This is by far the best space shooter on the App Store. There are ads every now and then but you can simply switch your internet off to avoid them. I’ve had the game for about a year now and I still enjoy it almost every day, However I now have everything fully upgraded, And have every ship (except for the Tetris boss ship) And there’s not much left for me to do now. I would love it if there was a new boss, Or some new enemies, and ships, Maybe a couple new super weapons... Anyways overall a very good game, Free to enjoy, I haven’t spent a penny on it, There aren’t a ton of ads, Just could use some new stuff. :)

I had 5is game a few years ago on my old device and remembered it a few days ago and downloaded it earlier today. This is the only game of this kind that I have played and I love it. Best of all it works outside of wifi! Which means I can play it whenever regardless of conection. That said the game doesnt seem to have any new worlds, for lack of not remembering the right term, Which is disappointing since its been well over three years since I had last played this game, I expected new gameplay. Tl;dr Amazing game, could use new content.

I’m not sure if these guys are in vacation or in school or something idk, but please update this game! This game is one of the best retro game EVER and this game is AMAZING! But there would be so many little things that would improve this game so much! Like the Tetris boss, more power ups or maybe consider making more bosses. This game is amazing and this game can’t just die off. So please, If y’all are able to and have enough time, please consider keep making the better and better daily! (Also if you are died or not mentally stable to do so, it’s fine too).

That’s right! No WiFi required. It is so fun and the bosses are very creative when I am in the car I always play it because It needs no WiFi! The boss planes are cool because it resembles the boss. There is one thing that I don’t like, I have beaten Mad Gun soooooooooo many times and I don’t have the plane. However, All of the other boss planes work, I get them when I kill the boss. It takes no time to install and I keep it in my “Best Games” folder >;) It takes less clicks to install then honey lol

I have never written a review before but this game really deserves one. This is the best 2D SpaceShooter game I have ever played! I got this game a little after it came out. It was very fun and addicting and it still is, but now every time you get killed you have a 90% chance of getting an AD. If you really want the best experience, you have to buy the NO ADDS game-pass. Overall the game is awesome and I really recommend it.

Bold of you to assume you can even handle this app. I present to you my memory, not to experience the things I have, but to merely dip the tip of your tongue into the secretions of my hippocampus. Immeasurable struggle, glorious conquest, your enemies - their gratifying screams for mercy. Tripping off the power of a 20 pixel aircraft hurtling through infinite space littered with swathes of abominable nightmares. Accelerating with enough zeal to outpace reality, heaven - even hell. No, you can’t handle this app. Neither could I.

This game is so good and addictive because they have so many upgrades and ships and things to do you can pick up special items while your playing and it’s not one of those impossible games it’s not one of those games that you complete in 1 second cause it’s too easy it’s just right and the bosses challenge you to play and get better, this is one of my favorite games

Okay, actually, I don't EVER write reviews. At all. This game is the one exception. It's the one retro spinoff I haven't deleted yet. Controls are a bit hard to get down pat (drag to move the ship around), but the challenges keep you playing over and over again! You're given the ability to upgrade and change your ships leaving some customization to look forward to after simply trying to beat the first boss. It may be simple graphics, but for what's packed in this little punch, there's some bang you'll want to see for yourself. To the creators: Thank you. Great game. Good job. Oh, and some power ups will mess with the typical 3 shot burst making it into a sputter of bullets. Nothing major, but a small bug I noticed

I got this game I while ago and have been playing it on and off ever since. I just recently s ranked all of the bosses and I can safely say that the feeling of accomplishment was epic. I mean the tetris boss was literally impossible to s rank. Anyway, the game is awesome and even though I’ve basically beaten it and gotten all of the planes, I’ll definitely come back to it fairly often. The boss fights are great and so unique and it’s so gratifying to finally figure out that one power that works the best on them. The only thing I could think of that would make the game better would be to have a kind of leaderboard and achievements. In short, it’s a fantastic game and a fantastic experience.

I enjoy this game as a nice little thing to play whenever I’m in the car or waiting in line somewhere, it’s just a really great shoot em up, but I do have issues with the Tetris boss being a bit too finicky for my taste. It’s a cool concept for sure, but to this day after years of playing I’ve still never been able to beat it

Tetris bot is impossible with the best ships because to move the Tetris pieces you have to move horizontally towards it but when you do, your ship shoots the piece and rotates it and the piece doesn’t move horizontally. So your stuck not being able to get a Tetris to do damage to beat the boss. Why wasn’t this fixed? This ruins the game for me.

I've played a lot of these types of games on this platform and I can def say without hesitation that this is one of the better ones. The ads arent even that bad and almost every time will allow you to skip thru to the end after a few seconds. The gameplay is about as good as it gets in this genre and I highly recommend trying it if this is your kinda thing.

It is a fun game, and I appreciate it being a 2d space shooter, considering there aren’t many on the market. The different weapon types are all fun to use, and the bosses are nice and challenging. The ads are a huge downside though - after your ship blows up, there’s a chance you’ll get a game advertisement that shows no X to close, or an ad that won’t buffer. I’ve had to reset the app repeatedly for this reason, which takes away from the experience. I think playing an ad to add another life point to your ship is a great concept though, as it is up to the player’s choice. Also, the ads for bonus power ups are good. I use them both, and considering other players likely do the same, I don’t get why ads have to be lodged in between every round. Yes, some can be skipped, but some get stuck. I’m sure some players won’t stick around due to this issue, so limiting adds would be of long term benefit.

I like the concept of this “old school” style game... it’s fun to a point (my opinion) but I like to play for awhile, get the feel of a game before I decide it’s worth paying to remove the ads. This game is bombarded with sooo many ads that it takes awhile to upgrade so in the beginning you’re only playing for maybe 30 seconds (if that!) before you get killed off and then it’s advertisement time.. over and over again! Maybe it’s just me and I don’t have the patience for it.. but to the Dev(s) I would suggest not so many ads at least at the beginning of the game so we (the players) can play it long enough to make a decision whether it’s a like-able game or not.
