This game is great, but a lot of things are left without a good description or more detailed stats. Modules have the biggest problem with this. Does the flamethrower cause a burning effect? Do rockets cause splash damage? No one knows Actual units are pretty descriptive, but you have no known price of training. You just save until it lets you train em. Please, please, please, please.... PLEASE add an after battle report. Mainly how much damage each unit, module, or tower do. I literally have no concrete evidence of what units are best to use. The only other thing I can think of adding is equipable items. Stuff that would do like increase skill speed, damage, critical chance, etc. Good job on this game though!

I wanted to get out of a battle by pressing the gear icon a lot but I think I somehow found the debug menu and I just reset to lvl 1 truck and lost my spikes and I also just gave myself a lot of gems and coins because why not?

This is such a cool game you can get new units and coins it’s fun to play download it if you don’t wanna be bored cause it’s very fun to play cause you can upgrade your stuff so they have more health and damage

As the title says, the game is fun but needs better labeling for stuff. There is a clan button, but when does it unlock? Is there a wave to overcome? Do you have to beat a certain area of the map? Do you have to level up your truck? No clue! Same with the tower button, no idea how to unlock. Many of the items for the front of the truck, like coals and such, might animate or say they cause damage but make no mention as to how. Only status effect I’ve noticed so far has been stun, the little stars above an enemy’s head. Don’t know if there are others outside of the shaman buff, and there’s no information on it either. I know that less is more and maybe experimentation is what you wanted for your players, but some of us like to know what we’re playing with before we experiment. It’s why we put labels on stuff in the science department, so we know what we’re mixing and can reproduce those results while knowing why something happens.

I say this since it feels like the screen is zoomed in and I only see enemies if they get close to the truck, which is odd since I would like to see my foes come from afar. Also I think there is supposed to be an intro that plays when you first start the game, along with a tutorial that shows you what you can do. Since jumping head first into gameplay is jarring, and when that happened the camera was stuck behind the truck looking at a valley which I think is where you see the truck enter for the first time.

Games interesting i like the design but after the intro to the game theres no guidance. Like when you unlock clans or towers for the main camp defense. That and the later level boss fights not having a more natural progression, it went from level 250 up 825. Thats a wild escalation. Also small story narratives wouldn't hurt. Otherwise decent chill and upgrade idle game.

Pretty fun game but with many flaws as mentioned by other reviews. Before a recent patch you could set the game speed to 2x, now you can’t and it moves way too slowly. After nearly every match it wants you to watch an ad to get a ton of extra money. Not a big problem but it definitely adds a huge amount of extra time to play the game in what feels like an optimized way. And finally, unit and module descriptions don’t really exist or are actually incorrect.

I like it don’t get me wrong but paying to be able to make the speed bearable or 10$ for heroes to then be able to slaughter everything, the thing that gets me is I have to do extra just to skip adds for more gold and I was fine with it except now I can’t do 1.5 - 2x speed which is a huge slow down that I was doing, aswell as easy, I was able to beat lvl 150bosses at level 20 and with all of this I’d give it a 3.4 stars / 5

Seems like a fun game so far with a few days in, one noticeable thing to mention is training is broken, can’t get units past 24 yet the training field is level 2, meaning the max level is 39 And I can’t train them to go up to 25 and am unable to continue to get a high enough damage output to continue playing Please fix training and the ranged zombies they are broken in damage for their range

I truly enjoy the game it’s a great way to pass the time, but there’s a few issues right now that need to be fixed, 1: once you get your truck to level 100, you’re supposed to unlock 16 slots, right now at level 101, I’m only able to use 12 units. This needs to be changed because I CAN NOT get passed wave 130. 2: modules need a major buff, or at least a description of what can be done. 3: getting experience AND coins should be a bit easier to obtain, granted coins are semi-easy as it is, but still, I feel like you should be getting a lot more experience, and a little bit more coins, with the higher levels. Other than that, this game is pretty action packed, I know it’s still in its “beta” stage, but hopefully you can fix these issues. Once issues are fixed, or adjusted, I will GLADLY change my rating. Thankyou for taking the time to read this, and hopefully we see these changes soon.

Game was a fun idle game until wave 159. Then game changed. Can’t get my team higher then 99 to beat lvl 160, and can’t unlock higher training grounds til wave 200. Had absolutely no trouble beating lvl 159 with low level truck, mods and units, but am killed instantly in 160. Not sure if it’s a game flaw or whatever, but I saved up and maxed out my truck, units, and modules and still don’t come even close to getting past 160. No longer fun, and with everything maxed out, no longer any point in playing at all. Uninstalling.

major issue is income camps, DO NOT level them up past 9 bc as soon as 1 hits lvl 10 the earned income becomes negative rather then incresead! towers and clans have not been updated into the game yet...make it happen! descriptions of skills and dmg modifiers seem to b irrelevant to creators yet if u pay attention u can see splash dmg from certain units and traps that do more then other basic skills like stun but the trap stuns a larger group. for easiest result in gameplay be sure to save diamonds from the camp battles and unlock The Officer first thing as he buffs ur team seemingly to 2x their strength bc of speed. also use stars from kills to decrease skill recovery time and the enemy will stand no chance with force field module and the hero Bob alternating protection!

Love the game, like how things where going in game so far. Was hoping for guilds to be introduce, but I just longed in and it wants to track me across other apps. It won’t let you say NO. Well I don’t want to be tracked by a game, there’s no need for a game to track me. So sorry I won’t be playing this game again and hope others stop playing these games that try to track you. I play these kinds of games to get away from life for a few, so what I do in my free time is none of these businesses business.

I downloaded this game after seeing an it in an ad while playing a different game. It looked fun, but after a short time playing Camp Defense, it becomes clear it is similar to those idle games where you wait for your gold to build up then spend it on an upgrade. Those upgrades become exponentially more expensive. I thought the game would be more than that due to the ad in which I saw it.
