Ok first I wanna say if you don’t l8e the game for what it is GUeSs WHaT ITS A MOBILE GAME yea so graphics aren’t gonna be like the best they can be like on computers good I don’t wanna be mean even though I kinda all ready have but this is an amazing game for what it is and yes they coullld add some stuff but like except that it’s one of the best your gonna get for a mobile game ok that’s all I’m gonna say but creators of the game you did an amazing job!!!!!!

Honestly, the most fun I’ve had playing a game in a long while.. Graphics are good, I experience little to no lag.. and the best part? Paying for things isn’t pushed on me. I don’t have to pay to advance in the game after the tutorial ends. I also don’t have to wait forever to regenerate energy or anything like that. It’s genuinely enjoyable. A+

It won’t let me update the game at all. It isn’t giving me the option after I hit download. I’m level 86 and would actually like to claim all of the stuff for today. If I can’t install the update, will you guys give me double rewards because this is just a major inconvenience, especially since this is my go to game.

I really enjoy this game although every time I log out, I can't log back in and I have to restart my whole game! I was at like level 73 and BOOM! Back to 0. I can't log in with my account anywhere else but my computer. Also, I see that this game is rated 9+ but I honestly think it should be at least 12+ only because of the revealing outfits some of the characters wear. This story line is also pretty hard to follow. It's just boring. I found myself skipping through everything anyone had to say. Overall it's a fun game and I really do enjoy playing it.

The game is nice... some nice graphics nd gameplay.. but there is only NA servers?! Why? I’m from Russia nd I’m not very good in English:( I can’t talk with other people:( it makes me so uncomfortable One more ll be good if when we waste all tries we can still play dungyes but we’re not receiving rewards... only intimacy... I wish administrators ll add EU servers... because of it this game looses too many players...

I gotta say I’m enjoying this game love the PvP game modes, characters powers are pretty cool only problem I have with this game is there’s not alot different looking weapons (hope they add more) and the costumes you can get only last 3 days I think that’s real messed up if I put the work into getting what I need to purchase a costume then I should have it for as long as I want to keep it, but other than that it’s been a fun game it’s a free app you can make in app purchases if wanting to but I haven’t spent a penny on this game because practically everything you want can be farmed for if not that then there’s always trading with other players which is a great feature for you to get what you want quicker without the work of farming for items. (Hope the developers add more customizable features and gear)

The content and gameplay are extremes fun. They have a bit of a Diablo 3 feel to it with lots of little mini games to keep you occupied. I would’ve given this game a 5 star rating, but their customer service is CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!! With as much money as people POUR into this game they should be jumping through hoops to help us when we have an issue! We are lucky to get 1 email a day. If you are a competitive player and will likely spend money on a fun game, go to a different game. If you are just a casual free player then this game is good since you won’t really lose anything if you decide to quit from the TOTAL LACK of customer service!

This game is okay. I was doing good until a server merge where even the best of our players on our OG server were trounced by the server we merged with. They dont tell you when you start out how far along everyone else is on your server so I was immediately at a disadvantage. Graphics are good. Never have had a problem with lagging other than when I have something that is taking up a lot of bandwidth. The community isn’t full of people screaming obscenities at each other on chat. Overall a good game for even the laziest of players like me. Still fun/good time waster if you play solo.

For some reason I had an account linked to this app and I had a couple of the avatars being used. Lately when I wasn’t using the app, it seems to have caused a small issue. Every time I go into the app it resets everything and makes me start all over even though I already got so far into the app when I was using it. I am sure it happens to everyone who plays the game and it is frustrating to start over each time when I enter the app. The game is fun and all which is very amazing. Especially the graphics and everything

Understand that you WILL NOT be able to get your money back by leaving the game. In fact, if your account is inactive too long they’ll delete it. Otherwise this game is pretty fun with a few bugs here and there. I would suggest starting off on one of the higher-numbered servers because they’re newer, meaning you don’t have people with 5 or 6 million power stomping you all the time in some of their gameplay features where there is no separation based on power.

So I put a decent amount of time in this game. Haven’t played it for a while because of work life, but I know I linked the app to my Facebook account. So I go to login and select my character’s server by hitting ‘character’ button. Only shows my server, it’s fine. Click it and brings me to the character creation screen. I’m thinking it’s an update issue so I resign into the app using Facebook and did a manual closing on the app twice. Account is still not there. I even put money into this game. I deleted it and going to re-download it. I’m hoping it’s an app issue. If still nothing, I’m not going to play this game again. Waste of time and money spent for nothing. 😣

I purchased an item that now shows as pending 4 times in my account via the game. The item in question is considered to be a one time purchase for a “life time” reward of daily gems. I have tried to find a way to contact them to plead with them to not charge me 4 times for something that truly should only be purchased once. A better rating would apply had there been some actual customer support to resolve a situation. Other wise I’m not displeased with the game.

Zero user support in an over-priced, glitchy game riddled with (expensive) meaningless events, no new free content, and a pile of items a user works for and chases but have no value to in game progress. The lack of meaningful in game explanations, poor translations of a lot of content, and the absence of a greater game community also contribute to this. Support tickets for things like lost purchases, password issues, issues binding an account out of “guest” are not even acknowledged. Not even an automated reply email. Check out the one-star reviews in social media before considering spending your time, let alone your money.

After constantly being plagued with the ads for this game while playing another game, I finally decided to check it out and I must say that the ads are terribly misleading as the actual game looks nothing like the advertisement. The graphics look nothing like they did in the ads, same goes for the characters and changing outfits which you also can’t do. Also I’d give a little more instructions on the parts of the quests or missions where people have to play with other players instead of just throwing us in.
