Things to fix- first of all. Battle boards do NOT work. You should fix this. Secondly, add a feature to change your name. Third, fix the present system to make a password to transfer the game. Many people downloaded and forgot their password. Once they upgrade to iphone6 they fear losing their data. A better means to control this is needed. Also, a link to a community discussion board to figure out some of the stats would help. For example does my eithenhar effect an ally in my party? Does my leaders trait effect them? Are battle boards intended to work differently? We need to know these things.

The games is great if only it didn't crash like every second but still the music is great ( Music from the elders scrolls Morrowind) and the gameplay is fresh from other card games.

Been grinding away for 7+ years at this game and they can’t be bothered to update it for iOS 14+. Thanks.

I love the interface, graphic details and depth of the game. I can live with the spelling and grammatical errors, probably due to translation issues, but there are frequent "crashes", some items do not function correctly or at all (eg., the 2x Daily Blessing) and documentation is a little too light (would love to see a help file online). I have spent a little, but will hold back until the game matures a bit more. Give it a shot.

Paid for VIP but money gone, no customer support. They don't need my few little $ but they took it without providing service. What kind of business does that?

Why i cant shopping in supplies and arena shop

We've been waiting for any type of upgrade for this game since its been months since the last one. So finally after all of this time we get a upgrade, too bad it didn't do anything that we the players asked for or wanted. Instead of opening the last 2 quests that have been closed since the beginning of the game, we get this "Sun Well" aspect which is the biggest money pit I've ever seen in any game. They also installed a cross server boss battle which has potential, but they missed the boat on too many other issues. Here's a novel idea, how about adding a monthly event for new cards or better yet, release new cards that could be summoned? The last "new" card that was added was back during the Christmas event 5 months ago! Another thought, how about adding a link in the game so that you could contact the dev's directly? As it stands now, you have to go to there website and submit a question if you have a issue with the game. Then you have to pray that someone reads it and THEN you have to hope that they either respond or fix your issue. It's truly a shame that the dev's don't listen to the people that have spent countless dollars on there game, only to have them just turn there backs on us or worse just ignore us. To me, that's not the proper way to run a business if you want to have either repeat customers or bring in new ones if your customer service policy is to ignore your customers.

Gave this a 4/5 in the beginning (abt 2yrs ago), however it's now a 1. Updates happen once a yr. no customer support, most likely this game is now on auto pilot ever since they let you buy legend cards. Also each server prob has a Dev winning everything to make u wanna pay to play to try n beat'em. Start playing if u just want something to do.

The "new" game update will not load on my iPad (running iOS 9). Be aware. By the way, I tried to contact Oasis Games, but their email bot wasn't working.

The in game timers are off. The developers are aware of the situation but refuse to fix. This error means that more than half the players are at a severe disadvantage since it's more than half that cannot collect the daily energy. This problem affects the raid timers as we'll telling you the boss starts when it hasn't. It's such an easy fix and for 2 weeks they refuse to do anything or say anything. This tells me the game developers do not care about the game and it's just their to make them money. Stop buying into a broken game. Don't give your money to someone that ignores you. Make them fix the game. Two weeks old and they can't even fix this simple issue. Sad. Btw that's 2 weeks now and you owe me close to 1700 energy. My name in game is mdnyte. Fix this before I quit

Has potential to be a good game. However there is nary a speck of customer support, at least for English speakers. Anything you email the one address they do give you, it's a fat chance in hell that you get any response. Also, they ignore bugs that will destroy your progress and basically erase any time or money you spent on the Einjarher aspect of the game. Apple is happy to sell you a faulty product and will tell you it's not their fault they sold you a crap game that lost your money. Oasis won't tell you anything because they won't respond to you. Play at your own risk. Don't spend anything.

I've been playing this game for a couple of months and it's been great. Today I experienced troubles with the app not logging me in so I uninstalled and reinstalled. I started completely over and hit "returning user" switched to my server and...wrong password! Went to their website...all in other languages besides English! Tried "recovering" password through email and it hasn't sent (5 hrs???) I had gotten a good ways into the game (level 40 something) and had put lots of work into this game for it to do this to me...
