I understand that creating a whole new deck to offer as a prize takes time. That said, I would much rather get smaller prizes (game booster, coins, etc) if it means getting daily tasks all the time. It has been a long time since I’ve had daily tasks, and if I’m going to pay for a subscription, I want to be able to do those tasks. It makes gameplay that much more enjoyable. Maybe save new decks for special events or something.

I’ve been playing and loving this app for some time now but the latest update has me looking for a new solitaire app. Solitaire for me is a soothing thing and the new look is very unattractive. I understand wanting to offer more but it would’ve been good to keep the original look as an option. In response to a request for more information: The cards are now far too small, even if you kept the sidebar they could be larger, but it would be far better, in my estimation, to remove the sidebar entirely, and use the space for the game. I understand why it exists, kind of app related advertising, but at least make it collapsible. Also, the cards now seem one dimensional rather than having a two dimensional look of before. I’ve downloaded this game 3/times hoping it will be better. It has a lot of steps that need instructions. You need to work on your games. Try playing them yourselves. I loved the precious pets and I built 3 of the puzzles and you took it away. I’ll be careful to not take anymore puzzles that you offer. You said I could buy it but not with my coins that I’ve earned over the last 4 years.

Persistent issues with the loading screen hanging, stalling or just a black screen when trying to open the game. After a dozen or so attempts or waiting awhile, I can get in but very frustrating. iPad v8 EDIT: Plenty of storage available on device.

Automatically downloaded newest update last night and wish I hadn’t. Can’t read the timer, moves and score across the top now because print is so small. Even with my readers I struggle to read it. Please change it back to size it was!! Update: I play on an iPhone XR. Screen size is not an issue. The latest update shrunk sizes of everything. I realized after original post that I can’t even read the cards well enough to play without my readers where I could before for short periods of time. This was a game I was playing sometimes 3-4 hours a day where now I’m lucky if I play an hour a day total. Not at all happy with latest update. I also lowered my rating to 2 stars because the more I play the more frustrated I become with this latest update.

I love solitaire and enjoyed this game at first. I have problems getting it to load up. I’ve had to delete and reinstall for it to work. It then worked for a few days and started glitching. During one game the red aces were missing and there were multiple 2 of spades and 2 of clubs. Game does not work without aces. Today the games would not load up. I gave 75gb of free space, running it on iPad 6th generation with latest software update. I ended up deleting it because it’s more trouble trying to play than it’s worth. It crashed while loading the game. It acted like it was starting a game but the cards never appeared

I am addicted to this game! I okay it nonstop to the point I may need an intervention to get my others things done! Lol! Lately when I open the game, the words with friends ad comes on, I let it run, close it and then I get a black screen EVERY TIME. So I have to close the app. Try it again and if I’m lucky, I will get a different ad and then it’s fine. Please look into this. I chose 2 stars to get someone’s attention. Once it’s fixed, I can update my rating! 👍🏻

I was really enjoying this game & playing it way too much. This morning it’s like a whole new game and it’s AWFUL. Cards too small & hard to see. Card deck & buttons feel far way since the card layout is so small. I’m on iPad so at least give an option to enlarge. This was a 5 star card game. It’s now barely a 2. If fix this change the icon because I’m out until then.

I enjoyed playing this so much before the latest update! I feel it’s rigged to get me to buy more options now when before the game just flowed smoothly and really challenged my skills. Now, I’m challenged not by my skills but by what options to buy, and I have to buy, in order to win the game! Hate it!

Playing solitaire had proven quite relaxing during lockdown and this was my favorite app. With the latest update however, the developer increased the difficulty of the game making it impossible to win unless you buy boosters. These boosters completely change the rules of the game and ruin the experience. For example: in Spider, there are boosters they let you add an extra column, another that lets you pick any card you need from the board, etc. The worst part is there is no way you can win without shelling out for boosters. It doesn’t matter how long you play! I spent two nights playing Spider and did not win a single game. Terrible!

I liked the game at first, but between Otto insurance and some video company by human being productions, they both actually stop working and won’t let me play the game. I quit the game and start it all over and it goes to the same two ads. Ads don’t usually bother me until it stops me from even being able to play the game. Sorry solitaire but the ads made me hate your game. I deleted it and I’ll try someone else’s.

I’ve been playing this game for several months. I’ve bought a few items on this game. I always connect all games to my FB account to be able to save them. The latest update took me back to level 1. They have a new point system. The Contact Support gave me 300 extra points. I’m not sure if 800 is equivalent to 4000, but that is what I have. I’m not even talking about the things that I bought that are lost. I’m at level 1 and level 1 can’t have those items. So I lost.

The dail challenges or goals need to be regularly updated. Like daily. Sometimes it’s 3 or 4 days between new ones. But 5his is a great, addictive game otherwise. Added response to their response: was said the tasks update every 24 hours..... um, no, they don’t. I hate being talked down to. The devs need to listen to people. Your game used to be fun, now it’s glitchy at best. I’m done wasting my time. Buh bye.

I used to love this game. I played it all the time. Now I’m gonna delete it off my phone. I only played Klondike and pyramid and now they never come up unless they’re on the one that has the ad for you to buy the game without ads and I won’t do that and you never get your card on that one. It’s stupid! I’m just too find another solitaire game I guess!
