Okay. I’ve had this game for a couple of months and I’m completely obsessed with it. I play it everyday. I’m now on level 1263... the longest I’ve worked on a level is like a couple hours, but this level... it’s IMPOSSIBLE I swear. I’ve been working on it for weeks, trying to have my boyfriend pass it as well and he can’t do it, it just straight up cannot be passed, please give me a free skip 😂 other than that great game and I love it

I have at least 4 bouncy ball games I play. This is by far my favorite. Made even better by the power up option they added in a recent update. I was about to give up until the power up option, cause I spent weeks on the same hard board. But, as other reviewers have mentioned, don’t buy the stars. You won’t get the stars. I tried and got the ‘purchase complete’ message, but never got the stars. I contacted the game support and was refunded almost all my money. They refunded through PayPal and I ended up paying the fee for it. Nominal expense for sure, but still annoying to not get what was paid for, then charged the fee for the return. I really hope they fix the buying stars option. I love them for hard boards, but you only earn 3 for each cleared board. Takes a lot of cleared boards to earn enough for a power up. Keep up the good work Think Cube. Just fix the stars glitch.

I actually really enjoy this game. I’ve downloaded a few apps with similar premise, but this one seems to stick for me. My one frustration is if I choose to watch an ad to continue my game (if I don’t get the bottom layer before it reaches the bottom of the playing screen). Lately, no matter how many times I click to watch the queued ad, it doesn’t continue my game! I’ve even tried to click it multiple times (watching multiple ads - typically a 5-second ad) and it STILL won’t continue my game. I don’t know if this is a bug issue or intentional, but it’s really started to frustrate me. To the developers of the game - can we fix this please?

I love this game. I’m just about to reach level 1000 and don’t plan on stopping. It’s my favorite of the kind that is available on the App Store. I play it some every day. HOWEVER, DO NOT TRY TO BUY STARS, which I have stupidly tried to do twice. You can click any of the options to purchase stars and will be told that the “purchase was successful”, BUT YOU WILL NOT GET THE STARS YOU PAID FOR. I’d also recommend spending the extra few dollars to go ad free (which in this case the purchase actually works).

Update: I’m sad to say I am about to delete this game. It is ridiculous that the second chance option makes me watch an ad and then doesn’t give me the second chance. No updates in months and ignoring player feedback and reviews is disheartening. Original: I love this game and paying for the ad free version is well worth it. But after several attempts on a hard level when I finally decide to watch an ad for the second chance, it doesn’t always work. Very frustrating to get to that point and then can’t get the second chance option. Please fix this issue, make the games worth more stars, or I will have to quit playing soon.

I have played many games like this one and have given up before level 10! I just finished level 50 and I am still going strong! It’s so nice to play a challenging game and still feel successful. That is the true definition of a great game and good developers. I also appreciate the second chances given when you can’t quite finish. You have an option to watch an advert. or pay 200 coins. That is fair in my book. This is now this 62 year olds favorite game! Thank you for bringing a little joy to my life! Update: There is no way to reach app support and at level 1326 I am having a serious issue. I need to speak to someone about this ASAP.

This game is addictive…I have played over 2700 levels. Sometimes the game hangs up when you have to watch an ad. You watch but when you leave the game, you end up having to click to watch another ad. That usually fixes it, but more and more the same or a similar ad pops up and the game doesn’t advance. You have to close out the game completely and start again. Now that’s not working as well anymore and I can’t get past the level without using stars, which I’ve already purchased once and don’t want to buy more of until I know the app will work correctly. Hopefully this bug gets fixed soon.

So gameplay is a lot of fun and extremely creative. Highly addictive (like they are designed to be). There are just a couple of recurring issues. First, the ads get to be a pain. Almost all of them are the full 30 second ads, and there's nothing you can do about it. They don't offer an ad-free version. Secondly, it glitches A LOT. So you need to do the 2nd Chance thing by watching another video. Good luck getting it to consistently work. It usually just hangs and won't even go into the ad...so it's a complete forced refresh of the board. Any progress you've made is gone. It's sporadic, but when it happens, it happens a lot. Lastly, they must prefer ad revenue over real gaming revenue, because I've tried to purchase ball "packs" and it has yet to work. It's just weird, you'd think the developer's would make sure the e-commerce side of the game would work flawlessly. Like I said, not once...zippo. The game itself is a fun one, they just don't seem to want to finish it's development. IMHO

Love this game but like countless others, I tried to buy extra stars in app. I got a “purchase successful” message but no stars! After a week stuck on Level 1438, I tried again. This time the message that I bought it already and the purchase would be restored for free. No dice - no stars received. The worst part is that I emailed the developers twice and received no answer. You would think the developers would at least try to help but I guess not. I love the game but probably will delete it to find one without this annoying bug. You’d think it would be an easy fix!

The second chance option doesn’t work about 50% of the time. It used too work all the time. I got up to 700+ level and got stuck, made me mad, so I deleted the game. That lasted about 2 days and I downloaded it again. I had to start over and noticed some things were different. One of them is the second chance option doesn’t work all the time. Which is frustrating because I like that option. If it keeps it up, I’ll probably get irritated again and delete the game and try to find an alternative game. I really like this game, I’m hoping it gets fixed. M.M.

I love playing this game, but hate that it is not giving/playing the second chance when I click on it. This keeps happening quite often. I have closed the game and started it over, restarted my iPad mini, or just didn’t play it anymore that day/evening out of frustration. I have even considered deleting this game since there are so many other games to play. But as I said in the beginning, I love playing it. Not sure if I’m the only person having this issue. Also would like to see more stars earned per completed level. It takes @ least 33😱 levels to earn 100 stars😬😑. Maybe earn 10 stars per level and 15/20 extra stars to watch another video 🤔🤔🤔

This game gets the iPhone 8 Plus I’m on super hot within minutes and the screen starts to darken. It’s a for real safety hazard. I just got this phone last year through AT&T, so please be mindful of users who aren’t always spending cash to be on the cutting edge. Other games I’ve played on this phone don’t seem to get that hot that quickly. Also the ad networks, once I started seeing an ad with a guy trying to fish a phone out of a toilet for some insurance commercial, and some really smarmy looking dating app ads that were frankly uncomfortable to watch they were so weird, I’m saying just stick with Unity Ads please.

I paid to remove ads, yet for the second chance I have to watch ads? This would be fine but 60% of the second chance ads don’t allow me to the second chance. They aren’t ads, but an immediate “close” option that forces me to go to another ad. This again would be fine, but it goes back to the same ad over and over. After 15-20 times of the same ad I am forced to continue in an endless loop or quit the game and start the level over. Then there are times I watch a 30 second ad only to click the “x” and it’s still doesn’t give me the second chance, but forces me to watch more ads that are another endless loop leading to me being forced to close the game. The ads would be ok (except I paid for no ads and it should count even with the second chance) if they actually led to the second chance after watching one single ad. These people are just taking money for the remove ads option. Total waste of money!

This game started off as entertaining as I expected. It’s a little annoying that the number of balls never changes, but you get use to that. Every couple levels though it won’t allow you to play until you call all the balls back to the beginning. Keep in mind that you never fired them off to begin with. It basically steals a turn. Along with this, it regularly closes the game and makes you start the level over. What makes this game worse is that it seems appropriate for kids until it starts playing the same ads over and over again for video chat apps that don’t even try to hide that they are used for very adult purposes. I shouldn’t have to explain to an 8 year old what’s going on in an add when he is playing 3D brick breaker. With the glitchy game play and the ads that have no business being on a game like this, I would give this game 0 stars if that were possible.
