. You can beat these through luck and well placed movements however. Another big tell was the fact that even if the first match was a loss, many of these bots will use the exact same setup. A real player would switch their setup at the very last second, I’ve never seen it once yet I used it in every game. Also, I fought a player that was 11-1 twice. He beat me the both times, yet his score did not change to 12-1 the second time. And lastly, the headbands. When I was a white belt, I was always matched against yellow belts, supposedly only 1% of players had those. Now that I have it, 11% of players have it, and only 1% have orange. If that’s the case, why am I only matched with that 1% in every single game? It was a clever ruse, and the game is an enjoyable way to kill a half hour, but after you realize you’re not playing against other players, it kills the fun. I might be fighting real player’s creations perhaps, but they’re just randomly given to me to provide a challenge.

It’s a buy to win game

I’ve been playing this game for about 4 days now, it’s got great potential but, if you’re the type (like me) who doesn’t want to pay 9.99 for a package that will only help you move forward only slightly? Don’t bother with this game. I’ve worked on my robot for well, 4 days now and the matching system matches you with other players that have a way higher damage per second and almost double the health, why is this a buy to win game? Simple I’ve played over 60+ matches, I was matched with a player that’s only played a total of 20 games and has a damage per second of 94 and HP of 350? It’s a buy to win game and I will not play these type of scams, plan and simple. Developers YOU need to either fix the match making system or just remove this joke of a game off the App Store completely.
