    An Outstanding Experience

I didn’t know what I was in for when I stumbled onto this game. It’s really quite good. The gameplay is not particularly challenging, but there is certainly a difficulty curve. I was immediately captivated by the story, which was very well done, and that’s what kept me playing the game until the end. I must mention that the first chapter is free, but the full game, which has 6 chapters total, is a flat $10 purchase. For the enjoyment I got from this game, it’s absolutely worth it. Without a doubt. There are NO ADVERTS, which is a HUGE problem in mobile gaming right now. I believe the price tag circumvents that and I wish more mobile games offered an ad-less gaming experience. I just can’t recommend this game enough. Really enjoyed playing. Thank you to the developers who created it :) very well done.

    Awesome!

I really liked playing this game even with the few minor issues. The mini games became a little repetitive when the same ones were coming up in different chapters of the games. Also when I completed all 60 levels I went back to check if I had gotten all of the diamonds possible but for the last upgrade in the diary you need 28 gems when after playing every level I only had 27 remaining. I tried repeating a level to see if I could get the final gem but I obviously had already earned it and I was still left missing a gem. It was very disappointing since I was really invested in completing the diary. I checked all the levels to see if I somehow missed the challenge but all of them said I did it. Even the extra bonus levels were completed 100%.

    LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!!!

I’m a huge fan of these games. I’ve got all the delicious games to date and her sisters too as well as Alison’s and so on! I was a bit disappointed with how hard in the newest delicious it was to get three stars and how oddly expensive all the upgrades where and I was a bit worried they’d make them all from now on like that. Not this one! The graphics are AMAZING and the story is SO CUTE! I’m loving Amber Hopes story line and playing as her it’s a fresh start! Just PLEASE don’t make things to difficult like in the newest delicious when it comes to upgrades they where to expensive but in Ambers story they’re how they used to be in the delicious stories at the beginning. And getting the stars aren’t to hard in this one like in the starting delicious either. Keep up the great work! I’m absolutely LOVING IT!

    Great game

I read a lot of reviews that people were not happy about the cost, I immediately liked the game and the story so I bought it after 9 or so levels ($9.99). It’s really not a bad Price considering how much time they must have put into it. I love the fact it changes up the tasks you do, the story kept me engaged until the end. (I wanted to see what happened next.) Having mini-games along with the actual games is awesome. This was my first by this developer and I think they did a good job. **spoiler alert- I still would like it to continue to see who she picks for her love interest Clark or David** If you are looking for More than a game that you just play and don’t think this is it, game, story and mini games. Very entertaining.

    Amazing

It truly is a great game. Only the first level is free which is enough time for you to meet the characters and see if you actually enjoy the mechanics. Even though it’s one level you get to play like ten missions. People are saying they want ads to play for free but it’s only 10 bucks. You can see and feel the time and energy that was put into the app. And I rather pay ten bucks for a fun game than play a game for free that is riddled with ads and micro transactions. The game gives you a lot of coins and diamonds that you can spend to upgrade the equipment around the airport. You don’t need to shell out 5 bucks a week just to progress!! Great job guys!!

    Great game!

When I saw that the game had only one difficulty level, I was afraid this would be extremely frustrating--like some of the other GameHouse games with only one difficulty level have been. I was pleasantly surprised--it's easy to play, and easy to get 3 stars on every level. The storyline is good. The characters are only slightly dysfunctional, and they work out their maladjustments before the end of the game. And, a big plus for me, there are no unendurably obnoxious characters like the cast of the Angela games. The game is beautifully crafted. There are some really good mini-games, tailored to the various chapters. And there are lots of levels to play. The price of $9.99 is cheap, given all that the developers have put into the game. I love it--and I'm hard to please. (Just ask GameHouse's customer support people--they've gotten enough e-mails from me about things I dislike about the games. 😂) I look forward to the sequel!

    Simple but good game

I’ll keep it short, I like this game. Positives: - a cute storyline that is sweet - different environment/mini games after a set of levels so doesn’t get boring - if you like the mechanics of the game, it provides a way to be different without too repetitive every level^ - the animation is cool, not too simple and graphic expressions are neat - you have goals to reach, and get to custom diary! Negatives: - for some it may be too repetitive - i hate those games where it gets progressively too hard and impossible, but this might be too easy - one of the mini games is just swipe down the middle and you get like 3 secs, the airport one has the hardest mini games and even then they aren’t hard - not sure what’s the “paid version” but for me I was able to play until VIP section and I’m pretty fond of just that by then i was really only tracking the storyline. Overall, mechanics that make it a little bit harder and different from each level will make it better! Like when you lose as another character, maybe they have extra speed? Or slower speed to make it more challenging? Different anything makes it more interesting whether or not it makes it challenging!

    Great except one thing...

I love these Gamehouse time management games, but this one has too many mini games. I really can’t stand them. They are boring and mess up the rhythm of the game play, which I know is the point to make it more difficult, but it just seems wasted. Delicious doesn’t have them, they just make the orders more complicated which is more challenging but doesn’t feel like I have to stop and do nothing for a bit. The story is interesting and clearly trying to be more Heart’s Medicine than Sally’s Salon. I know Heart’s Medicine is like the gold standard of these games, but I honestly prefer the lighter, sweeter stories of Sally and Delicious.

Probably the best gamehouse game yet??

I throughly have enjoyed playing this game. I liked the first one a lot, and it still has the same nice, smooth feel to the game. It’s updated for iPhone X and goes all the way to the edges of the screen. Also the graphics are updated, some of the cut scenes are more 3D than ever before. The game just has a fresh and fun feel! the way people move in the mini-games and Angela’s salon (which is a great tie-in because the outfits are really cute!) seem more like real life not roboty or short. It’s a great direction game house is taking, I hope they stick with this style of graphics and gameplay!!

    Too easy

I remember when the games were difficult to play, and you needed to use your points you’ve earned to get the upgrades. It didn’t cost extra money like a lot of the games do nowadays, but you did need those upgrades to pass a level. These games have gotten so easy that I don’t even have to buy a single upgrade and I’m already on level four. I want to play them for some kind of challenge not just it I have nothing better to do. This will probably be the last game of them that I purchased. I have sadlyEach time anyone has come out hoping that they would be a little bit more difficult but they just seem to get easier and easier. Being able to complete on the first go through, not needing to upgrade the store or a restaurant. The reason I did not give it less than three stars for playability, was because once you pay for the game you don’t have to turn around and pay for anything to upgrade it which to me makes it a better value.

    Not bad...

Not a bad game but doesn’t compare to the ‘Emily series.’ Certain character moves seemed to lag or ‘stick’ (for example, the levels with the henna mini game. To do the circle henna, took me a couple tries because the circle would get halfway around then stop). Some levels took me a couple clicks to get a person to an area. I’ve been playing Gamehouse TM Games since the computer days & have always enjoyed them. I will say, the price is a bit steep. I have watched review after review, game after game, of price complaints. Is a price reduction ever a thought? Even if it’s a couple dollars? There are so many QUALITY games just like these that are much cheaper. You have many loyal fans but I’m afraid to say, the steep price chases many away. I’ve gotten numerous friends to play your games & truly enjoy them.. until they see the price. By the way... Please fix level 16! You can’t click on the post card rack to send customers.

    Deceiving

It seems a bit sneaky and deceptive to have the price of the game put you at an impasse after the first 10 levels. Come on - be upfront that your game isn’t free. While I enjoyed the game, it’s not worth $10 and now I just wasted my time. And edited to the developer’s response: I’m well aware that this is a quality game that your team needs to be financially compensated for. However, you fully know you are not being 100% transparent in hopes to “ensnare” more buyers. Firstly, there is no notice in-game about the first 10 levels only being a free trial until you’ve reached the pay block. Secondly, you have to read nearly to the end of the game description in the App Store to read anything about paying a cost. Thirdly, you placed the pay block right after a story cliffhanger. It’s a sneaky marketing strategy - if you want to argue otherwise, at least add a notice in the beginning of the game that the game is NOT free, nor is there an option to watch ads instead (as I know that used to be an option for other Gamehouse games.)

    Fun....but not free.

I don’t write many reviews, but something about this game stuck in my craw. It’s not even the game...I really liked it. Time management games loose my attention pretty fast, but I was liking forward to more levels. What got me was that after the first level of 10 episodes, with the cliffhanger in the story...you have to pay to continue. I don’t mind paying for a game, and I understand that it takes a lot of time and talent to make these games. What I don’t understand is the $9.99 price point, when it seems that other time management games on this level are cheaper....or “Ad” driven. I would suggest keeping with the “Ad” game play, with the option to pay for “Ad” free. I will keep this game on my phone with the hope that an update comes my. Until then, it will sit unplayed, because $9.99 is a little steep for my blood.

    You have to pay?

I honestly don’t like the fact that we have to pay to finish playing the game. I got really into the game and actually quite enjoyed it, but when it told me that I had to pay $9.99 to continue, that’s what ruined it for me. If you’re going to make a game, at least make it with ads instead of making the people buy to play. I understand how some people always complain about the ads and how they constantly show up (I am one of them on some games of mine), but ads would be better than spending $9.99 on the rest of a game. Maybe you could look into that and possibly change it. And maybe you’d get better reviews (Yes. I read the reviews). Who knows? I know if you changed it to where there were ads instead of making us pay, you’d get a better review from me.
