From the time I started playing games, I’ve found many games I like and many games I don’t. I have a very open mind to the gaming world. I have played games from day one when they were created on the electronic video machines. I am, so glad, I gave, this game a try. Some may find it very interesting, some may find it odd, but I will say this, I like it. It is one of the very few games at the end of the day, I continue to play. So, all I can say to anyone, about this game, is just try it, you may find out you even buy it. It is one of the very few games that I actually chose to buy. “Just A Guy”

Hard, but worth the play....one of the best you'll ever play on iOS...the 2nd is even better update: I wish Game Center and badland worked properly together...it seems since the Game Center fix the only game I have issues with is badland..sometimes doesn't recognize my new clone score or mission score which can be frustrating since the game is about competing with others on the leaderboards...so if my data is incorrect what's the point? PS. frogmind, STOP including ads for your new game in a premium game I paid for...I don’t want to play or even look at your sellout freemium crap

This app is a really good app and I like it a lot I love playing it all the time I love making levels. I also like that you can play with friends so I’ll just ask my friends to come over and we just play Badlands and then we get to create levels together and overall this is a awesome app I paid $.99 for it and it was awesome so you guys should try it anyone who sees it and who’s interested in it to try it it’s a really good app I recommend it for all ages and I gave this a five star rating. I have played this game since the beginning, and it is WONDERFUL!!! Although, whenever I am creating a level, I always find myself needing to turn the volume down on something, like a Laser, Gear, Ect. Now i'm not talking about a sound I added, i'm talking about the actual items sound, so do you think you could add another tab to the item editor, such as a "Sound Tab" to turn the volume down on something??? Other than that, 5/5 game here. Hope to get a response soon! :)

Definitely worth the price! The gameplay is sooo much fun but what I love most is the level editor! I have so much freedom and the multiplayer is amazing! Although I love this I have one thing to ask for and update. Please make it so we have badland2 features in the editor! I would love to mess around with that stuff and see how I can improve my levels with it. Otherwise a Great game! Good job frogmind!💖😁👍

If you like this style of game, I find it one of the most creative games I’ve found for iPad, etc. It is expertly tuned for challenging play, but you’ll find levels that take a little strategy to get through, all have solutions. Artwork & soundtrack equally excellent. Best of all developers (Frogmind) are not as greedy as most game developers are on iPad, constantly squeezing you for money.

Design and thoughtfulness is the hallmark of this game. All the tiny details are etched in time to create a perfect side scrolling experience. Game is so smooth and graphics so perfect, it creates this immersive aura around it. Certainly perfect for large screen iPads than iPhones because you can appreciate the tiny details in the iPad so well than an iPhone

It’s an amazing game! I love the level creator because it keeps me playing for hours and hours. Level World is also very fun because I can play people’s crappy levels and their clever and cool ones too. Everybody has so many interesting ideas! So thanks for interrupting me in the middle of a level so I could rate the game.

The developers of this game did a exquisite job it hold your attention the game makes you focus for children and adults it’s a puzzle within the whole entire game it doesn’t tell you how to get past whatever section or level you’re on, you have to figure it out. Epic!!!

I absolutely love playing this( & badlands 2 as well if you like this) I would of given it a 5 but for my biggest pet peeve-is that after completing a level if you want to go to menu it doesn’t bring up the level you are in you have to figure out what one it is and sometimes thru trial & error -this is so small of an issue in the over all game! Take not developers of Badlands make the Menu go strait to the level you are on and if paused say the levels name do you can remember which one you are playing if you go looking at others if you skipped it because it was hard. Also if a a game area is too hard but doesn’t offer a skip ahead to next area there should be a quit button auto jump ahead a few places. Lastly if skipping a part that’s to hard I want an option to be able to see it done ...how did they do it if I couldn’t do it, that would be so cool! Thanks & Enjoy playing this great game that doesn’t need any WIFI to play it either. Saved my sanity in the CA blackouts during fire season PG&E put us thru!

So I got this game again because I remember playing it a while back and was feeling nostalgic. Now it’s just as good as I remember, except that the touch controls are sometimes very insensitive. I have to press until marks appear to fly all the way to the top of the screen. I do ‘t think it’s a problem with my phone as other apps don’t have the same issue.

Completed day 1, day 2, daydream and doomsday stages, some levels were very difficult. If you like skipping puzzles, this is for you, yes just click skip. If you don’t, like me, I suggest you don’t get this game. Completed 30 levels out of 100+ in Eternal day so far and a lot of the levels were super difficult. Just finish the level “Long Day” a History of Badland, that took me 15 minutes to 20 minutes to finish?! And some levels before that, took me an hour or less. Just not worth the time figuring out something that is too ridiculous. But like I said, you can always click skip. 3 out 5.

There’s a difference between challenging and frustrating and this game borders on the latter for many later stages. I finally got to a point where it just wasn’t worth it anymore when one spot on one level is so mind numbingly difficult, what’s the point? Most of the game I’d give 4 or 5 out of 5 but because of these stupid-hard levels, I’m so fed up with the game, enough to rate it low. When there’s only ONE way to get past something and if you don’t do it perfectly you’ll fail every time? That’s not good game design, it’s just sadistic. I’m done with this game. It’s visual splendor and in most cases good game mechanics have been ruined by the small percentage of levels that make you want to pull your hair out. Sad.

Bought this game because it was advertised as compatible with the Nimbus. But there’s literally one function to the game which is ‘fly’ and all buttons default to that same function. Not to mention, the menus and create a level are not compatible with the controller. They literally only gave it controller comparability for the Fly mechanic. Still have to tap screen to get through menus and such. Annoying. Not a game to play if you’re wanting to use your Steelseries Nimbus. This should be a touchscreen game only. Annoyed and wanting my money back.
