I love this game. Favorite game ever. Just make sure to steer clear from scammers, fake people. I recently got harassed by this one person. They kept making like 20+ accounts to harass me. I think that should be changed. You should be able to make one or two accounts not multiple especially to harasse someone.

This is an overall okay game, though, it could be made better if the developers allowed another way of getting credits other than trading and purchase. With trading, you are at risk of being scammed, while when purchasing credits, you could potentially get charged for nothing. I recently purchased the 200 credits pack for twenty dollars and received nothing at all. The credit card wasn't declined either… I was still charged for this purchase. The game runs almost fantastic on mobile other than major bugs that are game breaking.. you may have to enter a room 2-3 times cause it’s bugged, from moodlights , backgrounds/ toners , pterodactyl eggs and many more items are not even useable on mobile. Expensive clothing and hair I buy appears invisible at most angles until I log out and log back in. It’s just normal for things to disappear or not appear at all on mobile. When people moonwalk their head and arms disappear lol. I kinda wasted my money on broken features multiple times and needed to get on a pc to fix the problem and I don’t own a pc ... , please focus on fixing mobile right now, nothing else. I’ve played habbo since 2007 and I love it but this mobile version gets 2 stars. I’ve given you guys a lot of money, Please let me enjoy the full experience again on my phone this time.

It’s an enjoyable app, lots of nice colors and clothes, and it’s fun seeing what types of rooms people make, and who you could meet in those rooms. The major downside is that this company is just technologically inferior. Half the items don’t work, especially on the mobile app which has missing features even in the best of shape. The premium clothes, bundles, and items you buy (which you purchase using real money transformed into “credits”) all have a chance of just becoming unusable. Clothes glitch into invisibility, some items are broken, and recently I bought a product and flat out didn’t receive it at all, broken OR working. They charged me for the product and blamed me for the mistake, and have still done practically nothing to fix the issue. Only invest in this game if you can handle the constant slipups.

Habbo has been one of my favorite past times since I was absolutely tiny. It may have been clunky but it was far more fun it felt like. The classic messenger system, the star lounge, fan bus, guest celebrities, this game was FIRE but these days it feels a lot more relaxed, there no longer a pool that is closed, there is no longer teens poorly putting up the lyrics to their cringiest songs, it’s just not quite as fun as Habbo classic

I am lucky to have enough money to spend thousands on a game I support, as a teenager this game was something I grew up on. Therefor when I had the money I was able to purchase credits and spend thousands supporting sulake. Well, my account was locked for “suspicious activity” for buying “too many” credits from their game store. I appealed the lock which took 8-15 days for a reply, had to show all my purchases and ID in order to get to an actual support agent. This has happened 5 times now, but also lost my original account back in 2011 that was banned for the same reason. I decided to try to appeal that past account for the ban (which was up in 2019) but they told me that my account was deleted after 2016 and no longer able to be unbanned. Yet the time of the ban was almost up, seeing as it was 2019 at the time I decided to appeal the ban for my old account. I have all the purchase receipts and documents, all the replies from support and all my account info over the years. Honestly, I think this company is pretty corrupt. They allow you to spend money without any guarantee you’ll even get it, when you do you don’t have a limit but if you spend to much they lock or ban your account until the purchases are proved through a horrible support system that takes anywhere from 10-30 days to reply, that may or may not be an automated tip system. It’s disgusting, if they were an American company they wouldn’t last more than a few days.

I downloaded it cuz why not it was a 19 year old game that was the sister of my favorite game hotel hideaway i was hoping it would be well done with a lobby just like hotel hideaway but pixelated i made my character then explored the habbo world but all there really was was rooms that people made i also didnt know if you could meet up with others in a lobby too i was only able to go to rooms and meet others the game should’ve gave me a tutorial 2.whenever people talk it just gets slammed on the screen it was annoying it could’ve been placed in a chat tab but no they put it right smack in your screen and I only played for a MINUTE and I HATE IT

Seriously, this is a company that consumes money. If you’re going to consume money from customers make sure you actually provide your service. Half of the hairs I bought disappeared, and now appear as bald. The clothes I got to are there, but as a blank space, when I click on it nothing appears. I had re-download the app so many times to see if it would work. There’s so many glitches. Why do you think your rating go down? Habbo has been doing the same thing for years. Fix it, and try to at least act like you care about your customers. So many glitches it’s annoying

I played this for less than a week a few years back and decided to move on, but I came back because Hotel Hideaway had a deal if you went to Habbo then you would get a paper bag hat. I highly it looked cool so I went to Habbo. I regretted it within the first five minutes because the Habbo mobile app is very confusing and glitchy. On HH I knew what to do in the first five minutes, I was really hooked there, but I was dissatisfied on here. Of course I couldn’t leave just then, I needed that hat! So I stayed for an hour and interviewed for a job. Poor interviewer had to tell me how to do EVERYTHING, then asked if I was on mobile and shamed me for it. I had to quit. Why on Earth why would you come to Habbo in the first place when there’s a new app that is 500% better. Hotel Hideaway has everything this does and more. It’s super glitchy, and if your not experienced then this isn’t the best place to go for online servers.

They allow you to gamble in the game. You can buy there Habbo coins and go to virtual rooms with oh allow you to trade other players with no limitations. You roll some virtual dice and you basically win or lose. I’ve noticed a lot of gambling in rooms I have been in. I decided to try this on a browser on a computer and did some research. Teens are gambling’s hundreds of dollars some even thousands of dollars and they sell it to other teens as well. For a child’s game i wouldn’t want my children playing this game. I doubt other parents would want their children gambling at such a young age neither

A friend of mine had told me nothing but amazing things about this game— so obviously I decided to download it.... I couldn’t even get INTO the game to try it for DAYS, it kept saying my password or email was wrong but it wasn’t which was an odd thing. I created multiple accounts with different emails copying down the password JUST to make sure I wasn’t going crazy and it had nothing to do with me misspelling. Fix the system or whatever is going on because I was extremely excited to play this game and I can’t. 🙄

The game is a cool, but do not purchase too many credits at once. It will cause a ban that will stop you from trading. They say you can put in a “Ticket” but they do not get to you in a timely fashion. In fact they make you wait at least a week to answer your question and then they make you wait another week after you answer the questions they have for you. Ive been playing this game for years and I just wish they don’t PERMANENTLY ban you for supporting. Great way to lose customers!

I had an account on Habbo, and it was really fun playing the game. But then, I was banned for just saying heck. And now my old account is permanently banned. So I tried making a new account, but then the game would not work even though i was using a different password and email. Im pretty upset now that i can not play my favorite game, i cant even play it on computer for some reason. Ive tried many emails and passwords, but the game will always have an excuse to not let me log in.

Horrible. I invested a lot of money into this game because I was trying to build something and just wanted to show my support. ALL THE CHARGES WENT THROUGH. So tell me why I get trade locked permanently for suspicious activity? I’ve put in multiple support tickets but you’d be lucky to get a live person within 5 days. Don’t invest in this game please. They punish you for simply supporting them. Find other ways to purchase credits. There are actually other ways. Use those ways.
