Alchademy Wiki

I love all hyper beard games, and Alchademy was one of the first games I discovered by them. After leaving it idle on my phone for a while, I noticed the updates just stopped. Are they no longer working on this game and providing updates? It’s a shame if that’s true, I have my spells and creations filled, and yes I have kleptocats and Clawbert, but I still don’t think I can delete the app even if there are no longer updates. The art style is so cute and I loved all the time it took to make my magical den look neat. I hope maybe one day they will come back to this game, it’s so fun and cute, but much too short atm.

This game is so increadibly amazing, this game is my favorite game of all time. If your looking at the reviews to make sure this game is worth downloading then, we’ll you better like magic and weird cute fantasy things, and each new creature/plant/thing you make had it’s own story to it. You can also change your character and cauldron. The only thing is if you get far into the game it takes up to like a whole day or two just to see what you made. That’s what bugs me but over all AMAZING, HEART-THROBBING game that’s so magical and beautiful. but also simple

This game is truly amazing, I haven’t played this good of a mobile game in a while. It’s a perfect mix of difficulty and good fun. Clever, charming, characters, and cool ingredients and creatures to unlock. You do have to wait a few minutes (minute count varying on mixture) for what you are creating to finish. It gives you a good opportunity to do other things in the meantime. Not one of those games you have to invest all your energy in. (But you can buy a slower minute wait time for a cheap amount of coins.)

Well this game is really really awesome!!! I love it the ingredients are super cute and well animated! But there is room for improvement first I wish it would not take so long to make new items and if you can’t do that at least add some mini games! And second is the things that stir the cauldron! I wish you could talk to them!! But I know they talk but I wish could talk back!! That is all the criticism I have! So I hope that you will take this review to mind and think of some ways to improve the game! - your 1# fan

The game is great and I appreciate all the cute customizations you can get such as Alchemists and Cauldrons. I love the art style and animations however the one downside is that every time you open the application you have to skip that starting cutscene. This isn’t too much trouble but it would be nice to see it play as an idle animation or be something in the setting you can watch. Another thing that isn’t unbearable but is still discouraging is the amount of time it takes to reveal failed mixtures and all mixtures in general. Every time it makes you wait a few seconds and then shows it failed or after the crafting time it will pull out your creation. The animation It plays is flash and shows off the creation, I do think it was nice the first few times but it got tiring quite quickly. I would prefer a quick animation that adds it to the ingredients/creations tab which would be much more fluid and take a lot less time. Plus you could get the display show in the book if you so choose. Other than that the game is really simple and cute. It requires some brain power but not much and gives you the least amount of info possible to still make it fun and thought provoking. I would recommend this game to essentially everyone, it’s fun for all ages.

After downloading just one Hyperbeard game I had to have them all, and Alchademy is one of my absolute favorites! The simple premise, excitement of discovery, calming atmospheric music, and beautiful art just draws me in. Finally figuring out the right combination of ingredients after multiple failures is beyond satisfying. I wish Alchademy was a little world like Animal Crossing I could explore and lose myself in, that's how perfect and charming it is! I would give you guys five stars in a heartbeat if it weren't for the gems. There are so few options to earn them in game, I've only ever found one gem in a bubble. Converting gold for them works decently enough despite being slow and time consuming, especially since as usual Hyperbeard games are more generous than most "freemium" games. The problem I have is with buying gems. I decided to buy some gems to purchase new alchemists, but despite processing my payment I never got the forty gems I was supposed to. Sure, it's only three dollars, but those were my three dollars. EDIT - It happened AGAIN, you guys need to stop this game from eating people's money.

I fell in love with this game from the second I played it. Super cute graphics and concept. I was addicted for hours! Then as the time to mix things got longer, I started to watch the ads to get coins. It worked for a while, then started to stop playing. It happens like this: I will tap on a bubble to start the ad, it will pop up to the starting screen, and just never play. There are no "x buttons" on the screen so I have to close out the app. I will try it several times in a row but it will never work. I even tried waiting for a few hours, with no luck. I love this game but this issue needs to b fixed for long-time play. Really wish I could give it 5 stars!!

I love this game a lot and this art style is so cute! I have basically every HyperBeard game and love them all! The only reason I’m giving this game four stars instead of five is because of lack of things to do. I just combine a couple ingredients and sit for a while...repeat multiple times. I really wish there were mini games like in kleptocats! Where I could keep busy and feel like I’m doing more and get coins for it! I feel like this game is the hardest one to get coins and gems in probably. I would love to be able to get more alchemists and cauldrons but it’s just so hard to get gems and just as hard almost to get coins to buy gems. Other than this though I really love this game!!

I love this game all except for one simple thing: the wait. Every time I put 2 ingredients in the pot to make something new it makes me wait 15 minutes before I find what I made, if I did end up making anything. Although you can POP BUBBLES while you wait, it isn’t very fun. Make the wait shorter or add mini games like in KleptoDogs. In addition, if I want to skip the wait it’s 500 coins (that 5x more than it is in KleptoDogs). I love this game (and the cute graphics) but please do something about the wait or I might get too bored. Edit: I also don’t get why it takes so long to show you the item you made and stays there for like 20 seconds.

I do love the collection aspect and the look of this game! It is cute and original and I enjoy it. For awhile. Then there is nothing to do but wait and I find other things to do. I think there could be a few tweaks to make it more enjoyable. 1) I think that tapping the alchemist should help speed up the mixture by a second. It is something for players to do and will keep them in the game and playing it. 2) I think that the alchemists and the cauldrons should have stats and should be able to be upgraded to boost those stats. That way you can earn gems, coins or reduce the time depending on what you pick. If you have a special currency in the game for each combination you discover that could be spent on upgrades to boost the stats for the characters and cauldrons. The more you upgrade the more the cost. You can also spend coins to get more like you do with gems. I think that would help the game be more immersive in place of just popping in to start a round and then leaving again.

I love this game and it’s by far my favorite. I played it for about 1-2 months and just completed the last book yesterday. I expected there to be more secret books or something else to do after finishing all the books. I couldn’t do anything else so i looked it up and turns out there’s nothing else to do in the game after. It made me very sad that i couldn’t keep playing. I think it would be cool if after completing the main 6 books, it takes you to a different location, (just a different background) and you get 6 more books to complete.

This is a really cute and fun game. I love the texture details in the painting style. But I have a lot of trouble with it crashing. Often times when I open it, it loads and immediately shuts down until I try opening it a few more times. It’s frustrating and sometimes I just give up on playing it if Im not in the mood to be patient. However, I love the art style and the fact you can uptrade coins for gems to buy skins helps the game feel like im actually achieving things and gives me stuff to actually spend it on, since I’m not too interested in the hourglass purchases for the most part. The only other criticism I have is that sometimes a gold cauldron or alchemist symbol appears and you have to tap it a lot. It would be helpful to have an option to hold down on the symbol and collect the coins that way.

The game is fun an all but sometimes they hold your coins and you don’t get them after a new creation. Not sure if this is a bug or not but it really irks me when this happens. Sometimes I’ll be tapping on those giant time-sensitive coin things continuously (understandably as I should) to get the most out of them and then an ad (that I DIDN’T CLICK ON) will pop up in the middle of me doing so. The ads in this game are pretty long, so when this occurs, by the time the ad is finished, the giant coin will be gone and I’ll be robbed of my actual coins (the ones I would’ve been collecting if the ad hadn’t popped up in the first place). Other than those few irritating factors the game is pretty fun and it’s cool to see the things you can create when using two other ingredients.

Ok so I’ve had this game for a week, at first I fell in love with it’s cute graphics and simple gameplay, yeah the wait times are a long and it’s annoying that it puts the time into seconds then minutes, but it’s still fun right? While reading reviews before I got the app and the most common complaint was the app crashes a lot, when I started playing there wasn’t any crashes so I assumed it was fixed. But today when I tried to play it the game would just load then crash rinse and repeat. So after that about five times I’m here now writing this review, that’s all I really have so I’m going to try to open the app some more. Edit time: right after writing this the game worked and stopped crashing
