The problem with these Cryptic Crosswords is that they're going to run out and I'll be bereft. Teazel generously gives you 18 free puzzles (took in each of nine sets) and for some very low purchase price opens all of them, which is approximately 180 puzzles. It's actually a bit more because there one or two sets that have an extra game. If you're a cryptic fan like I am, this is a feast of puzzles. I tried to hold myself to one —or maybe just two — puzzles per day but I ended up like a kid in the cookie jar, unable to resist. There is an option to erase an entire puzzle but I'd really love the option to erase them all in one "swell foop" so I can do them over again. Even better would be to have a new set of cryptic puzzles, but if Teazel won't provide new those, I'll try their regular crosswords to see if they also present a pleasurable challenge. One caveat for those of us in the States, it helps if you quite a bit of British slang (or can find a translation dictionary) but since it seems the Brits produce lots of good cryotics.

Bought this app years ago and loved it. Wanted to download and play them again but the app didn’t recognize that I had previously bought them. Contacted customer service at 9PM and had a solution in my inbox when I got up in the morning. Can’t beat that for customer service! Loving this app all over again.

I am relatively new to cryptic crosswords and this presents the right level of challenge and accessibility! I don't have time to do them often, so I definitely feel like there are plenty of puzzles, and I am getting my money's worth.

I love cryptic crosswords and I’m glad to have found an app for them. I play at least one a day while commuting. I don’t usually pay for games but this has been totally worth it. Thanks!

This developer has two apps for cryptic crosswords. Both are superior. But like all puzzles, eventually you solve everything and you need more. Please create more.

I’ve been solving the free sample puzzles and they are very enjoyable. Not too easy, but hard enough to make them fun. I’ll certainly buy the entire set once the samples are completed.

These aren't the hardest cryptic crosswords I've encountered, but they are challenging enough to provide some good mental exercise. I wish there were more.

The puzzles are great if you’re a cryptic crossword enthusiast (with the caveat that they are written by Brits, so Americans need to think British English). I wish there were more puzzles available.

This is my latest addiction, and when the puzzles run out I will be devastated! Please bring out another one!

Have both of your apps and have completed both. Please add new puzzles…I really miss doing them!

At least for me, the right level of difficulty. And 250+ puzzles to boot. I am worried about the day they are done. What’s next?

Spend a few dollars and get the whole thing.

This app is easy to use, and the puzzles are just challenging enough to be fun.

These are, as other reviewers have made clear, beginner-level cryptic crossword puzzles. There’s nothing wrong with that, but 259 (unless I miscounted) puzzles at the same, basic level starts to get a bit dull long before one gets even a fifth of the way through. I don’t mean to carp, but I don’t think I will bother to finish these.
