BEAT MP3 2.0 - Rhythm Game Wiki

I've been on the hunt for a decent TTR-esque app ever since Tapulous dissolved into the ether. So far, Tap Beat 2.0 has filled that void. It has an easy to navigate UI. The graphics during gameplay don't deter your attention away from what needs to seen. There is a decent song library to choose from, and there will always be a challenge when your skills are both put to the test, and rated. So far, I'm loving this app!

Good game, very fun and I play for hours, I am really addicted and love the features. However I wish you had the option to move or turn off the combo-number+score counter at the top. It's very hard to see because it is where I rest my eyes when I play and its distracting. Other than that I like this game a lot!

I really want to record how I did for all the songs like. I am sure some people would feel the same way. Even Piano Tiles has a record system. Please make this game greater and more enjoyable for the players!

I have had this game for about two weeks and never had any problems up until last nite and today. It keeps closing out on me and won't let me get passed the start button!!!! 😡😡

I loved that Tap Tap Revolution game that was out a long while ago and haven’t found some like it but this is fun because it uses your own music from your music library.

I love this app I had it on my old phone but now that I have an iPhone whenever I try and play a song it says iCloud music cannot be played. I'm very sad. I just want to know why it won't work?

I like the app but I can’t figure out the scoring system. Is an S a good score or bad? Is A the highest score or is S above that? The scoring was never explained to me that I can remember so the S is throwing me off. But other than that it’s great!

I really liked this game because it allows you to play any of your mp3 music in a game form. It’s not perfect but it is fairly well done. The graphics aren’t the best but hey, what are you really gonna ask for from a game like this. My only qualm with it is that the harder difficulties just end up being unplayable note seas so I found staying in a range of 4.0 to 6.0 works best. The ads are a bit annoying but also very manageable so it’s not that bad. The energy system would be a problem as well but the game kind of destroys your wrists so it’s a good idea to take breaks honestly.

If you are musically inclined as I am, i recommend this app. It will take your own music and make it into a nice game that you can play along to. The o y thing I didn't like is that the Free version is pretty limited. Like, you have access to all your songs, but you have to scroll through them alphabetically... and if you're like me, you probably have hundreds of songs and I hate the scrolling through to get from A to P or Y. Overall, it is a great app!

I understand the coin system since we are playing for free. I really like taking a few minutes to get to play a tap rhythm game to songs in my own library and really think that makes this app one of my favorites already. The difficulty bar is good if you want to change it up. Solid for passing time with. I haven't run into any issues with the game yet, but other reviews have the info!

Gameplay is good. Does a surprisingly good job of getting the vibe of most (though not all) songs, especially if there’s strong drums. But it dies in airplane mode, and honestly being on an airplane is the time when I have the most time to play! Seems like a major oversight.

I really love this game however there’s one feature that it SHOULD have. Since this uses songs you have on your device, there should be a way to play offline.

For a long time, this game was great! It reminded me of Rock Band and was really cool to play to songs in my music library. The main problem I had for a while was that I couldn’t play songs that I had downloaded from Apple Music and said iCloud music couldn’t be played when I tried it. Recently, after I paid to get the unlimited version thinking that this would help solve the previous problem, things just got worse. Less music would show up in my library, even songs that I had downloaded to my phone wouldn’t all show up. Just now when I opened the game for the first time in a while, it says I have no music on my device. There’s nothing on the app I can do to try to refresh it or try to make my music show up, it just says there’s no music on my device. Maybe deleting the app and redownloading would help but that’s the only thing I can think of. Please fix this!

Now I downloaded this a short while back. I purchased the unlimited coin so I wouldn't have to wait for coins. With this latest update. I feel like my purchase has been reversed and that it no longer is there. Also why if I made a purchase should I be subjected to all these ads. While on the subject of ads. They keep popping up during song play. Which makes me fail the song. And this isnt fun anymore.
