History: There was a Last Chance Holiday promotion which promised 3000 snowflakes along with 25,000 gold coins. I was mainly interested in the snowflakes. I purchased the bundle and only received the gold coins. Not happy. Will contact their support team to try and get this resolved. Update: I emailed the support team on Sunday morning and honestly I was not expecting a response due to it being the weekend and new year's eve. To my surprise, a gentleman named Alex emailed me back just a couple hours later. He and his team were able to resolve my issue and even credited me extra gold coins for the inconvenience. Alex provided excellent follow through and has set the bar for all of my future support experiences. Truly awesome response from this company.

I find the Museum concept of this game to be a really interesting and enjoyable topic of a matching game and have recently become addicted to it. I enjoy that the ads are optional and not forced on me like so many other games do. If I get a iTunes card as a gift I will most likely use at least a little of it on this game, however I don’t expect to get a gift anytime soon, my birthday is in August and Christmas is a ways away... I hope I am still enjoying this when I do get my next iTunes card as a gift but I do switch the app on my phone I’m addicted to about 3 to 6 months ish depending on how much I enjoy it and how hard it is, but it has happened that that I played one certain game for more than a year but this phone has 132 gigs of memory and that makes it worth keeping for longer than the others but I’m not super happy with the iPhones after generation 6 because they took away the phone jack and this is a 7th gen that my Brother in law bought. I don’t know how long I keep playing but it’s been about 3 weeks so far. I would like to connect my Facebook account but it’s not working for some reason which I don’t care for. I might have ideas for the game sometime while I’m playing it and will definitely be glad to share, when I see my ideas get implemented I’m more likely to stay for at least a few more months. Keep updating and improving please.

I can’t buy any packs or anything at all, every time I try it says “please check internet and billing settings” but I have no other problems with any other apps on my phone and the problem stated above isn’t detailed enough for me to pinpoint the issue, please help me, I can’t buy any of the starter packs because of this and I’m going to miss out on them. Also, I think some of your levels need work, I think it is level 21 (?), it is a hard crown drop level and I’m sorry but I find it ridiculous, I play loads of these match three games and I’ve never come across such a difficult item drop level not even when I got into the higher levels (in the 100s) the crown needs more places to be able to drop into, those two slots just make it too difficult, if you get it stuck in one of those squares, it’s pretty much game over and that’s extremely frustrating (especially since I can’t even buy anything), I have a picture of said level but I can’t place it on here. Otherwise, I really enjoy the game and as an archaeologist I would really like to continue to enjoy it, thank you for your time.

I love the game and got about 800 levels in. Then I stopped playing for a while (as many do with apps). When I came back in, the game now claims I have trouble connecting to the internet. I don’t have any trouble with internet connection, as every other app on my phone operates with my internet perfectly. I saw someone else had this issue in another review here, and that review was over a year ago! I did send an email to support and I’m trying to be patient, but it has been over a week with no response. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and that did nothing. Is this bug going to be fixed? I really want to get back into the game but the app is making it hard to do that...

I’ve been playing for a while and have reached the Poseidon levels, however when trying to open the game it says check your internet connection. There’s nothing wrong with the connection, everything else on my iPad works. I’ve deleted the game and reinstalled it, probably at the risk of having to start over, but to no avail. I’ve sent an email to app support but no one has bothered to answer. Ok that was fixed, thank you. Now the same thing is happening again after the newest update. After the download is complete, I get the same “check your internet connection” message. There’s nothing wrong with my internet connection! Fix it please.

2/2/18 Shortly after writing my 1st review yesterday the game stopped allowing as many videos to be watched to earn extra coins. And most of the time after completing a level the chance to double the coins won by watching a video has stopped being offered. I guess that was just a ploy to drag you into the game. If it continues I will just stop playing this game like I did Gardenscapes, HomeScapes and Matchington Mansion. 2/1/18 I love how this game gives you the chance to earn coins in order to buy extra moves in the games unlike Gardenscapes and Matchington Mansion. But I do wish it didn’t take so long to complete the simplest task. Would love to see the renovations move along faster.

I downloaded this game a few weeks ago thinking I’d find something good to play with I have extra time. I was wrong. You get about then minutes of play time, then you have to wait for more lives. You waist your lives playing to not winning even one game. I play games like these all the time and must say, I’ve met my match. This game is tedious. If you’re not spending your not leveling up. Not a game worth my money. The graphics are stunning. The storyline is pretty cool too. I don’t expect the game to be easy. However, using up all my lives on one play is not worth it in my book. I also need to mention that boost cost 900 credits. Um, we don’t even make that much boosting our earnings by watching a short video to double what we made. I won’t be playing this game for long.

There are so many ads in this app that sometimes I have to close the game out completely because it just becomes an endless ad loop. The devs must be multimillionaires by now from all the ads that have come up on my time alone! It's not a bad game, although they could definitely make use of the screen space - some genius decided that there should be an excess of space around the play space so everything is much smaller than it could be. Oh yeah, and did I mention the ads? I get it, devs want to make money. But find a way to work the ads in without making the game unplayable, because here's a news flash - if the ads never stop, we can't play the game, and what's to keep us coming back? General rule - no more than one ad in half an hour/per session, and if you don't have the sense to make the ad self-closing, at least ensure *we'll* be able to close it when it's done playing. Also, more emphasis is put on the story than the gameplay itself. Please remember it's a game, not a story. The weird lack of use of screen space is forgivable, but between the inescapable cut scenes and the ads, it's just not worth opening again.

I was loving this game in the beginning, then I got a few games in. The levels got EXTREMELY hard REAL quick. Every game I play, I feel like it re-shuffles because there are no possible moves. The moves you have hardly ever help you get what you need to get, so you’ll use all your moves for no purpose until it reshuffles. You can literally be on the same level for weeks at a time. I’ve been playing for weeks now and instead of getting excited when beating a level, I just dread it because of all the bs that comes with the next level. The story line is just god awful, especially in Ancient Egypt. And just an FYI, calming music doesn’t stop me from wanting to throw my phone across the room when playing this horrible game. AND “BONUS LEVELS” Are COMPLETE crap. Let us skip them instead of having to wait 30 min for it to pass, because they are unbeatable! There are soo many ads during gameplay also!!! For game developers, I understand the game is supposed to be “challenging” but it shouldn’t take me WEEKS to beat ONE SINGLE LEVEL.

It’s ok so far but you won’t be getting more then one star until AFTER I see if it is suddenly going to get super hard to play and AFTER you get rid of the advertisement on the side of the game..it is annoying while you are trying to play. I also am still waiting until I see if it is going to be fun decorating . UPDATE..so far I only got to put some pics on the wall and already it has a level where you have to get a ton of stuff but not a lot of time to do it so i’m stuck already. The match three games etc are aggravating because it takes forever for whatever is going to match up and leave the board before you can make your next match. They give you a spin to win something but then after that they want you to pay for a spin. This game is just like Gardenscapes and all the others that are copying it. I wish someone would make a game like this that had easier levels and better decorating and wasn’t just after your money.

I started playing this game because Grace is a dead ringer for my daughter, an archaeologist. I like the match three levels but have been waiting at least SIX weeks for new ones. Come on, people! I certainly won’t be buying any coins to buy boosts for “random levels “ ant time soon. You can’t make money if you don’t provide a product. Update: Supposedly the game had an update last week. My game is still showing “random level.” Where is the update that I downloaded? This developer is THE WORST EVER! I have emailed them several times but have NEVER received a response. I’m giving them a couple more days until I just delete the game. Not wasting my time and certainly not my money on worthless developers. I advise you to not download this or any of this company’s games. RIPOFF!!! New update: Not only will the game not update but the developer will not respond. What are they afraid of?

Am now 2 weeks into the game, trying to give it an honest try. But honestly I loathe it. Rarely pass the same level each day & being told " the game is supposed to be challenging. " by the developers is sandpaper to my dismay. It's not challenging, it's poorly coded & I can't wait to delete the game, once my target goal is reached. Anyone considering getting this game, I recommend you save your sanity & time by passing this one up. --------------edited review above, original review below I love match 3 games & was excited to find a new one, but the developers have made this one way too frustrating! There aren't enough of the goal items to match them or there aren't enough moves to complete the task. Really tired of playing the same 1 or 2 games all day long. Not enough lives to keep trying & I am not a patient person. As hard as these games are, I will not risk buying anything, because I think it will be a waste. Also I don't see any kind of counter that tells me how many moves are available. Because of the inability to advance through the games, the storyline is just too slow to keep my attention. Only had it a few days, so I'll try a few more. But if it doesn't start being fun soon, it's going in the trash.

Well except to charge you more money! I have for the past several months only been able to play to get the restoration items. It’s fun but once I get the item it’s not worth it to play as there are no new levels. For the people getting this game now you will have fun until you reach the last level. It appears that will be as far as you can get. What really irritates me is that there was one change made to the game but that will cost you $0.99 to upgrade. The developers are now charging you that amount to remove ads that play during the game. You could watch an ad before for a free item or to double your coins. I was okay with that and frequently took advantage of that. But now they want you to pay to remove unnecessary ads from a game they have not updated in months and for many is not worth playing as they have reached the highest level!?!?!?!? If you are just starting out you should have fun but you may wish to remove the unnecessary ads and know that once you reach the end that is it!! No updates except to charge you money, Also I experienced many of the glitches / issues that have been documented in other reviews.

I’m all about a game giving me challenges, but the levels for this game are very, very frustrating. I have spent over a week trying to beat my current level and still can not get past it. The daily spins are kind of ridiculous. I always end up with lives or 75 cents. Rarely will you get bombs or dynamite. Too frustrating, I’m just about over this game. You would think something would change after so many people have quit because of the difficulty. Guess not. Response to Developer: I understand the game is supposed to be challenging, but it’s far to difficult and there’s no reward for playing anymore. I play games to de-stress, not to become frustrated. I find your response extremely insulting and I have deleted the game.
