The game uses 32 cards from a standard 52 card pack. Cards in every suit will rank from High to Low, so that would be J-9-A-10-K-Q-8-7. The objective of Twenty Nine is to win tricks which contain valuable cards, i.e

Jacks: 3 points

Nines: 2 points

Aces: 1 point

Tens: 1 point

Other cards(K,Q,8,7): 0 points
